The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational behavior on improving employee productivity at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study were 41 people in the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency aged 17 years and over. The sample in this study were 39 employees in the Department of Library and Archives, based on the sampling technique saturated with this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the influence of organizational behavior on the increase in work productivity of employees at the Office of Library and Archives of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it turns out that the value of t count ≥ t table or 4.493 ≥ 2.026, and a significant level of 0.000. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a significant effect on increasing work productivity (Y). Y) with a yield of 39.8%. While the remaining 100% - 39.8% = 60.2% (influenced by other factors) which are not included in this study. So that 39.8% is still classified as low organizational behavior towards increasing the work productivity of employees at the Library and Archives Office of Sidenteng Rappang Regency.

In this research, there are two main problems, namely: the service pattern of BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang as the quality of the community's economic improvement and the level of economic change concerning Rappang in the financing of BMT Ar-Rahmah to assess the point of satisfaction of its customers. This research describes the pattern or form of service implemented by BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang with the quality of improvement and economic change in the ummah; its purpose is to assess the point of customer satisfaction. In data collection, used library research methods and field research using interview observation techniques and documentation. The collected data were processed using the descriptive and inductive methods. The results showed that BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang is a sharia microeconomic financial business institution that is trusted by the public. In an effort to maintain and maintain its existence in such a tight competition, BMT always tries to carry out its service functions properly through professional service patterns and Islamic ethics, with various forms of services including the provision of facilities and infrastructure, innovative financial products, and employee performance. So that customers are always satisfied, and its existence as an institution for economic empowerment of the people, especially the middle to the lower class, so that it grows and develops.

This study aims to determine the Health Service Quality of Panca Rijang Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang and to out the Patient Statisfaction of Panca Rijang Health Center in Sidenreng Rappang and the Effect of Quality of Health Service on Patient Satisfaction in Panca Rijang Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang. The population of this study was all outpatient referral patients and outpatient visit at the Panca Rijang District Public Health Center, namely 2114 people. The sample used by researchers was 95.48 or 95 respondents, taken based on insedental sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire, interview and library study. The collected data is then used by means of data analysis techniques, using SPSS 16.0 for Windows and the Likert Scale. The results of this study indicate that the quality of health service at the subdistrict health center in the five district of Panca Rijang district Sidenreng Rappang with a recapitulation of 58,12% categorized as not good. Satisfaction of patiens in the district health center Panca Rijang regency Sidenreng Rappang with a recapitulation of 63,2% categorized as good, however, it is know that there is a problem with the location indicator 60,4% facility 57%, image 60%. This research provides a purpose to understand culture on prosperous rice management in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence organizational culture in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this research was 119 people. A sample of 54 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture in Bulucenrana village with a percentage of 59.58% was in the unfavorable category. Rastra management in Bulucenrana Village with a percentage of 55.66% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 2.750> 2.006, then H0 is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational culture has a significant effect on the management of prosperous rice in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 57.1%. Factors Affecting Organizational Culture: 1. Organizational history factors 58%, 2. Cultural factors 58.4% and 3. Language factors 54.4%. The application of e-government to an area referred to Legislation No. 32 in 2004 the legitimacy of territory administration. Hence, the construction of a government that is supposed to have transparent joint controls in order for a government to be built to run with public interests. In this case the e-government would appear to be an alternative to doing well, especially in the service sector. Therefore e-government development efforts in the City of Tegal are required in support of smart city in the City of Tegal. The study aims to analyze development based on three successful e-government elements in the city's tegal government as well as factors that determine e-government readiness levels in the city's tegal. The kind of research is qualitative desktop research with information-selection techniques, data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and library studies and data analysis techniques of data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Studies obtained that in the application of the e-government in terms of the quality of human resources are adequate, and then the administration is well executed. Abstract This study aims to determine the level of women's participation in the administration of village governance and the factors that influence the level of women's participation in the administration of the village of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,231 families and a sample of 92 households. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics with helped SPSS v.16. The results showed that the participation of women 56% was not good consisting of money participation 59%, participation of property 59%, participation of personnel 56%, participation of skills 49%, participation of ideas 58%, and also social participation 57%. The implementation of Village Government 54% is not good consisting of services 61%, empowerment 50%, and development 52%. Based on SPSS v.16 using the regression formula, the economic aspects of 22%, socio-cultural aspects 41%, geographic aspects of the region 81% affect the level of women's participation in the administration of the Village Government of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,594 people and a sample of 94 inhabitants. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that the service quality with an average percentage of 58% less satisfied, consisting of tangibles (physical evidence) 75% satisfied, reliability (reliability) 54% less satisfied, responsiveness (responsiveness) 47% less satisfied, assurance (guarantee) 58% less satisfied, empathy (empathy) 58% less satisfied. Patient satisfaction with an average percentage of 66% satisfied, consisting of the attitude of the staff approach to patients 54% less satisfied, the quality of care received by patients 53% less satisfied, administrative procedures 62% satisfied, waiting time 78% satisfied, other public facilities 85% are very satisfied, inpatient facilities 75% satisfied and the results of treatment or treatment received by patients 55% less satisfied. Abstract The Western world, communication technology and mass media, have a big hand in building and establishing the moral principles of society. Internet media in particular, have a major role in introducing new norms of society. For the Islamic Ummah it is necessary to strengthen the missionary motivation which takes up so much time and attention of the majority Muslim community. Even now the technological means have been dubbed by the people of various terms for example, as a corona screen, a magic box, a window to the world and so on. The rapid introduction of new norms was made possible because the media moved with the principle of freedom of expression without preaching motivation, so that these principles were often used as a pretext for pursuing worldly interests. Unfortunately, many developing countries, including those claiming to be Muslim countries, follow this trend. As a result, Muslims around the world have been trapped in a foreign conceptual framework, which resulted in a media invasion of their value system, ethical perceptions, moral standards, sociocultural views, and even their religious beliefs. Therefore, Islam needs to set a da'wah strategy in all aspects of life through communication systems, especially electronic media that affect many people. This should not be ignored, and must be directed in accordance with Islamic perinsif which covers all aspects of life through the da'wah strategy. Technological development cannot be dammed. The role of Muslim communicators must defend the truth so that justice remains upheld. Justice cannot possibly be upheld without safeguarding the truth and this is the main task for the Islamic Ummah to carry out scientific charity including one of which is the application user in the mass media.
