Penyuluhan Tentang Pengelolaan Bisnis Pada UMKM di Desa Kalikidang, Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah 为中爪哇省班尤马斯县苏卡拉贾区卡利基当村的中小微企业提供企业管理咨询

The purpose of community service activities in Kalikidang Village is to provide counseling to MSMEs about business management so that MSMEs are able to become pillars of the Indonesian economy, contribute to the GRDP of Banyumas Regency and are able to absorb labor. This community service activity uses counseling methods to present material from resource persons to the audience, in addition, the practice of creating branding and marketplaces to increase online sales and marketing is carried out. The service activity is said to be successful, because it can increase knowledge and understanding of branding and marketplace around 80% of MSME actors in Kalikidang Village. The MSME actors of Kalikidang Village were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanations from the resource persons, and gave a positive response to student assistance. Thus, MSME players have a strong desire to create branding with the aim of increasing sales through online marketing. To increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME actors about branding and marketplaces, the Village Head and his staff should need to increase soft skills activities to increase the understanding and skills of MSME actors in managing their business will later help MSMEs in entering the world of competition, both nationally and globally

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.

Budaya Gemar Membaca Bagi Anak Usia Dini Melalui Pembuatan Pojok Ruang Baca Pada Lingkungan Sekolah 通过在学校环境中创建阅览室角营造幼儿阅读文化

The problem of low reading culture is one of the important issues in understanding the low level of literacy of Indonesian people. In addition to the low interest in reading, students' interest in visiting the library is still low. This can occur due to lack of reading material, then the available reading material does not vary so that it causes students to be lazy to read. So it is necessary to get used to the culture of reading in order to increase interest starting among early childhood. The partner of this activity is the Study Group in the South Tambun area. In the implementation there are five cycles of stages ranging from observation, counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. The results of this activity all cycles involve an active role between the team and partners in developing the reading room corner. The enthusiasm for the existing reading room corner was welcomed with pleasure from teachers, students who felt facilitated and the realization of the reading room corner and the general public in the environment around the partner location.

Pelatihan Membuat Ruang Belajar Metaverse Bagi Guru-Guru Di Wilayah Tangerang Selatan 为南坦格朗地区教师举办创建元数据学习空间的培训

After covid passed, many schools innovated in the learning process, so that the learning process could still run well. Students who have become accustomed to online learning need to be innovative again after COVID-19 has passed. The use of the metaverse has now been widely discussed for use in the learning process. Metaverse, a 3D digital space mixed with the real and virtual worlds, has been heralded as a future educational trend with great potential. However, as an emerging item, existing studies rarely discuss the metaverse from an educational perspective, so far, the metaverse is still used for games or product promotion. The community service that will be carried out is, so that teachers understand the concept of the metaverse, explain the role of the metaverse in the world of education and learning, design and build a simple metaverse ecosystem, operate metaverse applications, manage metaverse administration, choose pedagogic models that are suitable in the metaverse and represent the results of metaverse design. Thus, teachers are expected to make online learning fun. Training is held for ten (10) meetings, and each meeting is held for seven (7) hours. The results of the 100% training of participants consisting of 23 teachers ranging from kindergarten teachers to high school teachers, succeeded in creating a virtual learning space in the metaverse world.

Cosmetology is facial art that aims to beautify the appearance of the face, with the right make-up technique it can cover some of the flaws on the face, make the face look fresh and bright. The rise of bridal models with make-up in modern clothes encourages housewives and young women in education. By doing this cosmetology training, unemployed housewives and young women can spend time attending cosmetology training courses. After they master make-up they can open their own make-up salon business. Makeup skills are also used as future capital to help restart the family economy. The method used in cosmetology training is to impart theoretical and practical principles. Planning begins with an explanation of material regarding make-up with make-up techniques and then continues with a make-up demo with the mothers. The goal is to tell the participants how to start from start to finish; what materials and tools to use, and so on.

Penyuluhan Literasi Media Online Melalui Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Bagi UMKM Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk 通过创业培训为中小微企业提供在线媒体扫盲辅导以提高产品销量

Electronics are widely used by business people to market the products they sell and are often known as e-commerce. Apart from that, on the other hand, in assisting government programs in the creative economy sector, there are many MSMEs that have grown in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is MSMEs under Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi. As many MSMEs grow, there are many obstacles experienced by MSME players, one of which is product sales strategy. The product sales strategy carried out by MSME players in Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi, is still traditional, and the packaging of the goods sold does not attract buyers' interest, so the solutions provided in community service activities are: 1) providing counseling regarding online media literacy for MSMEs; 2) providing entrepreneurship training for MSMEs to increase product sales. The objectives of community service activities are: 1) increasing knowledge and understanding of social media literacy for MSMEs; 2) improving MSME sales strategies in the era of digitalization; and 3) increasing knowledge and understanding of MSME players in product packaging. The method for implementing community service activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage (counseling and training), and the evaluation stage. Participants were representatives of MSME actors under the auspices of the Sukamekar Village office, Kab. Bekasi, as many as 20 people. The results of the activity showed that there was interest from the participants, as evidenced by the enthusiastic attitude of the participants when taking part in the activity and also proven by the results of the pre- and post-tests, which showed an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills.

