Deteksi Api Pada Video Menggunakan Metode Artificial Neural Network 使用人工神经网络的视频检测Api

Abstract The camera is one of the tools used to collect images. Cameras are often used for the safety of homes, highways and others. Then in this study camera captures are used to support fire objects because fire is one of the causes of safety that can be controlled. Therefore, by utilizing a capture camera will see the best model of backpropagation neural network by combining the local binary patern (LBP) feature extraction method and the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to access the fire. Then to evaluate the performance of the model created using three parameters that contain accuracy, recall, precision. The data in this study consisted of videos with variations of fire and non-fire videos. Based on the final results of the study, accuracy, remember, the best precision obtained simultaneously 96%, 97%, 97%. Then the validation process was done using 30 videos with a variation of 15 fire videos and 15 non-fire videos and obtained an accuracy of 86.6% with an average time value of 6.029 minutes.

Deteksi Api pada Video dengan Gaussian Mixture Model Untuk Deteksi Gerakan Dan Segmentasi Warna Api Dalam Ruang Warna YCbCr

Fire is a disaster that can endanger lives and cause property loss. The solution to detect fire that is commonly used today is to use a sensor. Fire sensors can be used together with surveillance cameras (CCTV) which are now being installed in many office buildings. This study tries to build a model for detecting fire in video with a digital image processing approach using the Gaussian Mixture Model for motion detection and fire color segmentation in the YCbCr color space. The model is then tested with metrics for accuracy, precision, recall, and processing speed. The dataset used is in the form of videos with small, medium, large fire sizes, and videos that only have fire-like objects. The test results show that the algorithm is able to detect fire when the size of the fire is not too small or the position of the fire is close enough to the camera. For videos with a resolution of 800x600 and a framerate of 30 fps, it can achieve 66.89% accuracy, 73.77% precision, and 66.66% recall. The performance during the day is relatively better than at night. Algorithm processing speed is too slow to be implemented in real-time

Sampah merupakan hasil buangan/output dari segala aktivitas manusia. Setiap hari manusia menghasilkan sampah, baik sampah organik maupun anorganik yang memiliki berbagai bentuk dan jenis. Tidak heran permasalahan tersebut juga banyak ditemukan di lingkungan Perumahan. Salah satu perumahan yang ada di Kota Mataram adalah perumahan Babakan Permai yang terletak di kelurahan Babakan, kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram. Penanganan masalah sampah di Perumahan Babakan Permai ditangani dengan cara penjadwalan untuk pengambilan sampah pada masing-masing rumah. Sampah di ambil setiap 2 kali seminggu oleh petugas sampah perumahan. Hal ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu potensi penumpukan sampah pada tiap rumah meningkat. Penumpukan sampah sangat mengganggu warga di lingkungan sekitar baik dari segi kebersihan maupun kesehatan Dengan demikian, permasalahan tersebut dapat di atasi dengan membuat alat Smart Trash Can yang dapat mempermudah petugas sampah di perumahan. Tugas akhir ini berupa prototype tempat sampah pintar yang dapat memonitoring tempat sampah. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan konsep IoT (Internet of Things) yang memanfaatkan internet. Protokol yang digunakan dalam IoT adalah MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) yang bersifat lightweight message dan didesain untuk perangkat-perangkat dengan sumber daya terbatas. Dengan konsep IoT, monitoring tempat sampah dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa sensor seperti penggunaan sensor berat (load cell) sebagai deteksi berat sampah, modul HX711 sebagai konversi nilai berat load cell dan sensor magnetic switch untuk mengetahui bukaan/tutupan tempah sampah yang di rangkai dengan mikrokontroler.

Inappropriate use of a light bulb in light conditions in the room causes electricity to go to waste. To conserve electricity and keep the lights from breaking quickly, it needs to be done to measure the condition of the light around the lamp. For that it requires a decision-making system of the lighting room based on the Internet of things and using MQTT protocol and fuzzy tsukamoto logic methods. The MQTT protocol used is CloudMQTT to store data or be called a broker. CloudMQTT has 4 important instance info, that is server, user, password, and port. 4. That instance info is used to connect the application program with the broker in order for the system to subscribe and publish from broker to application. For fuzzy tsukamoto combination of rules built up from the three functions of membership, that is the intensity of light, time, and the condition of the light. A combination of rules from two variables is light intensity and time generates 20 combinations of rules. Deffuzification on fuzzy tsukamoto earned by taking a centralized average.

Sistem Pakar Diagnosis Penyakit Tanaman Padi Menggunakan Forward Chaining dan Dempster Shafer

Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. One of the inhibitors of rice crop production is disease. Rice plant diseases can be caused by pathogens, host plants or bad environment. The process of diagnosing rice diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. This study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 13 types of rice plant diseases from 43 symptoms based on the knowledge of 3 experts with forward chaining reasoning methods and mobile-based dempster shafer calculation methods. The testing technique used is black box testing, theoretical calculation testing, system accuracy testing and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) testing. The black box test results state that the expert system has 100% compatibility in terms of functionality. The theoretical calculation test results state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. System accuracy testing results from 30 test cases get an accuracy of 81.11%. The results of MOS testing conducted on 30 respondents produced MOS of 4.2 from a scale of 5 categorized into a good system.

