With the growing development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, there is an increasing need for a development of products and services in Islamic banks. This is done with the aim of meeting market needs by increasing competitiveness in the scope of Islamic banking in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Hence the need for a implementation of GCG. By applying GCG principles which have an important role in achieving business continuity (sustainability), namely Islamic banks that still pay attention to common interests. The implementation itself is a manifestation of the responsibility of Islamic banks to the public that Islamic banks must be operated properly, expertly and prudently (prudent). With the development of the times and the advancement of technology, there is an increasing need for an Islamic financial technology in the use of technology-based financial services that are more efficient. Peluang dan Ancaman Disruptif Digital untuk Negara Berkembang

This research study aims to analyze digital disruptive opportunities and threats for the Indonesian state and nation. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. There are a number of digital economy practices that have caused Indonesia to lose potential state revenues. The interesting phenomenon of the case of Chinese tourists in Bali with WeChat Pay and Alipay has cost Indonesia foreign exchange, and is detrimental because the transactions are not recorded. The polemic about taxes on electronic transactions is still limited to tax collection in the e-commerce sector, while social media (Medsos) and over-the-top services (OTT) are still a polemic. This section also discusses mastery of data and transaction flows in the digital economy. The recommendations in this chapter focus on how Indonesia can address this “leakage”. The purpose of this research is to be a form of research that wants to know the extent to which the level of use of android applications on the literacy level of respondents is already much better or significantly increased. In conducting this research, the researcher used a qualitative method with independent variables where the object of this research was an employee at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation which took a period of 2 days. The results that have been achieved in this study are increasing employee literacy at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation regarding Islamic banking which is quite effective by using an android application. It can be seen from the survey results which show that in the first survey, 47 percent, which then rose to 67 percent who already knew about Islamic banking. An android application that is considered quite significant in improving employee literacy at the Baitul Yatama Fadlan Foundation. Pengaruh Intensitas Penggunaan Kartu Plastik dan Mobile Payment terhadap Consumer Behavior: Studi  Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam 塑料卡和移动支付对消费者行为的强度影响:伊斯兰经济和商业学院学生案例研究

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of ATM cards and the use of mobile payments on consumer behavior in FEBI UINSU students. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique of 98, but I rounded it up to 100 respondents. With an active student record of 2021 FEBI UINSU. The use of plastic cards and mobile payments contributes 89.4% to consumer behavior, the remaining 10.6% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The results of the t test concluded that the variable use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) in FEBI UINSU students. Based on the ANOVA test, the F-count was obtained at 411,118 which was greater than the F-table (3.09), it was concluded that the use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a simultaneous effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Sumatra Utara.              How the use of YouTube social media as an educational medium among millennials is the topic of this research. This study seeks to find out how the millennial generation uses YouTube as an educational medium. This study uses a descriptive approach and literature study using books and journals as a source of information. Students strongly support the use of YouTube as a learning tool, according to the findings of this study. It is easy to get more in-depth information compared to other learning resources. It is difficult to use YouTube as a source of information . Learning resources due to lack of tools and facilities, unstable internet connection. Keywords: millennial, social media, education

Motif Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram di Kalangan Mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan UIN Sumatera Utara 图书馆科学系学生中使用Instagram社交媒体的动机是北苏门答腊

This study aims to identify and analyze cognitive motives and affective motives for using Instagram social media among students of Bibliotechnology, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This research uses constructivism paradigm with qualitative approach and descriptive procedure. The research subjects were 2 students. Methods of collecting information were tried through interviews, participatory observation, and library research. The information analysis technique was tried with an interactive information analysis model consisting of information reduction, information presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the information is tested through triangulation of sources. The results of the research prove that: 1) The cognitive motives for using Instagram among students prove that there is a fulfillment of data needs from data exchange (sharing) which is the attractive side of Instagram, there is a need to reach the ideational level by sorting content so that what is displayed is perfect imagery and reaches emotional level as an effort to seek attention while fulfilling emotional pleasure. 2) Affective motives for using Instagram social media are directed through the willingness to get new experiences based on other people's content, the willingness to get reactions to the uploaded content, the willingness to acknowledge the image of the account owner so as to urge false reality, and the desire to feel comfortable in the form of a feeling of calm when using Instagram. The purpose of this study is to inform customers that m-banking is easy to use, especially in Islamic banking, as they do not have to travel just to transfer money. Since there are still many customers who do not know about m-banking, the number of m-banking users is increasing year by year. With the spread of smartphones, it is getting more attention than Internet banking. The survey method is a qualitative method based on data collection through interviews. From Google Forms. As a result, we realized that many customers did not understand how to use m-banking. This is determined by filling out a Google form. From this we can conclude that Islamic banking information systems will certainly become more sophisticated in this digital age, especially for the large number of Islamic banking customers using m-banking.  Keywords: Islamic banking, BSI mobile, information management

