This Study aim to discusses the concepts, strategies, and implications of competitive advantage in Islamic tertiary institutions. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and find about the concepts, strategies, and implications of competitive advantage in Islamic tertiary institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a multi-case study type of research. The research locations were at Malang State Islamic University and Muhammadiyah University of Malang, data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, observation, participation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions in each case, followed by a comparative study of the two cases. As for checking the validity of the data researchers carried out with credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study are: First, the concept of competitive advantage in the development of Islamic tertiary institutions is to carry out general tips/patterns in plans and actions focused on the vision and mission to become an Islamic tertiary institution. leading (superior) with special characteristics and religious character. The differentiation of UIN Malang is the integration of Islam with the character of ulul albab while UMM integrates science and technology with the character of progressing Islam, being Indonesian and modern. Second, strategic steps for competitive advantage in the development of Islamic tertiary institutions are determining uniqueness, conducting internal and external environmental analysis, making programs and policies, improving human resource capabilities, building reputation, improving infrastructure, improving services and having business units. Third, the implications of building strategy Building competitive advantage in the development of Islamic tertiary institutions can be seen through the progress achieved, namely receiving appreciation and recognition from various groups, both national and international levels. This research was conducted due to the low understanding of the students, the learning process never used the method in fiqh class III Madrasah Diniyah Ali Makiniyyah Bulupitu, Gondanglegi. Based on the results of the UH (Daily Test) in the even semester of 2022-2023, out of 22 students, only 6 students whose grades reached the KKM and 16 students are still incomplete. The model used by researchers as a reference for class action research is Kurt Lewin's model in which there are four stages of empathy, namely planning, acting, observation, reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class III Madrasah Diniyah Al Makiniyyah Bulupitu, Gondanglegi consisting of 22 students. Data collection was carried out by researchers through observation, documentation of UH scores (Daily Repeat) for fiqh subjects in even semester 2022-2023, interviews, written tests, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The application of the demonstration method obtained from observations of teacher activity and student activity in cycle II, namely 80.8 (good) and in cycle III increased to 93 (very good). Meanwhile, the observation results of students in cycle II were 82.8 (good) and in cycle II it increased to 93 (very good). (2) The understanding of the fiqh subject on prayer fardhu material using the demonstration method has increased. This can be seen from the average value of students in fiqh subjects on fardhu prayer on pre-cycles which is 62.5 with a percentage of 27.27% (less). In cycle II it became 68.1 with a percentage of 45.45% (less). In cycle III it increased to 83.18 with a percentage of 81.81% (very good). The implementation of learning to recite the Al Qur”an is more effective and efficient in the mosque than in the classroom. Because in the mosque, teachers can convey material more freely and are closer to students. Inside the mosque it can also make it easier to adjust the sitting position for the classical learning model and also students feel more comfortable because of the new atmosphere. Based on the background above, the purpose of this research is to know and understand the effectiveness of learning to recite the tilawati method carried out in elementary the mosques Muhammadiyah of nine City of Malang. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach is used with the aim of explaining and describing existing events, both practical and engineered. This data collection technique is used to obtain data as needed. This data includes: Observations, Interviews, Documentation. Research findings. This learning of the Al Qur”an produces effectiveness in the learning process, because the place is more comfortable and provides students, and is more conditioned for students who are busy or joking around themselves. This tilawati method has several volumes, namely volumes one to volume the six and after volume the six is finished, students continue to the Al-Quran. This Al Qur’an class is different from the formal class, both in terms of the number of students, the location of implementation and the number of classes of Al Qur’an. In this Al Qur’an class each teacher teaches a maximum of twenty children. In contrast to formal classes, where one class consists of approximately the thirty children. This study examines the semantics or explicit and implied meanings and the use of affixes contained in Ai Khodijah selawat songs. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, which studies the existing problems, as well as the working procedures that apply. