Flexible affix classification for stemming Indonesian Language 印尼词干词缀的灵活分类

The stemming is the process to derive the basic word by removing affix of the word. The stemming is tightly related to basic word or lemma and the sub lemmas. The lemma and sub lemma of Indonesian Language have been grown and absorb from foreign languages or Indonesian traditional languages. Our approach provides the easy way of stemming Indonesian language through flexibility affix classification. Therefore, the affix additional can be applied in easy way. We experiment with 1,704 text documents with 255,182 tokens and the stemmed words is 3,648 words. In this experiment, we compare our approach performance to the confix-stripping approach performance. The result shows that our performance can cover the failure in stemming reduplicated words of confix-stripping approach.

Firmware design and development of MCU and Matlab-Simulink interfacing for real-time measurement, analysis and control applications 固件设计和开发MCU与Matlab-Simulink接口,用于实时测量、分析和控制应用

This research describes the design and development of firmwares for microcontroller and computer (Matlab-Simulink) interfacing techniques. The firmwares are particularly designed and implemented for real-time measurement, analysis and control applications. They are developed with C language to archive better performance. A C-file of the microcontroller is compiled by the XC16 compiler to generate a HEX-file. While a C-file of the Matlab-Simulink is written as standard s-function of the Matlab and then compiled by Visual Studio 2013 using MEX command in Matlab workspace to generate a MEX-file. A Matlab-Simulink application uses the MEX-file as a core function for exchanging data with the microcontroller. Both of the firmwares are implemented based on Event-driven and Queue-driven techniques to maintain real-time ability and to guarantee that all data flowing over UART (RS-232) are transmitted, received and processed on time. To test and evaluate the firmwares, we develop 4-Channel Data Acquisition (DAQ) and 4-Channel PWM Signal Generator (PSG) running on the microcontroller. And in the Matlab-Simulink, an application for visualizing the signals of the DAQ and controlling the signals of the PSG is developed. The experimental results obviously show that the firmwares can be used for computer-based measurement, analysis and control applications properly.

Suspended graphene applications in NEMS and MEMS 悬浮石墨烯在NEMS和MEMS中的应用

Graphene is a wonderful material with outstanding properties which is ideal for micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) and also nano-electro-mechanical systems (NEMS) like sensors and switches including strain gauges, mass and force sensors. Graphene is single atom thick layer of graphite which consists of carbon atoms that are bonded together in a hexagonal honeycomb lattice. A way of fabricating suspended graphene is presented. Graphene grown on copper (Cu) foil using chemical vapour deposition (CVD) method is used for transference on silicon wafer with etched holes on top. Graphene is transferred on the silicon using Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) method and the analysis is done using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The suspended graphene is quite uniform and the results show that it is a promising approach for suspended graphene, however, considerable effort is needed for the development of the transference and fabrication process.

Performance evaluation of DVB-T2 propagation for fixed reception 固定接收条件下DVB-T2传播性能评价

The performance of propagation analysis of DVB-T2 (Digital Video Broadcasting - Second Generation Terrestrial) is very significant for digital television broadcasting. That will analyze the effectiveness of the setting parameters that use for suitable of broadcasting. This paper provides the performance evaluation of DVB-T2 for fixed reception by the received signal measurement. The field measurements were taken in Bangkok of Thailand, along 20 locations. The receiver used to analyze the DVB-T2 signal providing several quality measurements (Power, C/N, MER, BER, constellation diagram, etc.).The results of the study could be useful for the improvement of DVB-T2 broadcast such as transmitter adjustment and gap filler transmitter installation to optimize the efficiency of digital television broadcasting.

