In this paper, we consider estimates for the Fourier transform of signed measures supported to smooth surfaces in the three-dimensional Euclidean space. These surfaces are given by the graph of a smooth function having a singularity of type. The sharp estimates for the Fourier transform of a measure are obtained.

In this work, the oxide phase of the spinel structure Li1.33Mn1.67O4 4 partially replaced manganese with Mg2+ ions, and the effect of lithium manganese oxides on adsorption properties was studied. Li1.33MgxMn(1.67-x)O4 oxide with a spindle structure doped with Mg2+ ion was synthesized by sol-gel method and calcined at 600 °C for 5 hours. Experiments were conducted to study the effect of pH, gelation time, adsorbent dose, contact time and Li+ concentration. The synthesized oxides of Li1.33MgxMn(1.67x)O4 were described using X-ray radiation. The characteristics of Li1.33MgxMn(1.67x)O4 were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD).

Исследованы и разработаны научно-методические основы оптимизации идентификации микрообъектов, в частности, пыльцевых зерен на основе применения механизмов извлечения текстурных, геометрических, специфических характеристик и особенностей изображений. Разработана методика для оценки эффективности идентификации контура изображения по характеристикам приростов его кривой на основе широкого спектра функциональных зависимостей. Разработаны механизмы и вычислительные алгоритмы идентификации изображений на основе биквадратической, экспоненциальной, авторегрессионной, скользящей средней, адаптивно-сглаживающей, статистических моделей идентификации, а также связывания опорных точек на контуре. Предложены методы маскирования опорных точек, пиксельного представления, сегментирования, регулирования ширины границ сегментов, обнаружения изменений. Разработан обобщенный алгоритм идентификации на основе интерполяционной сплайн - функции Добеши и ортогональных полиномов 4, 8 порядков с механизмами извлечения текстурных, геометрических, специфических характеристик и особенностей изображений пыльцевых зерен. Реализован комплекс программ идентификации, распознавания, классификации, систематизации микрообъектов на языке С++, функциональные модули которого протестированы в среде параллельных вычислений «CUDA».

Statsionar video kuzatuv kamerasida olingan hamda yozib olingan video tasvirlar ketma-ketligida tutunni aniqlash algoritmi taklif etilgan. Birinchi bosqichda kadr kontrasti yaxshilanadi. So‘ngra dinamik va statik xususiyatlarni tahlil qilish asosida videoda harakat tezligi sekin bo‘lgan joylarni aniqlash amalga oshiriladi. Buning uchun modifikatsiyalangan fonni olib tashlash va rang segmentatsiyasi qo‘llaniladi. Ikkinchi bosqichda kichik o‘lchamdagi bloklarning fazo-vaqt tahlili o‘tkazilib oldingi bosqichdagi segmentlangan maydonlar uchun shakllanadi. Uchinchi bosqichda kovariatsiya deskriptorlari asosida xususiyatlar to‘plamlari yaratiladi va tasniflash uchun radial asosli yadro funktsiyasiga ega tayanch vektor mashinasi ishlatiladi.
