The Influence of Service Quality, Price, and Convenience on Purchase Decisions of Gofood Services (Study on University of Muhammadiyah Gresik Students) 服务质量、价格和便利性对食品服务购买决策的影响(以格列西克大学学生为研究对象)

This study aims to test the effect of service quality, price, and convenience on purchasing decisions for GoFood services. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study were active students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS version 25. The analytical model used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the research variables partially on purchasing decisions, a t-test technique is used using a level of 5% or 0.05. The results show that service quality and convenience partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
本研究旨在检验服务质量、价格和便利性对GoFood服务购买决策的影响。本研究使用的方法是定量方法,通过使用李克特量表的问卷调查。这项研究的人群是格列西克穆罕默迪亚大学的活跃学生。本研究的抽样方法为有目的抽样,共抽样100人。数据收集技术采用问卷调查,使用SPSS 25版进行处理。本研究采用的分析模型为多元线性回归分析模型。为了找出部分研究变量对购买决策的显著性,使用t检验技术,使用5%或0.05的水平。结果表明,服务质量和便利性部分对购买决策有显著影响,价格部分对购买决策没有显著影响。

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Dharma Five Ocean. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with the number of samples obtained as many as 85 respondents . The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Dharma Panca Samudera. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear method. The results showed that the regression equation was obtained Y=8.715+0.428X 1 +0.541X 2 +0.461X 3 . The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.026 <0.05. Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.05 or 0.004 <0.05. It is recommended that to improve employee performance, management is expected to need to increase employee morale in carrying out tasks that are the responsibility of employees so as to improve work discipline and also improve employee performance. The management should provide increased benefits and incentives to employees so that they can improve the performance of employees in the company.

Application of Lean Manufacturing to Minimize Waste in the Lajiem Coffee Business Production Process 应用精益生产将拉珍咖啡业务生产流程中的浪费降至最低

Background - This study aims to implement the Lean Manufacturing method in the production sector in order to minimize the existance of waste in production proses of Lajiem Coffee. Design/methodology/approach - This type of research is qualitative research. By using the Lean Manufacturing method, the waste in the production sector of Coffee can be identified. The analysis used in this research is interactive models. Research implication - The results of waste identification using Timwood waste in the production sector found are Defect and Motion. Next, look for the root cause using 5-Why's in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), then assessed through Risk Analysis and mapped in a risk assessment matrix to find out the root causes of extreme risk. It is known that the extreme risks in the production sector are defects and motion. The next extreme risk is given improvement suggestions in order to minimize and reduce waste that has occurred in the production.

Indonesia's population in 2022 is recorded at 275,361,267 people, significantly increasing per year which has resulted in an increase in food needs in the chicken meat sector, the high interest in chicken meat has not been accompanied by appropriate technology, this has made the quantity and quality of chicken breeders often experience crop failures the application of system technology for controlling and monitoring air quality in chicken coops based on PLC Outseal for ammonia gas is a technology used to reduce the death rate of chickens due to poisoning by ammonia gas produced from the chicken manure itself. The technology applied to chicken farms uses the Outseal PLC microcontroller as the design brain, Arduino nano as a sensor data storage communication, the MQ135 air quality detector by checking ammonia gas levels, monitoring through the HMI Modbus software on a bluetooth connection with control on a smartphone and removing dirty air by blowers. The parameter limit for the value of ammonia gas in the chicken coop is 20 – 40 ppm. The test result that the value of the ammonia gas content in the farm is above the specified value, the condition of the cage is excess ammonia gas and the automatic actuator functions to remove ammonia gas until the ammonia gas level value returns to normal.

