Modelo De Optimización De Gestión De Inventarios Basado En Las Metodologías 5S Y DDMRP En Pymes Comerciales 基于5S和DDMRP方法的商业中小企业库存管理优化模型

– La importancia de una buena gestión de inventarios es esencial para el óptimo funcionamiento de toda empresa, así como para las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes). De esta manera, las empresas necesitan adaptarse a las necesidades de sus clientes y responder de una manera óptima a sus requerimientos de existencias. Según estudios realizados en años recientes, existe una nueva técnica llamada Demand Driven Material Requirement Planning (DDMRP), la cual permite a las empresas adaptarse de manera óptima a la demanda del entorno, reduciendo el nivel de inventarios innecesario sin ocasionar desabastecimientos. El impacto positivo de dicha técnica puede maximizarse al poseer un correcto control de inventarios físicos en el almacén, para ello la aplicación previa de la filosofía 5S en las zonas de control de mercadería tiene un impacto significativo en la eficiencia de almacenamiento. Tras implementar una gestión de inventarios basado en los métodos 5s y DDMRP se redujo los niveles de existencias en 10.87%, se incrementó la exactitud de registro de inventarios en 9.48% e incremento la rotación de inventarios en 0.99. Abstract – The importance of a good inventory management is essential for the optimal development of any company, as well as for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). In this way, companies need to adapt to the needs of their customers and respond optimally to their stock requirements. According to studies carried out in recent years, there is a new technique called Demand Driven Material Requirement Planning (DDMRP), which allows companies to optimally adapt to the demand of the environment, reducing the level of unnecessary inventories without causing shortages. The positive impact of this technique can be maximized by having a correct control of physical inventories in the warehouse, for this the prior application of the 5S philosophy in the merchandise control areas has a significant impact on storage efficiency. After implementing inventory management based on the 5s and DDMRP methods, inventory levels were reduced by 10.87%, inventory recording accuracy increased by 9.48% and inventory turnover increased by 0.99.

Management Model Based On Lean Service To Increase The Effectiveness Of Operational Processes In A Service Company 基于精益服务的管理模式:提高服务型公司运营流程的有效性

– In the current context where competition in the project consulting sector has increased, it is essential to apply models that allow to increase the effectiveness of the company to successfully meet the needs of customers. This research deals with the design and implementation of a Management Model based on Lean Service within a consulting firm with the objective of eliminating those wastes or mudas that can be identified in the processes or core within the organization. For this, the Lean Service methodology will be developed, which consists of 2 phases where the first one consists of a preliminary phase and the second one is the implementation phase. The first phase consists of getting the permission of the top management, the formation of the lean team, the assessment of the Lean work and the design of the Lean plan. The second phase, which is the implementation, consists of the application of the Lean Service methodology where tools such as Value Stream Mapping are used to identify the cycle time given the set of activities that are performed within the operational processes Value Proposition and Service Delivery. Likewise, tools such as 5S, Suggestion Systems, Standardized Work and Visual Service Management will be applied. With the implementation of the Lean Service methodology, costs and time will be reduced in the two operative processes: Value Proposition Process and Service Provision Process
