Historically, information has played a very significant role in human life, but nowadays with the adoption of Information Technology as an essential part of our daily life, the properties of reliability, integrity and availability become indispensable in our daily activities, can be said to be obligatory for its proper use, and making the best decisions. Being an important asset, the information becomes a very desired object for other individuals or organizations, either for their use that allows them to have legal gains, to have illegal profits or even for non-profit organizations. Therefore, the importance of protecting our personal data takes on a transcendental relevance in this digital age, and Mexico has already taken a very important step by having a law already established in 2010 in this area. There is still much to be done, since policies and laws by themselves do not serve much, as individuals, we must have a culture of protecting our data and helping to spread and raise awareness among the population in general.

Where topics on the LFPDPPP as well as other regulations such as the GDPR of the European Union were discussed. Mexico has already published this law for 8 years and until today; there are doubts about how to enforce this law, as many companies are unable to comply with it, which entails imposing fines depending on the degree of violation or alteration of the personal information. In the same way, a large part of the citizens do not know how to make use of their ARCO rights or the companies that own sensitive data do not allow it. Throughout this document will address relevant and current issues in our country in relation to the protection of personal data.

This work shows the characteristics of women working in the Informal Economy at the local grocery centers and the diverse conflicts that such activity generates. This study produced information and data about subjects such as age, education level, incomen and some others. Study´s information was obtained through a survey delivered to women working at the three main markets in the city (Central market, Peasant market and San Antonio market). This study presents socioeconominc data and the women participation incidence in the informal economy and the family income. At the same time the objectives are presented and the justification that motivated the performace of this work. The research results are exposed and explained through graphics and tables allowing a better understanding of the situation. Hipothesis was verified and some solution alternatives for the future are proposed.

This research paper presents the issue of citizen participation at the low participation in the formulation, development, implementation and control. Public policies promote a better quality life, the solution of society`s specific problems and demands related to priorized needs. Thus, public policies must be directed to an excellent development and institutional enforcement to satisfy the needs of a constantly growing society. This paper collected the perception of citizen participation in the Management of Public Policy in relation to the rulers and the ruled (Citizenship with the different levels of government). This research aims to improve public participation in the formulation, development, implementation and control, at different levels of government to contribute to the quality of Public Policy Management in the Municipality of Sucre.

On the issue of the research, I lectured about the limitations of census data from Statistics and Geography (INEGI) for the full understanding of religious pluralism in the state of Guanajuato. With regard to religion, I have argued that the city of Guanajuato is not only pure Catholicism and concepts such as' religious diversity ',' plurality / religious pluralization, 'deregulation' and 'Reconfiguration of religious beliefs and practices' that are some distinctive marks of the post-seculares'3 companies belong in the above entity. Also in the first part of the research, I realized that in the city of Guanajuato the presence of multiple religiosity is evident, and is a city inhabited by several D (d) IOSes simultaneously. In the state capital, the socio-religious universe is shared by Catholics, followers of other non- Catholic religions are Jehovah's Witnesses, and Honey Wheat, Christian Church, Methodist, Baptist, Mormon, Eastern religions, among others denominations. Additionally, Guanajuato should emphasize that in the presence of seers and counselors (as) spiritual who have dedicated themselves to esoteric practices are also denoted.

The objective is to validate the content of the information collection instrument, through expert judgement and pilot testing. Methodology: Non-experimental, correlational research with a cross-sectional design. The first sample of the expert judgment was composed of 8 experts, the second of 27 employees was used for the pilot test. Unit of measurement: Employees from four Technological Universities of Puebla, studying empowerment, leadership, work routine, collaborative work and innovation. The methodology of the analysis included the Kendall Concordance Coefficient (W), to decide the level of correlation between the experts and we used Cronbach’s Alpha for the statistical analysis of the pilot test to measure the reliability of the measurement scale. The results of the expert judgement showed changes that would improve the clarity of the instrument. The wording would be expressed in third person, the use of technical language would be avoided, with the aim of generalizing understanding in the wording. The identification data would be defined according to the organizational structure of the media unit. Kendall's coefficient and Cronbach's Alpha showed acceptable agreement. Discussion. It is important to control the application of these tests with strict adherence to the methodology, minimizing human bias. It is concluded that the content validity represents an elemental tool to evidence the dominance and representativeness of the constructs. If the results are not reached, it is possible to repeat the process until acceptable values are reached. It is proposed to improve the instrument as a result of the experts' judgment and check the concordance between experts.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the measurement scales used to determine the organizational commitment (OC) of workers, based on an exhaustive bibliographic review in the main scientific databases. The research is of a qualitative, descriptive type of comparative nature between the different instruments used to measure the level of identification of employees with the organization, as well as reliability through internal consistency, through literary review related to the construct in study. The importance of identifying the degree of involvement of labor personnel towards the organization, as well as their classification in the dimensions that make up the organizational commitment is necessary for social research and organizations to formulate proposals focused on the contribution and strengthening of the worker-employer relationship.

The objective of this research is to identify all personal deductions of the 151 article of the income tax law that meet all the fiscal requirements, so that individuals can deduct when presenting their annual income tax return. Personal deductions are the concepts that the legislator allows to deduct form the annual income tax statement. When to discount personal deductions? The process is performed when the taxpayer applies certain deductions established by law. Taxpayer must know specific aspects such as: deduction’s types, that these deductions are strictly necessary, the limitations that the legislator allows to deduct, as well as who can be the beneficiaries of the taxpayer, among other requirements. The individuals may enjoy the benefits by subtracting the accumulative income. For the practical case are used: the ISR law, Regulations, RMF and decrees. If the taxpayer makes use of this option in a legal manner, the taxpayer will have as a result paying less taxes or to increase the balance at their favor and therefore may request the tax refund.