Billing System Based on Macro Scheduler at PT Petrokimia Gresik 基于PT Petrokimia Gresik宏调度程序的计费系统

Abstrak PT Petrokimia Gresik terus membuat inovasi dalam mendukung berbagai macam pekerjaan yang ada di setiap departemen hingga setiap bagian. Bagian penagihan dalam mendukung setiap pekerjaan menggunakan sistem macro scheduler. Macro Scheduler yaitu suatu software untuk alat otomatisasi berbagai tugas di komputer. Di bagian penagihan Macro Scheduler digunakan untuk kecepatan dan juga ketepatan dalam pekerjaan. Mulai dari pembukuan dengan data ribuan dan juga pencetakan faktur penjualan dalam bentuk soft file. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan eksperimen dengan membuat robot macro scheduler pada proses pengiriman faktur penjualan ke distributor yang bertujuan untuk efisiensi waktu dan juga ketepatan dalam proses pengiriman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan pengaplikasian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini terkait dengan pembuatan robot macro scheduler adalah efisiensi waktu dari sebelum adanya robot membutuhkan waktu satu bulan dalam proses pengiriman sekarang hanya membutuhkan waktu satu minggu. Sehingga tidak adanya permintaan pengiriman dari pihak distributor terkait keterlambatan pengiriman faktur penjualan. Selain itu, ketepatan pengiriman faktur penjualan dengan email milik distributor. Kata Kunci : Macro scheduler; Faktur penjualan; Efisiensi waktu; Ketepatan.

Sehingga tidak adanya permintaan pengiriman dari pihak distributor terkait keterlambatan pengiriman faktur penjualan. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, sales growth, and capital intensity on tax avoidance. This type of research is a quantitative research. In this study, researchers examined tax avoidance at consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 by using independent variables, namely, profitability, sales growth, and capital intensity The population of this study is the consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The sampling method was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 94 samples. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with SPSS Version 25 program. The results show that profitability and sales growth have an effect on tax avoidance.

At this time the industrial era entered 4.0 which is known as the industrial revolution. The existence of the industrial era 4.0 has many benefits to support everyday human life. These developments relate to the automation and exchange of information technology as wellOne of the manufacturing industry processes is the Internet of Things (IoT). This article will discuss how to implement the Internet of Things (IoT) in the Salt Industry Factory, In the process of making salt, it is very important to monitor, one of which is the drying process in the dryer. In the drying process must have a stable temperature and humidity. From the analysis of QC (Quality Control) workers, salt which after the drying process changes color to yellowish which does not match the desired quality. Therefore it is necessary to control the temperature of the dryer which can be monitored via Android.

The variety of fishing gear used by fishermen in Indonesia initiates how to choose the most environmentally friendly fishing gear with good efficiency. The Indonesian government bans cantrang fishing gear because it endangers fish ecosystems and coral reefs. It was then replaced with a longline. This study employs a case study method with descriptive analysis focusing on a case in detail and intensively. In addition to reviewing the environmental impact of using fishing gear cantrang and bottom longline, this study also analyzes the costs required for both tools from manufacture to maintenance, and the revenue of the catch. Based on the research conducted, the capital required for cantrang fishing gear is IDR. 29,450,000 and a longline of IDR. 29,030,000. The profit generated by the cantrang fishing gear for a year is IDR. 56,012,000 while the longline is IDR. 33,836,000. Therefore, it can be concluded that replacing the cantrang fishing gear with a bottom longline is considered simpler, environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and easy to develop.

Aspects of ship repair planning must be considered, especially during the ship repair process. This component is closely related to what is needed by professionals in specific fields. Project completion time can also be estimated using the number of workers involved in the production process. The salary paid by the company also correlates with the number of employees. One of the techniques to speed up work on a tanker repair project by increasing working hours which is often referred to as overtime hours with two approaches to speeding up work on a project evaluated technically and economically compared by researchers. Researchers evaluate project work and calculate the workforce involved in tanker repair. Researchers perform calculations for each part of the workforce in the ship repairment process, and also analyze the scheduling of each part of the workers that have been prepared by the company. Working on the project experienced a shortage of manpower and more often used the overtime system. and it can be seen from the results of the study that adding labor is more efficient from an economic point of view because the costs incurred are less and the processing time does not exceed the specified duration.   Keywords: Tanker Ships; Labor; Duration; Cost
