黒毛和種における画像解析値を用いたランダムフォレストによるBMS推定 使用黑毛和种的图像分析值的随机森林的BMS估计

牛枝肉のBeef Marbling Standard(BMS)を枝肉横断面画像からの情報をもとにランダムフォレストを用いて推定した.説明変数として枝肉横断面のロース芯に着目した画像解析値23形質を使用した.推定値と格付員によって判定された値との差をもとにした推定精度は,±0以内割合で51.8%および±0~1以内割合で94.1%であった.重要度は高い順から脂肪面積割合(0.8634),新細かさ指数(0.0297)およびあらさ指数1-10(0.0121)となり,BMS推定には脂肪交雑の量,細かさおよびあらさが重要な形質であることが明らかとなった.脂肪交雑の量および細かさは推定値にプラスの影響性を持っていた.脂肪交雑のあらさは推定にマイナスに作用し,BMS7から10においてより強く働いていた.ランダムフォレストを用いることで高精度かつ予測値に説明性を持たせたBMS推定の実施可能性が示唆された.
利用随机森林,根据来自肉横断面图像的信息,推断了牛枝肉的Beef Marbling Standard (BMS)。作为说明变量,使用了着眼于枝肉横断面的里脊芯的图像分析值23性状。以推算值与评级员判定值之差为基础的推算精度,±0以内比例为51.8%,±0 ~ 1以内比例为94.1%。重要程度从高到低依次为脂肪面积比例(0.8634)、新精细度指数(0.0297)和粗糙度指数1-10 (0.0121),BMS估计有脂肪混杂的量;明确了细小和粗糙是重要的性状。脂肪杂交的数量和精细程度对估计有正面影响。脂肪混杂的偏差对估计有负面作用,在BMS7至10中作用更强。通过使用随机森林,我们发现了实现高精度且预测值具有可解释性的BMS估计的可能性。