VANET is part of the Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), but the nodes on VANET have a higher level of mobility. Each node that moves will cause network activity (topology changes) such as route search and message sending handled by each node. So that each node must have a routing protocol to facilitate communication in the network. The selection of the appropriate routing protocol is needed in urban and  rural scenarios.This study aims to determine the effect of propagation model variants on data communication on the TORA, MDART and ZRP routing protocols on the VANET network on the Praya City and Bypass Lombok road maps with an area of ​​1000x1000 m2. For the variation of the routing protocol using four variations of the propagation model, namely the freespace propagation model, tworayground, shadowing, and nakagami. The number of nodes used in the Praya City road map is 35, 55, 70 nodes and in Lombok Bypass 25, 40, 60 nodes. The test parameters used are throughput, packet delivery ratio and end to end delay.In an urban scenario with an area of ​​1000x1000 m2, the TORA protocol gets a very good throughput parameter on nakagami propagation of 40.95 Kbps and on the ZRP protocol the value of the freespace propagation parameter PDR is 100%. Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring dan Controlling Penerangan Jalan Umum Berbasis IoT dan Android

Abstract: Public street lighting (PSL) is an element or component that must be present in every road, functioning as street lighting at night for the safety of motorists. Most of public street lighting is lit at night through morning continuously without a system of monitoring and control, which is consuming electricity. Therefore in this study a prototype system was designed to monitor and control public street lighting based on IoT and Android. It use Dimmer as a microcontroller, Dimmer as a voltage regulation, and LDR sensor for taking light intensity. Conventionally, public street lighting only turns on at night and turn off during the day. Research on monitoring and controlling street lighting in addition to being made that can be ON and OFF lights, it also can reduced electric voltage to dim the light intensity.   Keywords: Internet of Things, Public Street Lighting (LPJU) Relay, Dimmer, SensorLDR.

The development of technology affects the society in industry, either big or small scale of industry. In Mataram city, there are a lot of businesses that have utilized technology to improve their businesses. The technology usually used is smartphone. Smartphone is chosen because it’s mobility and easiness to use. Although smartphone technology has been used widely, there are some businesses which does not have information system and still use manual system in their business operation. One of them is UD. Primadona’s cake shop. Therefore it is important to assist them by designing a mobile-based order application. The method used is waterfall, which consist of several steps in its design, including analysis of system requirement, designing, implementation, testing, and maintenance. For the database, XAMPP used as a server and PHP used to connect with the mobile application that will be built by using ionic framework. The result from the black box testing shows that all features work well. Meanwhile, the questionnaire of 30 respondents reveals that mean value for all question is 3.85. hence, it can be concluded that the order application designed is good and work well.    Keywords: Technology, Store, Smartphone Waterfall, Ionic, MOS.

Implementasi UML Dan Grennfoot Untuk Membangun Aplikasi Pengucapan Bahasa Inggris 实现UML和Grennfoot建立英语语音应用程序

One of the materials in the English Language course is listening, namely the skill of hearing the pronunciation of English sentences. Learning listening must use native speaker or recording material so that the pronunciation is heard according to the original. If you use the course participants as a sound source, there is a high probability of mistakes in the pronunciation of words or sentences. Then an application is needed to help with course activities as tutors or native speakers in giving correct English pronunciation. In this research, English Pronunciation Application was built using the Greenfoot Application with the object oriented programming concept. This application is to help pronoun learning that can output audio when the object clicked. The development method uses SDLC, application modeling uses UML and testing using Black-box testing. The English pronunciation application is compiled into a .jar file so that it can be run on a computer with a Windows operating system that has JDK installed. The test results show that this English learning application can replace tutors, produce the right audio, and can replace native speakers. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire showing 82%.

Analisis Pengaruh Interferensi Frekuensi Terhadap Kinerja Access Point Dengan Teknologi IEEE 802.11n 分析频率干扰在IEEE 802.11技术下对目标绩效的影响

Technologies that support wireless networks include WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) and WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network). One of the most widely used WLAN products today is IEEE 802.11n while the WPAN application is Bluetooth. Using the same frequency band in a coverage area can cause interference. Interference that occurs can be caused due to the use of 2 pieces of the same communication system, as well as different in a region. This study aims to determine how much influence interference has on the decline in the quality of a communication system with parameters measuring bandwidth, jitter, and packet loss. From the results of measurements and analysis shows that network quality is affected due to interference. Where if the network is free from interference around it, the network quality will be better, if the network experiences interference because using the same frequency band in the same coverage area can affect network quality such as reduced bandwidth value, increased jitter, and packet loss as well as channel usage and different channels. And the closer the distance of the access point that uses a different channel in a coverage area will cause the decreasing bandwidth value to increase the value of jitter and packet loss and vice versa.
