Fingerprint is one of the unique part of human body that can be used as a personal identity with the help of fingerprint biometric technology to help identify it. The use of fingerprint biometric technology can be a solution for student attendance that helps minimize errors or fraud such as manipulation or falsification in the process of recording attendance. The application of computerized attendance recording can be done by utilizing the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) which assumes that electronic devices can be connected to each other to communicate or exchange data independently through internet networks that using protocols to communicate, including the MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport protocol), which is lightweight message and designed for devices with limited resources. Therefore, an Internet of Things based attendance system was created by utilizing fingerprint sensor technology on the MQTT protocol to assist schools in improving attendance recording performance, as well simplifying the process of recording student attendance at SMK Perhotelan 45 Mataram which still applies conventional attendance recording procedure. The fingerprint enroll process is carried out with a system interface in the form of a web application using the MQTT protocol. Fingerprint feature data is stored on the fingerprint sensor memory module.  The total time used to record attendance for 10 respondents is 11,241 seconds with the average time obtained is 1.1241 seconds. It was found that 50% of users agreed to the application of the internet-based fingerprint presence system based on MOS testing.

Abstract Information technology governance is an integrated part of the management of organizations that govern leadership, the organization of process structure arrangements that govern information technology is used as optimally as possible. Work processes and relationships between the office community, researchers and various levels of interests and stakeholders. COBIT 5 is a company that provides services to companies, both companies, organizations, and management in managing and managing assets or IT resources to achieve company goals. It human resource in West Lombok is currently not well managed, Which hes not yet fulfilled the need for IT human resources in the office of West Lombok To solve this problem the authors carry out ITgovernance using the framework COBIT 5 On DISKOMINFO west Lombok. Information technology governance is an integrated part of the organization's management that governs leadership, the organization's organizational structure of the processes that govern information technology is used optimally. Human resources are currently not managed properly, which has not met the needs of IT human resources in Central Lombok. To solve this problem, the writer implements IT Governance using the COBIT 5 framework in the Lombok State Polytechnic. This study will provide recommendations for the improvement of IT problems in the Poltekpar Negeri Lombok and can be used as a reference, especially in managing IT human resources and can improve the performance of the Poltekpar Lombok using IT processes EDM02 and APO08. The results of this analysis are the level of ability of IT Governance that reflects the conditions of IT governance in the Poltekpar Negeri Lombok. With improvements to the capability level provided by the COBIT 5 framework, from levels 1 to 5 at the EDM02 capability level, IT processes are at level 3.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi TOEFL pada Pusat Bahasa Universitas Mataram 为马塔兰大学语言中心设计托福信息系统

This research was conducted based on existing problems in the registration system, scheduling, and announcement of the results of the TOEFL test at the Language Center of the University of Mataram. Where registration, scheduling, and the announcement of TOEFL test results are done manually which requires prospective participants to register directly at the language center of the University of Mataram. This system is expected to simplify the registration process, scheduling, displaying available quotas and checking TOEFL test results. This system was built using a CodeIgniter framework, XAMPP as a web server and MySQL PhpMyadmin as its database server and built with the waterfall model as a system development method. This system is tested by the black box method and user interface testing will be used subjectively testing using the mean opinion score (MOS) by involving several respondents. Based on the test results of the Mean Opinion Score method, it can be concluded that 66.1% of the respondents agreed and 33% of the respondents strongly agreed with the TOEFL Information System Design in UNRAM.

Analisis Kinerja Routing Protokol AODV pada Jaringan VANET (Studi Kasus : Kecamatan Cakranegara) VANET网络上的AODV协议运行分析(案例研究:网站)

Vehicular Ad-hoc Network is the concept of a subset of Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET) where vehicles act as nodes on the network. Protocol routing is very influential on the performance of the network to deal with challenges related to the rapidly changing network topology. This study analyze the routing performance of the AODV protocol on vanet networks in the district of Cakranegara by analyzing performance results using end to end delay parameters, packet delivery ratio (PDR), throughput, and routing overhead. The average Maximum value at end to end delay is 940.577 ms while the minimum value is 50,065 ms, and the average speed value decreases delay at speed 50 to 30 km / h by 78,314 ms and from 30 to 10 km / hour decreased by 102,827 ms. The maximum average value in the packet delivery ratio is 84.75% while the minimum value is 55.33%, and the average speed value decreases the ratio at the speed of 50 to 30 km / hour by 7.26% and from 30 to 10 km / h has increased by 10.39%. The average maximum value at throughput is 69,553 Kbps while the minimum value is 10.06 Kbps, and the average speed value decreases throughput at speeds of 50 to 30 km / h by 1,065 Kbps and from 30 to 10 km / h decreases amounting to 0.658 Kbps. This paper presents the application of the Backpropagation method of the Artificial Neural Network algorithm in the case study to forecasting the amount of export value in NTB province. This forecasting process uses two scenarios, namely forecasting the amount of export value in NTB province and forecasting the amount of export value based on a commodity which then the forecasting results based on these two scenarios will be compared. Based on the results of the system testing that has been done, the best network architecture is obtained from 12-4-1, the best value of learning rate is 0.2 and the best number of epochs is 6000, which in the training device produces these variables resulting in an MSE value is 0,0034 and MAPE value is 8.52% and for the testing result MSE value is 0.0169 and MAPE value is 17.94%. Based on the results of forecasting with two scenarios that have been carried out are forecasting results that are negative. This is because the pattern of data used is not stable so that it can produce negative values.
本文将人工神经网络算法中的反向传播方法应用于NTB省的出口货值预测。该预测过程采用两种情景,分别是对NTB省的出口额进行预测和对某一商品的出口额进行预测,然后对两种情景的预测结果进行比较。根据已经完成的系统测试结果,得到的最佳网络架构为12-4-1,最佳学习率为0.2,最佳epoch数为6000,在训练设备中产生这些变量,得到的MSE值为0.0034,MAPE值为8.52%,测试结果MSE值为0.0169,MAPE值为17.94%。根据已经进行的两种情景的预测结果,预测结果是负面的。这是因为所使用的数据模式不稳定,因此可能产生负值。

