Capital structure is a comparison between foreign capital and own capital. In principle, the company needs funding both from outside which is debt and from within which is joint capital, therefore the company must determine and compile how much capital the company must need. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, business risk and sales growth on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data types obtained from secondary data with sample data collection techniques through purposive sampling method. This research method uses descriptive method with data analysis tool using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that profitability as proxied by ROE has an insignificant negative effect on capital structure, business risk has a significant negative effect on capital structure and sales growth has an insignificant negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, simultaneously (together) profitability, business risk and sales growth affect the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efforts to develop the HR and innovation ecosystem in the digital economy. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method with a litteature study approach. In general, the condition of human resources and digital economy innovation (startup) in Indonesia is still minimal. The lack of human resources makes national digital business actors "nudge" each other to compete for human resources, until finally "damaging" the wage standards of digital human resources themselves. An easier digital industry will certainly be easier to pay dearly for each competent individual. Meanwhile, small industries, which actually train their human resources more from the start, have to "bite their fingers". The portrait of the availability of human resources in the field is still lacking. Therefore, synergies and cointegration between various stakeholders need to be carried out. As a regulator and facilitator, the government must take the initiative to take strategic steps with other stakeholders to contribute positively to human resource development and innovation in the digital economy in Indonesia. One of them is through the implementation of the curriculum from vocational, vocational, and tertiary institutions and accelerated professional/skill certification to overcome the scarcity of human resources. The purpose of the study was to obtain information about the influence of airline passenger travel regulations during the Covid-19 pandemic on the interest of Citilink Airlines passengers at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. In this study using quantitative methods. This research was conducted using primary data and secondary data. In analyzing the data the instrument used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test. The results showed that in this study the travel regulations of airplane passengers during the Covid-19 pandemic had a positive and significant influence on the interest of Citilink airline passengers at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The results of the study obtained a determinant value of 0.458 which means that the travel regulations of airplane passengers have an influence of 45.8% on the level of interest of passengers at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang is an airport managed by the Airport Management Unit, which is docated in Malang Regency, East Java , Indonesia. The background in this study is that there are still irregularities by officers when handling outgoing, observing this, the importance of having SOPs so that officers can overcome problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process carried out by Make-up Area in handling outgoing baggage at Batik Air Airlines, to find out what factors hinder Make-up Area baggage outgoing and knowing the efforts made by Make-up Area in improving the handling of outgoing for Batik Air airlines so that they do not experience irregularities while on duty. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation and interviews. The subjects in this study were the Make Up Area at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport, Malang.The results of the research conducted by researchers are based on interviews and observations that the outgoing baggage handling process has been carried out properly in accordance with the company's SOPs, the factors that hinder Make-up area officers in handling outgoing baggage are job desk mismatches, limited tools, lack of staff, accumulation of baggage. Lion Air is one of many other airlines operating at El Tari International Airport in Kupang. This airline is in great demand by people in the city of Kupang because the fares are quite low and affordable for people from the middle class. This research aims to determine how much influence the quality of service (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) has on customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection carried out on 5 – 30 October 2021 by distributing questionnaires to Lion Air customers. Analysis of the data method used using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the aim of knowing the effect of one or more independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was conducted by distributing a survey to 100 customers who have used the services of Lion Air at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The results of the study show that (1) the tangibles variable is not significantly related to customer loyalty, (2) reliability is significantly related to customer loyalty, (3) responsiveness is not significantly related to customer loyalty, (4) assurance is not significantly related on customer loyalty, (5) empathy has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (6) simultaneously significant values of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) empathy (X5) variables affect customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.00 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 19.625 > F table 2.31, so together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The implementation of procedures in dealing with dangerous goods in accordance with the existing rules in Security Check Point (SCP) 1 is one of the first steps in improving security at the airport, considering the increasingly diverse ways to commit crimes found at the airport related to the inspection of passengers and luggage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of hazardous goods handling procedures at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 and to find out the constraints of Aviation Security officers in handling dangerous goods at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang International Airport. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observations, structured interviews, and documentation collected from related sources and when the author goes down the field.The results of this study show that the implementation of hazardous goods handling procedures at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 has been implemented in accordance with the rules or Standard Operating Procedures by Aviation Security personnel of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport. This application is not only done when there are instructions from the x-ray operator but can also be applied if it looks suspicious passenger movements. In addition, there are also obstacles, namely differences of opinion with passengers who are arrogant and do not understand the regulations regarding luggage inspection which belongs to the category of dangerous goods or prohibited items and facilities that are suddenly error or not primed when used or run during the inspection time. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of service quality and departure terminal facilities on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin airport, Bima. The type of research taken is quantitative. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from distributing questionnaires with 50 samples, namely passengers who have traveled via air transportation at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results obtained from this study indicate that: (1) H1 service quality has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima (2) H2 available facilities have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima. A park in a limited sense is a plot of land that is arranged in such a way that it has beauty, comfort, and security for the owner or user. Based on the scale and shape, the park can be called a garden, park, or landscape. Now the park is not only filled with plants or large trees but has varied, one of which is by making ornamental grasses. A decision support system is used in the selection of grass types to make it easier for users to decide which grass to use for gardening. The VIKOR method is a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method that can be used to select more than one criteria. it can be seen that the first alternative to choose the best grass for gardening is peking, swiss and pescue grass with a value of Q = -0.6 and 0.05 and has the right to be recommended as a type of grass for gardening. The nutritional status of chickens has a major effect on productivity and it is closely related to the health of chickens. Several diseases in chickens have an economic impact because they can reduce the quality of good chicken eggs to the detriment of farmers. The main problem which is the toughest challenge in chicken farming is the emergence of disease, so its management needs to be done efficiently and professionally. However, farmers usually only know the symptoms that occur in sick chickens, without knowing what disease they are suffering from. As for veterinarians, it is difficult to find, and it takes a long time to handle chickens because the cage is far from residential areas. The Certainty Factor method can be applied to diagnose laying hens disease based on the symptoms of laying hens. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the diagnosis of Avian Encephalomyelitis (AE) in red laying hens with a confidence value of 0.9654 × 100% or 96.54% and calculated with the value of Avian Influenza / Bird Flu with a confidence value of 0.6 × 100% or 60%. Thus, red chicken A is said to be diagnosed with Avian Encephalomyelitis (AE) with a Certainty Factor confidence value of 96.54%.