With the spread of smartphones, it is getting more attention than Internet banking. The survey method is a qualitative method based on data collection through interviews. From Google Forms. As a result, we realized that many customers did not understand how to use m-banking. This is determined by filling out a Google form. The purpose of this research is to study the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 which will affect major changes in digital technology. Digitalization can affect the development of various industries very quickly. One of them is the growing business sector more efficiently and effectively. Therefore, technological advances in the business world can encourage the business world to continue to innovate and launch new products so as not to be eroded by time. Digital transformation is not just a transition from traditional banking to a digital world, it is a major shift in how banks and other financial institutions learn, interact and satisfy their customers. Digital transformation begins with understanding digital customer behavior, likes and dislikes, and the shifts that lead to major organizational shifts from product-centric to customer-centric. Banking needs in this digital era are everywhere at any time. Therefore, banking needs innovation, resilience, security, optimization, and drive to meet the demands of tech-savvy customers. If a bank does not meet customer needs, customers are willing to move to another bank that meets their needs. Keywords: Digitalization, Islamic Banking, Revolution 4.0

Managing is to regulate, control, manage and regulate. Managing the basic concepts of radio, television and multimedia that contain da'wah means how we as da'i, producers or preachers regulate the concept of da'wah through this media in order to achieve the goal of da'wah. With this information technology can facilitate all activities. In the past, when you wanted to convey a message to someone who was far away, you still used a written letter, even through the post office to send it. This research is a descriptive study by describing and explaining how to manage the basic concepts of radio, television, and multimedia (internet) containing da'wah that has occurred from the past until now in Indonesia. Radio, television and internet are media that developed from the era of era that can be used as a medium of da'wah. So we as Muslims, preachers and television producers must be good at managing this media as well as possible so that the da'wah delivered is right on target. Making this media as a developing that can convey its da'wah. Whatever method of da'wah that is carried out in the real world, it has been able to be displayed in cyberspace precisely. The challenge for the da'i in using the media is how the da'i maintains this media so that it does not become extinct or this media persists in delivering da'wah and is able to develop and convey da'wah widely through this media. Therefore, da'wah in this global era must use modern information technology in conveying messages of Islamic teachings. This modern media information technology can be used in every condition and place, both in urban and rural areas. This can make it easier for the dai in conveying his da'wah to the da'wah targets. Analisis Pemakaian Aplikasi Whatsapp selaku Media Data dalam Pendidikan: Literature Review

This research aims to analyze the efficacy of using the WhatsApp application as a data medium in education. The procedure used is qualitative with a literature review research approach. The number of posts used as literature is 25 posts, taken from 2021 to 2022, and indexed by national and international databases. Posts in the type of daily indexed by the national database consist of 1 daily indexed by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) ranked 2 or S2, 2 days indexed by S3, 7 days indexed by S4, and 4 days indexed by S5. In contrast to the international daily type as many as 11 daily. The results of the information analysis show that almost all report good efficacy in using the WhatsApp application as a medium in education. Some of the results obtained from the use of this application in education include increasing student attention, stimulating and motivating students in learning, making the teaching and learning process fun, good learning outcomes, education tends to be more efficient, and education is more flexible and not rigid. The conclusion from the research results is that during the current pandemic, the online education system must use the right method and safe media without compromising its quality.