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe what currently applies. In which there are efforts to describe, record, analyze and interpret the conditions that are currently occurring, in other words from qualitative descriptive research, namely, aiming to obtain information about the existing conditions. Data collection techniques to obtain this data collection technique, the researchers used data mining techniques, namely downloading, listening, taking notes and interviewing about the meaning contained in Ai Khodijah's song Aminuddin's conclusion defines the semantic to signify using the assumption that the meaning becomes part of the language and semantic meaning is part of linguistics in this study the researcher will examine the explicit and implied meanings in the song selawat Atainakum. Model ICARE is a framework that is used as a guideline in carrying out learning activities. To improve the learning outcomes as desired, the researcher applies Make and Match media as supporting model to improve student learning outcomes. Make and Match media itself is a learning media that prioritizes the cultivation of social skills, especially the ability to work in team, interact with people, and the ability to think fast and critical through the game of finding a partner with the help of cards. After implementing the model ICARE with Make and Match Media, students improved their learning skill. In the pre-action learning activities, the number of students who got a score above the KKM was 2 students or 6.7% with a score of 80. In the first cycle of action the number of students who completed it was 13 students or 43.3% with a score of 80. And in the second cycle of action the number of students who got a score above the KKM totaling 30 students or 100% with a score of 80 as many as 21 students or 70%, 6 students got a score of 90 or 20% and students who got a score of 100 were 3 students or 10%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sebesar efektif penggunanan sistem keuangan desa dalam upaya untuk meminimalisir dan mengantisipasi terjadinya penyelewengan dana desa dan mendukung peraturan pengelolaan keuangan desa yang transparan, akuntabel, serta partisipatif, pemerintah bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan BPKP untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi yang dinamakan Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi rumusan masalah: 1). Bagaimanakah efektifitas tata kelola keuangan desa dengan mempergunakan sistem keuangan desa? 2).Bagaimanakah strategi pemerintah desa dalam tata kelola keuangan desa? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Penelitian ini memusatkan diri secara intensif pada satu obyek tertentu yang mempelajarinya sebagai suatu kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kaur Keuangan, dan Operator aplikasi sistem keuangan desa. Objek penelitiannya adalah aplikasi sistem keuangan desa. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah: 1). Penggunaan aplikasi sitem keuangan desa (Siskuedes) sangat efektif diterapkan di Desa Wandanpuro Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang dibandingkan dengan menggunakan cara manual. Aplikasi sistem keuangan desa mampu meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan desa mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan/evaluasi sehingga dapat tersusun menjadi lebih tertib dan terperinci. 2). Sedangkan strategi yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah Desa Wandanpuro Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa antara lain: a. Adanya peningkatan pemahaman, dan ketrampilan pengoperasian Aplikasi Sistem Tata Kelola Keuangan Desa dengan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan serta adanya panduan dalam bentuk Petunjuk Pengoperasian Aplikasi Sistem Tata Kelola Keuangan Desa. b. Apabila ada perubahan terkait dengan pagu anggaran, operator keuangan siskuedes segera menyesuaikan terutama dalam tahap perencanaan keuangan setiap awal tahun. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas maka dapat disampaikan beberapa saran bagi pemerintah Desa Wandanpuro Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang, sebagai berikut: 1).Pemerintah Desa Wandanpuro Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang lebih meningkatkan daya guna aplikasi sistem keuangan desa yang telah diterapkan. Meningkatkan sinergitas antar perangkat desa dan lembaga desa agar laporan keuangan desa bisa diupload di website desa agar dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat lebih luas lagi, yang mana tujuannya aspek akuntabiltas keuangan dapat tercapai. 2). Government revenue is the revenue received and used by the government to carry out its functions so that it can independently pay for its increased spending in the public sector. Taxes are usually a country's main source of income, funding national development and government spending. The purpose of this research is to find out how tax codes and tax politics operate, as well as how the tax burden has changed and how much wealth has been lost as a result of taxation. Tax is an obligation that must be paid by a person or entity to the state which is imposed by law, has no direct reciprocity, and is used for governmental purposes in the interests of the people. In tax collection, there are three systems. Taxation politics in Indonesia are regulated in 10 laws, and changes to the tax burden are divided into two parts. Many industries have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, especially the economy. This economic impact is not only felt locally but even internationally. The marketing plan for MSMEs engaged in the creative economy sector, namely human activities in which individuals independently manage economic resources while being under the authority they control. MSMEs are currently changing their marketing tactics to advertise their products through online marketplaces in the era of globalization. To find out how a Pancasila-based economy that is transitioning to the digital era will be used and how local government priorities for MSMEs during a pandemic are the goals of this research. A literature study approach is used in this article to describe various books, journals, and internet publications. The study of the findings of this article shows that the growth of digital MSMEs and digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia amid the Covid pandemic has turned into a rescue solution. One of the solutions to ensure that MSMEs remain accessible during the Covid 19 pandemic is the establishment of digital MSMEs. Various MSME digitalization development projects in the Indonesian Pancasila digital economic ecosystem can accelerate the digital transformation process.
