This study aims to determine the effect of differentiation strategy and online promotion on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 98 respondents. The tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. According to Setiyaningrum (2015:71), Positioning is the way a product is defined by consumers based on important attributes where the product is placed in the minds of consumers compared to rival products. . This positioning strategy must be able to be carried out by the company well in an effort to get customers and retain those customers. The results showed that the differentiation strategy and online promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Mutiara Sani Boutique Management should maintain and further improve online promotions in various internet media and pay attention to the differentiation strategy process such as prioritizing service and product quality so that consumer purchasing decisions are increasing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at LKP in Jember Regency, the influence of leadership style on employee performance at LKP in Jember Regency, the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at LKP in Jember Regency. The method of analysis in this study uses preliminary analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study that there is a positive influence of leadership on employee performance is accepted, there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance is rejected.

Previous literature reviews have explored the relationship between organizational subculture and lecturer performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to the work discipline of PDAM Malang City employees. In accordance with the main problem and research objectives that have been formulated, this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 188 employees of PDAM Malang City. The population in this study were 353 people . The data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on data analysis, there is evidence that leadership supervision and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership supervision, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect work discipline, and leadership supervision and work motivation simultaneously and significantly affect work motivation. work discipline through job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to determine the direct effect of work stress on performance, job stress on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performance, and the indirect effect of job stress on performance through nurse job satisfaction. The research design used is explanatory research. The number of nurses in the Inpatient Installation of the Military Hospital of Malang City was 154 people, while the respondents in this study were 106 people. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire measured by the linkert scale. While the data analysis used descriptive data analysis techniques and Path Analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Job Stress has a significant effect on Nurse Performance, (2) Job Stress has a significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Nurse Performance, (4) There is no indirect effect of Job Stress on Nurse Performance through Job Satisfaction. This shows that nurses who serve in the Inpatient Installation of Military Hospitals in Malang City are able to control work stress on nurses, so that the job satisfaction felt by nurses has no effect on nurse performance.
