Marboy Workshop is one of the workshops in Tangerang City which is engaged in services, especially motorcycle repairs. So far, there have been difficulties, especially in diagnosing damage to the Honda Beat injection automatic motor. To support the diagnosis of damage to the Honda Beat injection matic motor, an expert system for diagnosing damage to the Honda Beat injection matic motor is designed using a web-based forward chaining method. The purpose of this study is to assist mechanics or technicians in analyzing various damage to the Honda Beat injection matic motorcycle at the Marboy Motor repair shop with a faster processing time. This research method uses qualitative methods. Through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system design method in this research is using UML and the system creation method in this study uses web-based forward chaining. The results of the research are mechanics can find out the desired symptoms, mechanics can find out the damage that occurs on the Honda Beat injection automatic motor, and mechanics can find solutions to the symptoms and damage that exist on the Honda Beat automatic injection motorbike.

Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a COVID-19 pandemic, so a way is needed to minimize its spread, one of which is by spraying disinfectants. The purpose of this research is to produce an embedded system in the form of a disinfectant spraying robot that is useful for minimizing the spread of Covid-19 with an automatic control system using Arduino Uno and infrared sensors as input. The research method used in this research is research and development. In simple terms, this embedded system will follow the line that has been made, then at a certain time the disinfectant spray will run automatically. The results of testing the infrared sensor and real time clock function well when detecting a black line so that the prototype runs as expected, but the use of an infrared sensor affects the light intensity so that it affects the value of the sensor when conditions are dark and bright.

Health services are one of the important factors for hospitals. Good and bad services provided will affect the image of the hospital itself. Increased activity in a hospital with limited service facilities will result in queues at the outpatient unit. This happened in Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital. Based on survey that has been conducted, there are 80% of hospital visitors who experience a long queue when registering conventionally and 56% have difficulty receiving information on the doctor's practice schedule. Thus, 94% of patients require an online registration application. The purpose of this study is to make an online registration application to solve patient problems. This research uses waterfall method. In requirement analysis there are 11 functional and 2 non-functional requirements. At the design step, includes the design of use case diagrams, use case scenarios, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, pseudocode, class diagrams, databases, and interfaces. Then at the implementation step, it produces a database implementation and 12 interface. In the testing step, it is 100% valid on black-box and compatibility. The usability test using SUS resulted in a score of 100 for the admin which was classified as grade A with best imaginable adjective ratings and a score of 88.12 for patients who were classified as grade

Trains are the favorite transportation of Indonesians as evidenced by the increasing number of special train services on various mobile apps. This study focuses on analyzing the satisfaction of users of the KAI Access application on ticket reservations. This study aims to analyze the complaints of users of the KAI Access application in ordering train tickets online. There were 1321 positive and negative comments on kai access application users for ticket booking complaints. Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini telah mendorong perubahan diberbagai bidang kehidupan. Sistem Pelayanan yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di antaranya, sering terjadi keterlambatan layanan saat warga ingin mendapatkan surat pengantar, membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama karna warga harus datang ke kantor desa secara langsung untuk melakukan pengajuan pembuatan surat. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi Analisa kebutuhan, desain system, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program. Adapun metode pengumpulan data nya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari analisis yang di lakukan dapat di ketahui bahwa proses pembuatan surat di desa Bojong ini di lakukan dengan cara warga harus mendatangi rumah RT untuk meminta surat pengantar, setelah itu ke kantor desa untuk melakukan pengajuan surat. Kartu Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) merupakan salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi jika ingin mengikuti UAS pada Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Islam Makassar. Pengambilan kartu UAS secara konvensional sangat tidak efisien dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi web untuk pengambilan kartu UAS. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Black Box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan semua fitur-fitur pada aplikasi web pengambilan kartu UAS berfungsi dengan baik. Aplikasi web pengambilan kartu UAS ini dapat memberi kenyamanan bagi mahasiswa serta kelancaran dalam proses pengambilan kartu UAS.
