In recent year, the ve classication for WBC in hematology analyzers are mostly implemented by hardware mode, those instruments are excessively rely on the accuracy of some components, and the hardware structure is complex, which limit the further development of the ve classication hematology analyzer. Therefore, a ve classication system for WBC based on RBF neural network is put forward, which takes the full-optical technology as the WBC detection method, and uses VC6.0 as the software development platform to establish the RBF neural network model for the recognition and ve classication of WBC. The experimental results show the recognition accuracy of the instrument equipped with the system is close to Mythic 22 which is a high-grade ve classication hematology analyzer. Conclusions: The ve classication system for WBC proposed has the features of reliable performance and high degree of accuracy.

Based on wavelet transform for the classiflcation of image features, a new method for the classiflcation of image texture features is put forward. In our study, the images of rice paper have been acquired using a digital image system. The images of rice paper were decomposed respectively using Debaucheries and Gabor wavelet transforms. The subband of low frequency was selected to extract 11 kinds of classic characteristic value of Gray-level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Then the texture feature values were classifled by the Support Vector Machine (SVM). In order to evaluate the classiflcation accuracy, feature values of the original images and images processed by wavelet decomposition were sent into SVM individually. The classiflcation rate of rice paper texture images was only 84.1% using characteristic values of original images, but reached 93.0% by using Gabor wavelet. The overall results show that wavelet transform is a highly e‐cient method for paper classiflcation. In summary, the method of using wavelet decomposition for the recognition of rice image provides a new nondestructive and fast method for rice paper classiflcation.

In this paper, based on stationary panel data model with one-way error component, FGLS estimation with one half rotating panel is investigated. It has been found that standard errors of FGLS estimators lead to extreme overconfldence. Therefore, based on FGLS estimation and PCSEs, a new estimation method is proposed to correct exorbitant overconfldence and make the estimation of parameters confldent. Under the assumed stationary conditions, we prove the consistency and the asymptotic normality. Monte Carlo simulation is conducted to analyze flnite sample properties. Compare to FGLS estimation, the method proposed in the paper can decrease the overconfldences on the premise of remaining A-Bias and MSE the same basically.

Vibration signals are non-stationary and nonlinear in rotating machinery. Aiming at this phenomenon, a demodulation approach based on wavelet packet decomposition and Wavelet Ridge was proposed in this paper. The frequency range where energy was concentrated in was acquired through the power spectrum of fault vibration signal. Then the number of layers decomposed by the wavelet packet was determined, according to the determinate bandwidth. And the wavelet packet energy method was used to ascertain the frequency band containing the most energy. Afterwards the corresponding decomposition coefficients were extracted to reconstruct the signal. Moreover, the Wavelet Ridge method was employed to demodulate the reconstructed signal. The fault characteristic frequency was effectively extracted from envelope spectrum and utilized to judge the working conditions and fault type. At last, a deeply analyze on fault signals of bearing inner ring and outer ring was carried out. Results show that this proposed method can effectively extract the characteristic frequency of fault signal.

Nonlinear vibration computational problem of stochastic thin plates in large amplitude was investigated here. Based on the nonlinear theory of large deflection of thin plates, we derived the governing equations of nonlinear free vibration of isotropic thin plates. And solved the governing equations by Lindstedt- Poincare Perturbation Method Presented herein are asymptotic analytical solutions for the frequency function of the thin plates with fixed parameters. Based on the theory of random field, after mathematical treatments of the probability density function of random vector expressions, such as determining the interval of integrating, substituting variable and transforming integral order, then the probability density function of nonlinear vibration frequency of stochastic thin plates can be obtained directly. And combined with Monte Carlo Simulation analysis and our previous work (1), the result of the method in this paper is validated, which testifies that the method in this paper is effective and of preferable precision.

This paper researched an improved digital video watermarking algorithm based on relationship. The algorithm combines the video processing and video coding compression principle which adopts improved Arnold algorithm as well as the technology of the block and carries out a series of replacement process in the DCT coefficients of the video frame YCbCr spatial luminance Y components. Meanwhile, we segment information watermark image, aiming at the information watermark and mark watermark to be double embedded to improve the watermark embedding capacity and computing speed of the algorithm. Simulation results show that this algorithm can keep good invisibility of watermark. It has good robustness to video compression processing and special video attacks which can realize the blind extraction and random watermark detection.

In the past, there had been a higher error recognition rate when using passive millimeter wave technology identifled armored targets. In order to solve this problem, proposed a recognition method for armored targets based on signal complexity. Started from the passive millimeter wave radiation mechanism of armored targets, presented a concept, which named as signal complexity, analyzed the signal complexity of armored targets, and got its’ recognition algorithm. Simulation results show that it not only ensures the correct recognition rate of armored targets, but also greatly reduces the probability of mistakenly identifled the interference target (such as planer metal and ground water) as an armored target.

Monitoring human movement using wireless sensory devices promises to revolutionize the delivery of healthcare services. Potentially, each action or disease can be discovered by collaborative processing of sensor data from multiple locations on the body. In spite of the revolutionary potential of BSN, power requirements have limited the commercialization. This paper presents an energy-e‐cient medium access control protocol for BSN applications. The proposed protocol is designed to transmit data in the manner of stratiflcation and asynchronous, which is based on heartbeat rhythm information and blood circulated theory. We experimentally compare the performance of the proposed protocol with other medium access control protocols. The results demonstrate that the protocol can reduce idle listening rate and save a signiflcant amount of energy of biosensors in BSN.

Mesh models of plant organs generated by widely used plant geometric modeling methods has the properties of messy, low quality and high uniform density. In order to simplify and optimize the mesh models of plant organs, a QEM based method was proposed to obtain a multi-scale simpliflcation of plant organ mesh. The Laplacian smoothing method was used to optimize the simplifled mesh model. Results and analysis showed that the method can greatly simplify the plant canopy model and guarantee the quality of mesh simultaneously.
