The study was aimed to explain the field phenomenon, observing the way teachers prepare test blue print. This research is a qualitative method, the researcher is a key instrument in data collection. Triangulation techniques are used in collecting field data, as well as testing the credibility of the data. The research subjects were taken by using purposive sampling technique, namely 4 elementary school teachers. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely: reduction, display and conclusion. The results of the research findings clearly describe each step taken by the teacher in designing the test blue print. There are two main points to look at, are 1) determining the dimensions that are used as references in developing test items and 2) making specification tables as basic guidelines. The initial steps taken are quite appropriate, starting from determining the dimensions in the form of competency standards, basic competencies and indicators referred to from the curriculum. Whereas in the preparation of the specification table, several things were found, namely: a) there are differences in understanding of the aspects that must be in the table, b) the cognitive domain is not visible in the specification table, c) the teacher does not understand the importance of the cognitive domain in test design.

This article aims to describe the humanistic theory and its analysis of Islamic Religious Education. The method of writing this article uses descriptive analytic method, which means that it describes and simultaneously provides an analysis of the problems discussed. From the analysis, the writer suggests that: Humanistic theory aims to humanize humans. The learning process is considered effective when students understand themselves and their surroundings. Students in a series of learning should strive to be able to actualize themselves as best as possible, for that PAI learning in a humanistic paradigm, teachers and students are required to be able to develop their potential to the maximum so as to create an independent learning atmosphere in accordance with the characteristics and development of students. In accordance with the objectives of Islamic Religious Education, the expected education is able to make students become whole individuals both according to the human perspective in concept and as servants of Allah who are made as caliphs on earth so that they are able to apply the knowledge gained to achieve progress both for themselves and for themselves. environment in the future.

Science Learning based on “Merdeka Belajar” system in elementary school during pandemic raises new challenges for students, teachers, and parents. “Merdeka Belajar” is a program initiated by the Minister of Education which aims to create a happy learning atmosphere for them. In addition, the “Merdeka Belajar” system wants to produce better quality and not only memorize, but also has sharp analytical skills, reasoning, and comprehensive understanding in learning. Then the policy of “Merdeka Belajar” in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is to implement learning activities at home or learning distance (online). This encourages all parties to be literate, be it scientific literacy, technology literacy so that the concept of science learning can still be implemented. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods. Sources of data are through the online media of national and international indexed journals. This study found a strategic method to achieve “Merdeka Belajar”, including Learning Cycle, Blended Learning, STEAM, E-Learning (Learning Management System) and ethnoscience. So learning science with technology is increasingly in tune with the independent learning system because in the process students are trained to be literate in science and technology as well as to have character/ science attitudes.

The ability to master a foreign language is a student's need to compete at the international level. For this reason, universities are required to provide opportunities for lecturers to choose a lecturer in teaching English at tertiary institutions. In several studies it was found that students of Islamic Higher Education have the motivation and desire students who are strong enough to learn foreign languages but only a small proportion of them successfully master both international languages simultaneously (Arabic and English). The ESP (Materials, Methods and Needs Analysis) approach to the English Subject This is because English in tertiary institutions is complex and requires efforts that also involve many parties. The learning process in this skill requires a structured process and adequate time. Based on cognitive theory in learning, Merdeka Belajar provides the widest opportunity for students to control and carry out the learning process by involving metacognitive, motivational, and attitudinal aspects in achieving learning goals. For this reason, an ESP product is needed which aims to help students implement an independent learning system because one form of implementing this approach is the creation and selection of material methods based on student needs (limitations, desires, and interests)

The aim of writing this paper will describe the problems and challenges facing Islmic institution of higher education and the expectations and strategies to deal accuration. So, the problems are how the posision, condition, standarization, accuration, and protection of Islamic higher education to servics costomers or student in Indonesia and how is learning system and developing science in this age. The method use library research with observasion method to document, discussion, and interview method by experts. The research finding are the 21 st century is the age globalization. It takes to impact on interdepedention, competition, and advances in science, information and commucation tecnology on institution of Islamic higher education. Interdepedention describe the somethink happened in a country correlated with other country. This condition has to change of paradigm at manajement of instituion higher education that the society make it is coorporate has to protecs and the best accuration and quickly servics to costomers. The conclusion are (1) the expectation that Islamic higher education must remain firm lying to the main foundations, the Qur'an and Hadith, and pay attention to and strengthen the teaching of Arabic and must be able to prove the truth of the foundation in human/community life and in addition to (2) Islamic higher educational must enter the official level of quality standards, (3) Islamic higher education make themselves as higher education research that aims to change the real. It can be done from simple ways.

This artikel is titled "National Curriculum In Its Development During the Reform period". The main problem in writing this thesis is (1) Curriculum development in 2004 (KBK), (2) Curriculum development in 2006 (KTSP), (3) Curriculum development in 2013. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of the curriculum in 2004 (KBK), analyze the development of the curriculum in 2006 (KTSP), analyze the development of the curriculum in 2013. To achieve the above objectives, the study was conducted using Library research using measures: The collection of data sources in this study is a printed material that can provide information about the National Curriculum in the Development of the Reform Period, primary sources are the results of research or the writings of researchers such as books: Mulyasa, curriculum level of the Unit of Education, while secondary sources are books relevant to the title of this thesis. Data collection is done with literature studies, document studies, accessing the internet. Data analysis is done by content analysis techniques and inductive methods, then described scientifically so as to produce scientific works of form (thesis) that can be accounted for scientifically. From the results of the study found that learning in kbk if viewed special characteristics that the learning system in kbk is very practical for the development of students, in the sense that this system is universal in nature that has covered the overall learning activities that become the basic needs of students. but it does not close the possibility that students need intensive direction and coaching of teachers, in order to achieve professional educational goals. In addition, the characteristics of the Education Unit Level Curriculum is an individual development-oriented curriculum, which can be seen from the basic competency standards outlined by the indicators. In ktsp there is a component of self-development that emphasizes on the aspects of talent development and student interest. From competency-based curriculum 2004, Education Unit Level Curriculum 2006, and Curriculum-13 obtained that k-13 is more efficient to improve the quality of learning learning students. However, Curriculum 13 is an improvement in the effectiveness of learning in the education unit and the addition of learning time in schools. K-13 students are looking to find out using current technology.

This action research aims to improve students’ mathematics achievement using Number Head Together in Cooperative Learning. The subjects were students of X.5 Class at SMAN 10 Pekanbaru in 2015/2016. The model was implemented in two cycles. Data were collected through mathematics test, observation sheets on learning process and questionnaire. Data were analysed through quantitative and qualitative analysis. In the first cycle, students mathematics achievement improve to 52,5%. In the second cycle, students mathematics achievement improve to 77,5%. It satisfied the criteria for successful action of this research. To sum up, it can be conclude that number head together in cooperative learning can be alternative modal that can be implemented to improve students’ mathematics achievement.
