The results of the transfer from the card reference and bibliographic instrument to e-catalog are summarized. Options for using library e-catalogs for advanced user bibliographic services are discussed. The library’s book collection is partially conversed into full-text e-library; many books are digitized for the web-portal «Scientific heritage of Russia». The variations of targeted thematic full-text collections with bibliographic browsing and search formats are analyzed; options for graphic formats for full-text publications in e-libraries to provide fast access to the books directly from the catalog are examined.

The modern approach to the concept of bibliology is examined and evaluated. The importance of the book studies on the intersection of neurosciences and the humanities knowledge is emphasized. The concept of neurobibliology is substantiated as an interdisciplinary scientific area at the interface of bibliology and theory of cognitive processes. He also suggests to establish an analytical center for bibliology.

Integrating with open archive via OAI-PMH provider 通过OAI-PMH提供商与开放存档集成

The author examines usability of OAI-PMH technology for metadata exchange between the e-libraries and open archives. Research and educational organizations may maintain both e-libraries and e-archives which main contents are new publications and materials in digital formats. However, in most cases, organizational websites do not enable the integrated search simultaneously against both sources. Using OAI-PMH protocol provides several advantages in distributing and promoting information as it offers additional opportunities for indexing by Internet-based search engines, along with extended metadata exchange options. The RNPLS&T has designed the solution that enables to use ALIS as the universal platform for the two technologies, i.e. e-library portal and provider of open archive data, based on OAI-PMH protocol. The key benefit of the solution is the compatibility of the metadata transfer formats with the popular Dspace platform, which enables to use IRBIS64-pluggable databases as open archives. In this case, the IRBIS-based data become available to other open archive systems interactively.

The need for making the dictionary to accumulate the corpus of words and expressions in the speech of modern young people – the digital natives, – is substantiated. Many of these forms, though used intensively, have not been fixed in a standard dictionary. The texts in social media, i.e. Instagram, VKontakte, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pikabu website were analyzed. The dictionary will be useful for philologists, professors, researchers, students, teenagers, and everyone interested in the Russian language.
