This research aims to investigate the influence of the quality of coach and football club administration resources. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used to gain in-depth insights into the factors affecting player development. The study involves participants from several football clubs, utilizing in-depth interview techniques, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis is conducted by identifying patterns of findings, comparing interview results, and compiling detailed descriptions. The main findings indicate that the quality of coach resources, including tactical and technical knowledge, communication skills, and leadership, significantly impacts player motivation. Additionally, the quality of club administration, encompassing effective management, providing adequate facilities, and team coordination, also plays a crucial role in player development. This study provides a better understanding of the complex dynamics among these factors and highlights the importance of human resource management in the context of football player development. Practical implications of this research include recommendations for improving training quality, administrative management, and psychological support to enhance motivation and success in player development within football clubs.

Water has a crucial role in human life and ecosystems, especially as a source of life. However, the sustainability of water sources, such as rivers, is threatened by industrial waste pollution, as happened to the Jirak River in Sambas City. This condition is caused by the poor system of Wastewater Sewerage (SPAL) and Wastewater Management Plant (WWTP), as well as the shortage of latrines around the river. In 2014, the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia noted that 75% of rivers in Indonesia experienced heavy pollution, including the Jirak River. One of the main pollutants is mercury (Hg), which can be toxic and harmful to human health. Therefore, it is necessary to make prevention and counseling efforts to the community. The purpose of this counseling is to socialize about the dangers of consuming polluted fish in Jirak Village in the Jirak River area of Sambas Regency, and also provide awareness to the surrounding community to consume fresh fish that can be applied in people's lives in a sustainable manner. The location of this counseling is the Jirak River located in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The approach used in this community service activity is to provide socialization and direct communication to mothers in Jirak Village. The socialization participants participated in the activity by actively discussing and experiencing increased knowledge and understanding of the dangers of consuming polluted fish.

This service was motivated by the low ability to memorize hadiths for group B children at RA Al Hijrah. This can be seen in terms of ongoing learning, teachers never apply the habit of reading short hadiths every day so that children are not yet able to memorize the hadith reading, while learning by applying the habit of reading hadiths is very good for young children. The aim of this research is to practice memorizing hadiths using the movement method at RA Al-Hijrah Hampalit Village. This research method uses a participant active learning approach in order to maximize their abilities through a movement method. The subjects in this study were children from group B RA Al-Hijrah, which consisted of 9 children. The results of the training to memorize hadiths using the group B movement method at Ra Al-Hijrah showed an increase in children's activeness and motivation in memorizing daily hadiths with movement.

Seberang Musi sub-district launched a food security program through catfish farming using tarpaulins in 2020. This is one way for the sub-district government to socialize household-scale fish farming, especially catfish commodities, so that people get additional income benefits by utilizing the yard around the house. The problems that exist in the residents of Talang Babatan Village and Benuang Galing Village are the lack of technical skills in fish farming, because both villages are villages that produce plantation products. Therefore, the service team was invited to provide training in an effort to succeed the village development program. In addition to being an effort to alleviate poverty in rural communities, and accelerate poverty alleviation programs in rural areas. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in catfish farming in tarpaulin ponds as well as a medium for disseminating knowledge and transferring technology through community service activities. The methods used were: 1. counseling to participants about catfish farming in tarpaulin ponds; 2. demonstration of methods and practices by giving examples of how to assemble tarpaulins as maintenance containers and how to handle fish directly to participants; 3. evaluation. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the response of participants in the transfer of knowledge and skills. This was done by assessing the results of the initial and final questionnaires filled out by the participants. The results of the questionnaire showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge by 12.5% with a minimum value in the pre-test of 37.5 and a maximum value of 87.5 while the minimum value in the post-test was 50.0 and a maximum value of 87.5.