A control strategy for a matrix converter based on Venturini method under unbalanced input voltage conditions 输入电压不平衡条件下基于文丘里尼法的矩阵变换器控制策略

In this paper, a control strategy based on Venturini method is presents in order to solve the impacts of unbalanced input voltage conditions on the matrix converter performances. Conceptually, this strategy is done by modifying the mathematical model for controlling the modulating waves to satisfy the desirable feature, as generated in the event of normal situation. Up to this approach, it can support either single-phase condition or two-phase condition. Performance of the proposed control strategy was verified by the simplified simulation model in the MATLAB/Simulink software. It is clearly shown that the matrix converter can be controlled for regulating the balanced output voltages with showing good steady-state and dynamic operations without the energy storage devices.

A 1-tap feed-forward equalizer based on InP DHBT cascode amplifier cells for more than 100-GBd optical communication applications 一种基于InP DHBT级联放大器单元的1抽头前馈均衡器,适用于100gbd以上的光通信应用

This paper reports the theory, design and measurement results of a 1-tap feed-forward equalizer based on cascode amplifier cells designed with InP heterojunction bipolar transistors. This analog equalizer exhibits a measured peaking frequency of 108 GHz, as well as a maximal peaking amplitude of more than 38 dB. To the authors' knowledge, this is the highest peaking frequency reported to date.

Gain improvement of conical horn antennas by adding wire medium structure 加入线介质结构提高锥形喇叭天线增益

This paper proposed a design of the wire medium structure for the conical horn antenna at the 10 GHz for radar applications. The main idea of this research is to the suitable wire medium structure and distance between apertures to such structure for gain improvement. We found that this proposed antenna with the wire medium structure provided the higher gain (20.9 dB) when compared to the gain of conventional horn (17.7 dB). Finally, the proposed antenna was fabricated and measured the results such as reflection coefficient (S11) and radiation pattern. We found that the simulated and measured results suggest that are in good agreement.

Dual-band Wilkinson power divider based on composite right/left-handed transmission lines 基于复合左/右传输线的双频威尔金森功率分配器

In this paper, an interdigital transmission line (ITL) based on the concept of composite right/left handed (CRLH) transmission line is introduced for the first time. By cascading interdigital capacitors, the ITL is created. The equivalent circuit of the interdigital capacitor and interdigital transmission line are expressed. Moreover, by utilizing the interdigital transmission line, a dual-band Wilkinson power divider is proposed.

Variation of foF2 during low and high solar activity over Thailand equatorial latitude station 泰国赤道纬度站太阳活动低峰和高峰期间foF2的变化

This paper presents the variation of the F2 layer critical frequency (foF2) in different phases of the 24th solar cycle at Thailand equatorial latitude station, namely Chumphon (10.72°N, 99.37°E and magnetic dip 3.3°N). Monthly median of foF2 values every 15 minutes in March, June, September and December are manually scaled from the FM-CW ionosonde of the year 2009 and 2014 for investigating the diurnal and seasonal variation during low and high solar activity. The observed foF2 results show a similar feature in diurnal and seasonal variations with higher during daytime, lower during nighttime. The maximum values occur during equinox (March and September) seasons while the minimum levels occur in solstice (June and December) seasons. The advantages of this study are much important for understanding, managing and designating the HF communication systems. Furthermore, it can be used to improve the ionospheric model and map at the magnetic equator.

Modelling and analysis of a PSS application for LFC in hydro-electric power plant 水电站LFC PSS应用的建模与分析

The main objective of this paper is modelling and analysis of the effects of the power system stabilizer (PSS) for load frequency control (LFC) system in hydro-electric power plant to damp the frequency oscillations due to different load distributions. LFC is the mechanism by which the energy balance is maintained. PSS is used to increase the system positive damping. The results of small signal stability analysis have been represented employing eigenvalue as well as time domain response.
本文的主要目的是建模和分析电力系统稳定器(PSS)在水电站负荷频率控制系统中对不同负荷分布引起的频率振荡的抑制作用。LFC是维持能量平衡的机制。PSS用于增加系统的正阻尼。用特征值和时域响应来表示小信号稳定性分析的结果。