Bekasi. As many MSMEs grow, there are many obstacles experienced by MSME players, one of which is product sales strategy. The product sales strategy carried out by MSME players in Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi, is still traditional, and the packaging of the goods sold does not attract buyers' interest, so the solutions provided in community service activities are: 1) providing counseling regarding online media literacy for MSMEs; 2) providing entrepreneurship training for MSMEs to increase product sales. The objectives of community service activities are: 1) increasing knowledge and understanding of social media literacy for MSMEs; 2) improving MSME sales strategies in the era of digitalization; and 3) increasing knowledge and understanding of MSME players in product packaging. The method for implementing community service activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage (counseling and training), and the evaluation stage. Participants were representatives of MSME actors under the auspices of the Sukamekar Village office, Kab. Bekasi, as many as 20 people. Archives are records or letters that are useful and have value, so it is important to store them properly. In this modern era, archives can be stored in digital form, namely in the form of images, sound, video, writing and so on. Digital archives can be managed through computer programs and stored on digital data storage media. With this transformation, it is certainly very easy for interested parties, such as institutions/organizations that own archives. With digital archive storage media connected to the internet, these archives can be accessed whenever and wherever they are. Nusa Mandiri University as one of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia which always carries out the tri dharma of higher education collaborates with the community in carrying out one of the tri dharma, namely community service. The civitas of Nusa Mandiri University held community service activities with Baitul Halim Mosque Youth (RBH), which is an organization formed by teenagers in the Tegal Parang area, South Jakarta. The community service this time raised the theme of Digital Archives Management as a Source of Information for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Using Google Drive and Dropbox.

PT Angkasa Pura manages all airport services and airport related services. One division that has an important role is Airport Commercial. Airport commercial is part of a division of PT. Angkasa Pura I which has the responsibility to provide services and facilities that enhance customer experience and create additional revenue for the airport. To improve the quality of these services, PT Angkasa Pura I needs to evaluate the work of staff, especially in this airport commercial division. PT Angkasa Pura I conducts routine work evaluations to maintain and improve the quality of services provided to consumers. Suggestions that can be given to PT Angkasa Pura I are to continue to carry out routine work evaluations, carry out training and development programs, pay attention to and appreciate the positive attitudes and behavior of staff through programs, and pay attention to infrastructure and facilities to support optimal service.

The Covid pandemic has changed customer service expectations for coffee shop managers. Customers expect service adaptations based on post-pandemic situations and conditions so that their needs continue to be met. Not all coffee shop managers can immediately adapt to customer desires, so they need to get assistance to be able to adapt to customer demands. Currently the situation has begun to shift from a pandemic to an endemic, of course customer expectations have also changed again. Therefore, this community service activity with an entrepreneurial scheme has a moment of urgency to provide a solution to the problem of adapting coffee shop managers to customer expectations. In general, the community service activities for the entrepreneurship scheme are focused on increasing the management capacity and capability of partner coffee shop entrepreneurs in East Bekasi through a customer survey process. At a further stage, this community service activity will carry out a series of training and assistance to adapt management and standard operational procedures (SOP) for coffee shop management to suit customer expectations. The survey results will be tabulated and analyzed as material for adapting management and management SOPs to suit customer expectations

Sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan pada Era Industri 4.0 minimal harus memiliki 5 kompetensi utama di antaranya critical thinking dan problem solving. Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kemendikbud berencana memasukkan dua kompetensi tambahan dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia, yaitu Computational Thinking (CT) dan Compassion. Computational thinking dianggap sebagai salah satu kompetensi dasar untuk melengkapi keterampilan tersebut. Kompetensi tambahan Computational Thinking dan Compassion sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi era teknologi digital. Namun di sisi lain, pengetahuan tentang computational thinking masih sangat minim. Beberapa sekolah dasar masih belum memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendorong kemampuan computational thinking siswa. Salah satu cara melatih skill tersebut adalah dengan mengajarkan pemrograman kepada anak usia dini. Di antara metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengenalkan computational thinking kepada para siswa sekolah dasar adalah melalui kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengedukasi cara menggunakan aplikasi Scratch untuk mengenalkan pemikiran matematis dan komputasional di sekolah dasar dan mengenalkan konsep pemrograman sederhana dengan membuat proyek animasi dan games. Hasil yang didapatkan siswa setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman dan pengalaman bagaimana cara menggunakan komputer serta siswa bisa membuat animasi dan games sederhana dengan aplikasi Scratch.
