Revealing the Misuse of Motorcycle Ride-sharing Applications using Extended Deterrence Theory Approach 利用扩展威慑理论方法揭示摩托车共享应用程序的滥用

This study determines the influence of security countermeasures on perceived sanctions which impacts the misuse intentions of ride-sharing applications by motorcycle taxi rider. The research model was built using eight hypotheses as adopted from Deterrence Theory. The data were collected using questionnaires that were distributed directly to the motorcycle taxi rider in ride-sharing. There are 198 samples obtained and processed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This study found that severity of sanctions perceived and moral beliefs of motorcycle taxi rider have a significant negative impact to the misuse intentions of mobile application. The certainty of perceived sanction does not have a significant relationship with the intention of motorcycle taxi rider to misuse the mobile application. Furthermore, it revealed that security countermeasures have a significant positive impact with the sanctions perceived and the moral beliefs of motorcycle taxi rider.

Designing A Conceptual Model for Smart Government in Indonesia using Delphi 2nd Round Validity 基于德尔菲第二轮效度的印尼智慧政府概念模型设计

Indonesia as one of the developing countries in the South Asia region, which is an inseparable part of world globalization in the era of digitalization. Better public services and demand accountability in government institutions become the main need to transform be a developed country. Smart government is the key components and the next stage of smart cities initiatives in Indonesia. This research is an initiative of the initiation of a conceptual model for smart government in Indonesia. The methodology used to conduct an assessment literature review to obtain an assessment theory from the literature findings in the last 10 years (2009–2018). The model validation using statistics method and expert judgment from the academics to improve the results of the conclusions obtained from the model initiation. The results of the Delphi 2nd round validity show that there are 20 basic components or critical factor proposed in the initiation model that we call the Nusantara Smart Government Model (NSGM). Furthermore, from this alternative strategy model, we call intelligent planning as the initial pillar that must be done in the direction of smart government. Validation with expert judgment results, 80% agreed and validity index $>0.7$ with our work shows that NSGM is ready to proceed to validate the real government data indicators in Indonesia.

Assessment of Mobile Applications’ Credibility in Users’ Content-Searching Behavior based on PIT Theory 基于PIT理论的移动应用在用户内容搜索行为中的可信度评估

This work studies the assessment of mobile applications credibility in user’s content-searching behavior, using Fogg’s Prominence-Interpretation Theory (PIT). Though credibility is a subjective notion, it can be assessed in an objective manner when examined by both components of credibility assessment - prominence and interpretation. Two-phase of mix method sequential studies use to investigate the LINE Webtoon mobile app user. The quantitative phase was a quasi-experiment administered to 30 participants. Then, it was followed by the qualitative phase with in-depth interviews with five people from the experiment’s participants. The results show that the credibility of webtoon’s content was not related to the app’s credibility. Users might interpret the credibility of content without necessarily making reference to the app. This result is true for LINE Webtoon mobile app, but when it applied in different contexts, the results may differ.

Factor Analysis of Intention to Use Garuda Indonesia Mobile Application 印尼鹰航移动应用使用意向因素分析

Recent customers' behavior changes require Garuda Indonesia, as the national flag carrier, to deliver more excellent services. Therefore, Garuda Indonesia extends its reservation channel to a mobile application. However, its use is far below the company's expectation. To address this problem, a study was conducted to determine factors affecting the intention to use it. This investigation was conducted based on the Suki and Suki's model. User Interface (UI) Attractiveness variable is added to accommodate the importance of UI in mobile applications. This is a quantitative research, which collected data using online questionnaires. There were 101 valid questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method with Smart-PLS. The results show that subjective norm is the most important factor to influence the intention to use Garuda Indonesia's mobile application. The other important variable are airline image and perceived ease of use. As theoretical implication, this research contributes to confirm the previous related model and as a baseline for research on flight mobile application in Indonesia. Moreover, for practical implication, this research could help Garuda Indonesia to increase the willingness of their potential customers to use its mobile application.

Analysis of Higher Education Student’s Behavior Factors to Posting a Comment on E-Commerce with Stimulus Organism Response (SOR) Model 基于刺激有机体反应(SOR)模型的大学生电子商务评论行为因素分析

Electronic commerce in Indonesia is built and continues to grow to help sales growth in order to make it easier for customers to make purchases efficiently and effectively. Customers also have the need to provide convenient feedback for the progress of e-commerce sites. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach to obtain 457 respondents who higher education student actively gave their opinion in the form of review and comment. The research question in this study is: what factors of higher education student make reviews and comments on e-commerce sites? The results of this study are informativeness, social influence, and convenience very influences factors in the value for the customers that make the customer have a behavior to comment. The model used in this study is to use the Stimulus Organism Response (SOR) model to describe this research and discover the factors such as stimulus, organism, and response.

Defining Software Quality Rank using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Object-Oriented Metrics 用层次分析法和面向对象度量定义软件质量等级

An alternative approach for measuring object-oriented (OO) software quality has been proposed by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) scheme. This approach is effective in defining the rank of software quality over a number of Java applications based on two sets of metric values representing main OO structural properties. The Metrics for Object-Oriented Software Engineering (MOOSE) and Metrics for Object-Oriented Design (MOOD) that have been describing individual characteristic of OO property now are integrated by means of AHPs pairwise comparison to deliver an estimate quantitative value of OO software design quality. A series of experiments were conducted by applying the approach to students works in Fundamental of Programming class. The results of applying AHP scheme were compared to experts judgments for verification. The result demonstrates the solidity of AHP mechanism for the intended purpose of measuring OO design quality.
