This research is the criteria concerning the influence of the characteristics of budget objectives on the performance of local government officials in the Keerom regency regional apparatus organization. Testing was carried out on a sample of 73 respondents. The sample method used was Porpusive sampling. Data collection was carried out by direct survey. Testing testing is tested empirically using multiple regression. The results showed that budget preparation had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. Budget feedback did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency, local governments evaluated that the budget had no positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. , Clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. The difficulty of budget objectives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency and participation in budget formulation, budget evaluation, clarity of budget targets and difficulty of simultaneous budget objectives on the performance of government officials. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effectiveness of 2013 curriculum planning in educational units (SD / MI, SMP / MTs, SMA / MA, SMK) in Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency 2) the effectiveness of 2013 curriculum development in educational units in Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency 3) the effectiveness of the 2013 curriculum implementation in the education units of Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using unstructured interview guidelines for data collection purposes with 42 informants. The research results are; The education unit in carrying out the planning, both the education unit and the education and culture office, has formed a curriculum development team (TPK) in Ambon City whose steps are; (1) for the city level, the team works to provide material in the form of training to school principals, supervisors, teacher working groups (KKG) and subject teacher deliberations (MGMP) and holds workshops for guiding teachers, especially in the context of efforts to increase teacher competence. (2) The parties involved in the curriculum development team consist of; school committees, education boards, education offices, professional associations, school principals, the world of industry and the world of work (DUDI), natural resources and socio-culture, all work together to monitor and evaluate to validate the curriculum documents that have been made.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Civil Registry Office of Buru Regency. The sampling technique used a census technique with a final sample size of 39 respondents. The research data collection was obtained through a questionnaire instrument while the research data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the workload and work environment proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Buru Regency Civil Registry. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of workload and work environment which, if it increases, will be followed by an increase in job satisfaction. Thus it can be said that an increase in the value of workload and work environment will improve the performance of employees of the Civil Registry Office of Buru Regency.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) menguji pengaruh sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. (2) Menguji efek moderasi kontrol diri pada hubungan sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan riset causal. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah individu dosen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM) selaku konsumen online shopping yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobabilitas, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan (judgment sampling), dengan kriteria yakni, (1) dosen tetap Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM), dan (2) dosen yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Sifat materialisme berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Sifat dosen UKIM selaku konsumen yang menekankan nilai pada materi, mementingkan diri sendiri, ingin memiliki banyak barang, dan merasa kepemilikikan tidak membuat bahagia meningkat, maka perilaku pembelian tampa berpikir akibat, pembelian spontan, pembelian terburu-buru, dan pembelian dipengaruhi keadaan emosional akan meningkat. Konsumen yang memiliki sifat materialisme tergolong konsumen berusia muda serta memiliki kecenderungan interaksi dengan media sosial yang tinggi berpotensi melakukan belanja impulsive secara online. Penelitian ini membuktikan Dampak moderasi kontrol diri sebagai pengontrol sifat konsumen dalam hal penilaian barang berdasarkan simbolik barang, status sosial, membangun status sosial dari pembelian suatu barang, serta prestise secara berlebihan. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of professionalism of the apparatus on the quality of public services in the field of government administration at the Kairatu subdistrict office, West Seram district (Studies on the Waimital Village Community, Kairatu district). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 40 people. The results show that after identifying the research variables, it is known that the distribution of respondents' answers to all independent variables is quite varied, but on average they are in the good category. Meanwhile, the condition of public service quality that was perceived by respondents (service users / customers) was also in the good category, but training was not satisfactory. Partially, aspects of the professionalism of urban village officials have a positive and significant influence and have a contributive relationship to the quality of public services.

Abstract The village government in carrying out the role should be in accordance with the implementation of the duties of the village government as mandated in Law No. 6 of 2014, but in reality the village government failed to implement it to the community. The results of the research as obtained from the author, and strengthened by observational data, interviews and research conducted, show that the Ridool Village Government in carrying out its activities is not fully in line with the hopes and desires of the Ridool Village community. This is based on the implementation of various village government activities that are not well socialized to the community, even accountability of government activities that are not delivered to the community at all, so that the welfare of the village community served is not in accordance with the demands of carrying out governmental tasks mandated in the Law on Villages. Abstract This study aims to discuss and analyze the Work Motivation of Employee Performance in the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The benefit of this research is that it provides information about the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The results this hypothetical test of work motivation is significant for employee performance. Therefore the results of this study state that work motivation has a good relationship with employees, increasing employee work motivation is expected to obtain higher performance as well. On this basis work motivation variable (X) can be included as one variable requested for employee performance (Y) in the Teon Nila Serua District Office of Central Maluku Regency. Abstract This study aims to study and analyze the influence of work discipline style and work ability on the performance of civil service police officers in Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The survey data collection used a questionnaire instrument with a total sample of 79 employees using census techniques. The results of testing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques show that; work discipline and work ability proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. This means that the drive to increase work discipline and work ability will trigger an increase in the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. Abstract The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of physical and non-physical working environment on the employee working satisfaction. The population in this study are all employees of Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon. The sampling technique used in this study is census technique with 79 respondents as final amount of sample. Data collection in this study is taken using questionnaire, while the analysis of the data to answer the research question used multiple linier Regression analysis. The result shows that the physical and non-physical working environment proven to have positive and significant impact on the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon City. This is shown by regression coefision of physical and non-physical working environment in which if they increase, it is followed by the increase of employees working satisfaction. Thus, it can be said that the increase of physical and non-physical working environment value will increase the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center in Ambon. Abstrak Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, in Article 1 paragraph 1 explains that consumer protection is any effort that guarantees legal certainty to provide protection to consumers. And one form of protection for consumers, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999 this form of Consumer Protection, is the protection of consumer safety in consuming food and drinks containing preservatives and artificial sweeteners. The purpose of this paper is the author wants to inform the public, especially consumers who usually buy food and drinks during the fasting month or friendly month and to break the fast, that there are legal regulations that protect their rights as consumers namely Law Number 8 of 1999. This research uses a normative juridical approach, based on statute (statute aproach), specifically Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The conclusion of this paper is that with the birth of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is an attempt by the government to provide protection to consumers based on the existence of a number of consumer rights that need to be protected from actions that might be detrimental to other parties.
