˚˚ ABSTRACT: The anatomical variations of teeth are directly related to the esthetics achieved in orthodontic treatment. These variations include the dental axes, such as the long crown axis and the long root axis. For this reason, these axes and the angle formed by their intersection, or crown-root angle, have been studied using several methodologies, mainly in central incisors. This study aimed to propose the visual- spatial processing as a method to determine the long crown axis and the long root axis, and thus measure the angle between these axes (crown-root angle) in the permanent upper and lower central incisors. The study had a quantitative, descriptive, observational and cross- sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 100 Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images: 50 of permanent upper central incisors and 50 of permanent lower central incisors. The crown-root angle was measured considering the long crown axis and the long root axis. The mean crown root angle in the upper central incisors was 21.34 (cid:176) , with a standard deviation (SD) of 4.41…; for the lower central incisors, the mean value was 20.05… with a SD of 4.18…. This study suggests that the visual-spatial processing can be a valid method to determine the long crown axis and the long root axis, also with the advantage of not requiring specific instruments and anatomical reference points, which simplifies the tracing of axes and thus measurement of the crown-root angle.

The clinical manifestations of developing MP are acute febrile illness, skin lesions, and lymphadenopathy (Adler et al., 2022; Sookaromdee et al., 2022). Rare complications of MP may include pneumonitis, encephalitis, sight-threatening keratitis, and secondary bacterial infections (Sookaromdee et al., 2022). The virus has an incubation period, from infection to first symptoms, ranging from 5 to 21 days. The patient develops a rash within the first three days after the onset of fever, which usually starts on the face and spreads to other regions of the body, such as the buccal, genital, cornea, and conjunctiva, in a typically centripetal fashion and which after a few days or weeks forms crusts followed by desquamation (Adler et al., 2022).

Introduction: trigeminal nerve is fifth cranial nerve carrying face sensation and dividing into ophthalmic, maxillary and mandibular divisions. Trigeminal neuralgia is clinical condition can be presenting in Covid19 patients. The current study reviews the clinical cases of trigeminal neuralgia of covid19 and explains the anatomical mechanism of pain and its radiation as present with associated symptoms. On current studies reviews entire cases covid19 since 2019 up to 2022 presenting with Trigeminal pain. It found to be a very rare reason comparing to the previous reasons such as infection, tumor, thrombosis, vasculitis, autoimmune disease leading to direct or indirect effects on trigeminal nerve demyelination. Knowing the case presentation of covid19 patient presenting with trigeminal neuralgia may lead to prevent further complications and saving patients life. Learning new clinical issues based on understanding the basic medical sciences prepare good safe physicians to raise their level of education resulting in good medical services in future. Pediatricians, internist, radiologist, ophthalmologist, Otorhinolaryngologists and surgeons has to be aware of this clinical presentation to be able to take more precaution and avid outbreak of corvid 19 infection between medical staffs in different regions of hospital such as clinics, wards, emergency rooms and operations.
