KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN HYPERMARKET: LITERATUR REVIEW 超市场满意与忠诚度:文献综述

Previous literature reviews have explored the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of reviewing this scope is to map existing studies that assess the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The main steps in scoping are: (1) defining the research questions; (2) identify relevant studies; (3) research selection; ( ) cartographic data, and (5) compile, summarize, and report results, using multiple national assessments. The results of the scope review show that most studies recognize that customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. However, as Taylor and Gary Hunter (2003) have argued, Cristobal. E, et al (2007) customer satisfaction does not affect customer loyalty.

PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI KELEMBAGAAN: EKONOMI KOLEKTIF PEREMPUAN PERAJIN ANYAMAN BAMBU 体制经济观点:由竹编织工人组成的集体经济

The activities of the people of Kayubihi Village, Bangli Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia, especially housewives, have traditionally preserved the ancestral culture of making woven bamboo. The woven bamboo produced is done individually or in groups. The bamboo used to make the wicker is obtained from the artisans' own gardens and also purchased from neighboring villages. This study aims to determine (1) the system of shared resource management, (2) production activities. This research includes qualitative research with a grounded research approach, with a gradual analysis with a systematic approach from Strauss and Corbin. The research subjects are women who are bamboo weaving craftsmen, the data collection procedure is through observation and interviews. From the data analysis, it is known that the system manages shared resources based on considerations in the availability of raw materials, the relationship between the coordinator and the craftsmen as well as trust and solidarity. The existing production activities when making woven bamboo by craftsmen are seen from productivity and creativity.

INFORMASI AKUNTANSI BAGI USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH “OLEH-OLEH” MAKANAN KHAS MALANG 为中等规模的“纪念品”制作的会计信息

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of business scale, company age and owner education on the use of accounting information. This research uses a quantitative approach with respondents of MSME owner research "souvenirs" of typical foods in Malang. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments. The analytical tool used is the linear regression method using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) The scale of the business did not significantly influence the use of accounting information, this is because some of the businesses that were established were still very small with low income and the number of employees employed was also slightly in accordance with business activities, as indicated by the sig amounted to 0.972; 2) The age of a business company does not significantly influence the use of accounting information, the results of this study indicate that the longer the life of an MSME business, is not followed by the higher level of use of accounting information, which is indicated by a sig value of 0.231; 3) Owner education has a significant positive effect on the use of accounting information. The results of this study indicate that the level of education of an owner / manager influences the use of accounting information, which is indicated by a sig value of 0.001.

The performance of the Village Government employees stated that, previously, the organizational culture that was built in the Ngadirejo Village Government environment had minimal innovation, because employees tended to work monotonously and there was no improvement. The research objective is to analyze Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as a Mediation Variable. The research sample was 58 employees of the Ngadirejo Village Government, Malang Regency. The results of the study explain that leadership style and environment directly affect motivation. Leadership style and motivation directly affect employee performance

Trainner position of teachers as a vocational school in particular, have a role to organize, organize, direct and train to utilize all its resources both from private teachers themselves and from school in order to achieve the goals set. The performance of teachers in an educational institution is an interesting factor to be investigated.Based on data analysis found that transformational leadership style and work motivation influence on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance.In order to improve the performance of teachers, the leadership of SMK YP 17 Selorejo Blitar should use a charisma so that every action has the allure and should be followed, as well as exemplary, the leadership is able to inspire and keluasaan insights, leaders have a vision of the future and based intellectual. The importance of the role of organizational commitment, empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior in an effort to improve employee performance is an interesting research study. Some outstanding research results can be used as a foundation or reference for further research. Several contradictory research results between the influence of the role of organizational commitment and employee performance, empowerment and performance have been carried out in various countries and organizations which are very interesting for further study. Scoping method is very interesting to classify the influence between organizational commitment, empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior in an effort to improve employee performance.

The drop we will see from internal factors comes from employee performance, by looking at terms of job satisfaction, earned work motivation and employee commitment to Organization in the workplace will have an impact on employee performance, whether performance increases or decreases, Good or bad. The initial investigation of the study revealed that there were problems faced by East Java Forest Security Bureau employees, the problem being a decrease in employee performance. The population of this study was 5 persons and the sample used for the study was 5 persons/employee. This study uses path analysis method. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employees' job performance, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employees' work results. employees, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee job performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, motivation work has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment being the intermediate and variable motivation at work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational participation as an intermediate variable

The objective of the study is to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, the influence of leadership style on employee performance and the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Leadership on employee performance is influenced by organizational commitment style. The study population included 5 employees of the Batu City Office of Education. The results of the study explain that leadership style directly affects employee performance and organizational commitment and organizational commitment can influence leadership style on employee performance.

Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation (YDSF) Malang is one of them in realizing a long-term program by becoming an independent nation, hosting it in its own country and not depending on other nations. Foundation engaged in the collection and distribution of people's funds. Based on the description above, the research focuses are: (1) The most effective program for distributing community funds by YDSF Malang for community empowerment. (2) Implementation of the distribution of community funds collected by YDSF Malang in order to achieve effectiveness. The results of the research explain that the effectiveness of the distribution of funds carried out by YDSF Malang has a high level in terms of measurable quantitative, as well as qualitative, the existence of a multiplier effect and beyond expectation and Improving the quality of mustahik, benefit for others, and the surrounding environment. High effectiveness indicators are determined by the success rate of beneficiaries in managing and using the funds obtained for productive purposes and increasing competence as well as improving the quality of faith, education, and life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. this type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 103 employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. Based on the analysis of evidence that organizational culture and work motivation affect job satisfaction, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. In order to improve employee performance, agencies need to create a good organizational culture that is applied to the ability to complete work, besides that employees need to be more motivated by established policies such as creating a conducive work environment, providing supporting facilities and facilities, and taking more into account forms of appreciation. for employment.
