Spanish Abstract: El proposito de esta investigacion consistio en determinar la relacion matematica del control interno e inversion con el desempeno financiero, en las Pymes manufactureras de la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara. Se analiza la informacion recolectada, se identificada la relacion matematica, se interpretan los resultados y finalmente se ofrecen propuestas para apoyar la competitividad de las pymes del sector manufacturero en su actividad operativa. El desempeno financiero fue la variable dependiente y mediante el programa Spss version 20.0, se determino la relacion matematica que ejercen la inversion y el control interno siendo estos los factores independientes. El modelo matematico y los factores del estudio empirico fueron utilizados en investigaciones comentadas en el marco teorico. English Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the mathematical relation of internal control and investment, with financial performance, in the small and medium companies from the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. The collected information is analyzed and once mathematical relation is identified the results are interpreted, at the end some suggestions are offered to support competitiveness of small and medium businesses, which integrate the manufacturing sector and its operational activity. Financial performance was the dependent variable and with the use of the Spss software 20.0 version, the mathematical relation of investment and internal control was determined, being the last two the independent variables. The mathematical model and the factors of the empirical study were used in researches mentioned in the theoretical content.

Implementing Build-to-Order Strategies: Enablers and Barriers in the European Automotive Industry 实施按订单生产战略:欧洲汽车工业的推动因素和障碍

Vehicle manufacturers build the majority of vehicles to a sales forecast and links between production and final customer orders are tenuous. A greater percentage of Build-To-Order (BTO) vehicle production may offer the European automotive industry a competitive edge. The EU and industry funded Intelligent Logistics for Innovative Product Technologies (ILIPT) project developed and validated an approach for a five-day build-to-order process. However, there remain significant challenges to be overcome before this innovative model can be adopted. Empirical research was undertaken to capture the challenges faced. Findings illustrate that certain factors need to be considered in managing the transition to the '5 Day Car' in Europe including building on existing good practice, training and re-educating managers in BTO principles and practices, clear planning and objective setting, and enhancing supply chain learning. The study concludes with a guiding framework to help practitioners realise the build-to-order transition.

Knowledge Management in New Product Teams: Practices and Outcomes 新产品团队中的知识管理:实践与结果

This paper explores the critical practices impacting a new product team's ability to learn and succeed. By investigating the practices of 281 new product teams from around the world, several factors emerged that impact a team's ability to acquire and use knowledge to reduce cycle time and improve their probability of success. The significant factors include: (1) documentation of project information, (2) storage and retrieval systems for project information, (3) information reviewing practices, (4) vision clarity, (5) vision stability, and (6) management support of the project.