Based on the results of the system testing that has been done, the best network architecture is obtained from 12-4-1, the best value of learning rate is 0.2 and the best number of epochs is 6000, which in the training device produces these variables resulting in an MSE value is 0,0034 and MAPE value is 8.52% and for the testing result MSE value is 0.0169 and MAPE value is 17.94%. Based on the results of forecasting with two scenarios that have been carried out are forecasting results that are negative. As the number of motorcycles users are increasing in Indonesia, so is the problems of the motorcycles that they face. On the other hand, the user of the smartphone is increasing as well. Based on that matters, we can develop an application in order to help the user to cope with their problem easier. The application can help the user to find the nearest garage and motorcycles wash, in order to solve the problems, such as dirty motorcycle, flat tire, the tire burst, oil change, etc. This application was designed to provide some information about the nearest garage, the route to the garage, reveal the comments and send a message to the owner of the garage. Meanwhile, the owner of the garage can see the comments about their garage, receive an order and see the customer location. The testing technique which was used in this research were blackbox and MOS testing. The result of blackbox testing showed that all features can be run as planned, meanwhile, the MOS testing showed the customer respondents value was 84,83% and the owner respondents value was 84,77%. Scholarships are one of the important components in the education system which aims to provide motivation for students to continue their studies and improve achievement. At present the selection of scholarship admissions in the technical faculty of the University of Mataram still uses manual methods. Information system selection scholarship selection aims so that the selection process for receiving scholarships can be stored neatly and effectively. The application of the scholarship recipient selection process through a computerized system will improve the accuracy of the recipient in accordance with the targets or criteria set. The system is based on applicable rules or criteria. The results of the study can be useful to assist the selection process for receiving scholarships. This scholarship recipient information system has a 62% accuracy rate in the selection process in 150 student data.

Pengaruh Penerapan Algoritma Clustering COEEC Terhadap Kinerja Protokol Routing DSR di Jaringan MANET 对MANET网络中DSR路由协议运行运行算法的影响

MANET can be used as an alternative communication solution because it is mobile, meaning that it does not have a fixed infrastructure. MANET implementation can use routing protocols, one example of which is Dynamic Source Routing (DSR). DSR routing protocol works when there is a request for sending packets from the source node to the destination node using two main mechanisms namely, route discovery and route maintenance. Route discovery occurs when the process of sending data from the source node to the destination node by performing a flooding mechanism to the neighboring node. If there is an excessive flooding mechanism, it can cause an increase in routing overhead on the DSR routing protocol. So to overcome these problems clustering is done by utilizing the Overhead Energy Efficient Cluster (COEEC) algorithm on the DSR routing protocol. The results of the addition of clusters in the DSR routing protocol with the COEEC algorithm can increase throughput performance by 43% and 31%, then an increase in the average end to end delay of 0.005% and 0.01%, then the packet delivery ratio parameter increases

Sistem Pendaftaran Hotspot Online Berbasis Web Menggunakan Mikrotik API, PHP, MySql Pada SMK Plus Nurul Hakim Kediri

Abstract Now days the use of internet access is a priority for everyone. One of the internet media that is often used today is a hotspot network. Hotspot use at vocational high school (SMK) plus nurul Hakim using Indiehome wifi router. By default the hotspot security on this device uses a single password for all users connected to this hotspot network. This causes the security of the hotspot network is not safe, inefficient time and increases the workload of the Hotspot manager to change password at every change. Based on these problems, research is conducted that aims to create a web-based online hotspot registration system by using the PHP Programming Language, MikroTik PHP Class API, and MySQL Database. The results of this study are expected to be a solution to overcome the problem of hotspot service on vocational high school plus nurul Hakim kediri.
