Метод обратной задачи рассеяния применяется для интегрирования нагруженного уравнения Кортевега-де Фриза с источником в случае движущихся собственных значений. Выводится эволюция данных рассеяния оператора Штурма-Лиувилля, коэффициент которого является решением нагруженного уравнения Кортевега-де Фриза с источником в случае движущихся собственных значений. Кроме того предлагается алгоритм построении точных решений нагруженного уравнения Кортевега-де Фриза. Приведены примеры, иллюстрирующий изложенный алгоритм.

В статье обсуждается оригинальный способ регистрации слабых оптических сигналов с помощью резонаторных кювет и импульсно-периодических лазерных источников. Данная методика основана на волоконно-оптической регистрации спектров фотолюминесценции, комбинационного рассеяния и двухфотонно-возбуждаемой люминесценции с использованием малогабаритного спектрометра, резонаторных кювет и системы обработки данных, позволяющей провести сравнение анализируемого спектра со спектром эталонного вещества. Разработанный способ регистрации слабых оптических сигналов открывает широкие возможности для регистрации слабых сигналов вторичного излучения важных неорганических и органических веществ, а также для создания малогабаритных лазерных анализаторов химических соединений, необходимых для решения многих практических задач.

Maqolada Navoiy viloyatidagi chorvachilik tarmoqni hududiy tashkil etishning iqtisodiy-geografik jihatidan tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek barcha turdagi chorva sonini statistik ma’lumotlar asosida 2000-2022 yillar oralig’ida o‘sishi va ularning mahsuldorligi hududlar kesimida tahlili keltirilgan. Ushbu tarmoqni viloyatda rivojlantirish uchun taklif va tavsiyalar keltirilgan.

Isolation, identification and optimization of exopolysaccharide-based bioflocculant synthesis by soil bacteria Bacillus atrophaeus NR-12 土壤细菌萎缩芽孢杆菌NR-12体外多糖合成生物絮凝剂的分离、鉴定及优化

Bioflocculants are polysaccharide-based, biodegradable macromolecules synthesized by soil microorganisms. A bacterium prodicing an extracellular bioflocculant wasisolated from the salty and dry soil and identified as Bacillus atrophaeus. Effects of culture conditions including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, pH, shaker speed on bioflocculant production were studied. Isolate comparative analysis of 16S rRNA sequence identified the isolate to have 99% similarity to Bacillus atrophaeus and it was deposited in the GenBank as Bacillus atrophaeus NR- 2 with accession number OP679007. The strain was characterized by ability to grow and synthesize the bioflocculant in alkaline conditions – pH 11. It was supposed that the strain can overcome adverse effects of environment – alkalinity and salinity by enhanced production of bioflocculant in stress. In the optimized medium (sucrose and tryptone used as C/N sources) the strain produced 4.76 mL bioflocculant.