Based on this, it is necessary to provide an introduction to edupreneur activities in terms of introduction to make children have an edupreneur spirit through activities to introduce children to early financial literacy. The aim of this community service is so that children can learn about educational activities that have been carried out, namely activities to introduce early financial literacy, and through these activities it can also teach children about transactions when selling, namely the existence of sellers and buyers using money. The target participants for this community service are children aged 5-6 years who are at the Palangka Raya Aqidah Kindergarten and students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, IAIN Palangka Raya who are also actively involved in this activity. The results of this community service show that the children are very enthusiastic about participating in the initial financial literacy introduction activities that have been carried out at Bank Indonesia (BI) and the children look enthusiastic. The hope is that through the introduction of edupreneur activities carried out in early childhood, it will be able to stimulate children's cognitive abilities in recognizing early financial literacy, introduce children to the importance of edupreneurship for children, and increase children's experience because they have carried out edupreneur activities, namely through the introduction of early financial literacy. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy in website utilisation at BUMDes in Subang Regency, namely BUMDes Cibogo. The scope of digital literacy in this activity is Digital Skill, which is the ability of individuals to know, understand, and use ICT hardware and software as well as digital operating systems in everyday life. The methodology used in this activity is Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA), a strong approach to rural community development. RRA includes aspects of respecting the community, encouraging the community to express and share ideas or opinions, asking questions, listening attentively, and taking notes. After the community service activities, the management of BUMDes Cibogo understands digital literacy at the digital skill level and a perception that digital literacy is very important as an effort to optimise BUMDes performance.

Education is the first foundation that must be given to children. especially religion, which must be instilled in children from early childhood until the child is an adult. The aim of teaching religion is as a rule revealed by God to humans so that humans can live in an orderly, peaceful, dignified and happy world and the hereafter. Because the position of religion is primary or main, religion really needs to be instilled in children from an early age. The method used in implementing this community service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The stages of this activity are 1). Preparation; 2). Implementation; 3). Evaluation and sustainable program planning. By teaching children aqiqah, worship and morals so that children get used to doing these things from a young age. The results of this activity are: 1). Increase awareness of parents and teachers in Hampalit Village in instilling religious values for children; 2). Provide understanding that creed is one of the important things because we believe that whatever we do there must be a reward; 3). Teach ahklak as early as possible to children so that children have a better personality.

Teaching aids are media that can help stimulate students' skills, thoughts, attention and desires so that they can stimulate student learning activities. On the other hand, using teaching aids can create space for students to be able to participate in every learning process. In fact, at SDN 2 Kereng Bangkirai class III and SDIT Hasanka class II, learning activities have not used teaching aids. The props that are made and used are counting boards made from cardboard. This teaching aid is used in the learning process for class III students at SDN 2 Kereng Bangkirai and class II at SDIT Hasanka. The aim of learning using these teaching aids is to facilitate students in the learning process and the hope is that by using these props, learning activities can be more active and enjoyable in learning activities, and will not make students bored in learning so that their material skills will be better.

In fact, at SDN 2 Kereng Bangkirai class III and SDIT Hasanka class II, learning activities have not used teaching aids. The props that are made and used are counting boards made from cardboard. This teaching aid is used in the learning process for class III students at SDN 2 Kereng Bangkirai and class II at SDIT Hasanka. This community service activity was carried out in November 2022. The target are students at Aisyiyah Kindergarten Jampue Branch who are classified as Early Childhood Children. The method used is sharing and practice introducing morphology and anatomy of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio). The activity was carried out in several stages, namely: the initial stage in form of obtaining permits from the school, then the implementation stage by interacting with students to introduce fish morphology, and practice introducing fish anatomy by directly fish surgery. This service activity succeeded in increasing understanding and enthusiasm of Aisyiyah Kindergarten students, Jampue Branch, to learn more about the morphology and anatomy of fish. Apart from that, this activity provides information to students about the benefits of fish as food with the various advantages that fish has.

In today's competitive era of globalization, customer satisfaction is the key to the success and sustainability of a company. This journal discusses the Customer Service Excellence strategy implemented by B21 Digital Printing, a digital printing industrial company in Indonesia. In this era of digitalization, companies are faced with demands to not only survive, but also innovate in every aspect of operations, especially in understanding and meeting customer needs, carrying out effective communication, and providing good service and handling complaints. Through qualitative research methods, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in achieving integrated Customer Service Excellence by utilizing technology, by creating software applications, namely the WA CS (WhatsApp Customer Service) and BIMA (Business Integrated Management Apps) applications. The WA CS application provides organization and efficiency in customer service with Chatbots and Artificial Intelligence features for fast response. Meanwhile, the BIMA application makes business operations easier, from ordering to company financial management. With this technological innovation, B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in overcoming several common problems faced in the digital printing industry. In this way, B21 Digital Printing has succeeded in increasing competitiveness, customer loyalty and maintaining customer trust in the company.
