SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK PENYELEKSIAN CALON PENERIMA BANTUAN PROGRAM INDONESIA PINTAR MENGGUNAKAN SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

The "Program Indonesia Pintar" (PIP) is a program from the Indonesian government to help children from poor families to get the proper education. Schools often deal with obstacles when selecting the students who are eligible for the PIP grant, due to the process of collecting and managing many registration files, thus requiring high accuracy to prevent errors in the selection results. Therefore, this research aims to develop a website of Decision Support System to support the tasks of the PIP recipient selection committee. The Decision Support System applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to obtain the selection results from the ranking of the requirements data handed over by the applicants for the selection of PIP beneficiaries. Then this research applies the Waterfall software development method to analyze, design and develop the Decision Support System website. Furthermore, the results of the black box test indicate that the functions of this Decision Support System work according to their objectives. The system can manage the selection registration data and generate the rankings of prospective PIP beneficiaries.

APLIKASI MOBILE ASSISTANT JURUSAN TEKNIK INFORMATIKA UNIVERSITAS PALANGKA RAYA 大学信息技术助理移动应用

The process of attendance information that already exists at Palangka Raya University Informatics Engineering cannot be monitored or is still sharing manually using social media, especially such as informing the presence / presence of lecturers on campus for consultation or signature documents. The purpose of this research is to design and build a Mobile Assistant Application for Informatics Engineering at Palangka Raya University, whose development is based on Location Based Service using a prototype methodology with stages of Communication, Quick plan, Modeling Quick Design, Prototype Formation, Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The modeling of the system uses Java Android object-oriented programming and structured for web applications using the programming language using PHP database using MySQL. From the research conducted, the writer implements the results of the research into the Mobile Assistant Application of the Informatics Engineering Department of Palangka Raya University where there are features of lecturer attendance, class schedules and practicum, as well as assignments. The application of Location Based Service in this application is applied to the Google Map API with geofencing, the central point of the Informatics Engineering department is made a marker that generates a radius where if the application user enters into each radius it will produce a room information notification and send an update of the data to the database as the presence status lecturer.

SISTEM IDENTIFIKASI DINI PENYAKIT STROKE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN PERAMBATAN BALIK 使用定制的神经握手识别系统

Heart disease is a disease with the second-highest mortality rate in the world. This happens because of an unhealthy human lifestyle. This unhealthy lifestyle affects the performance of the body's organs in carrying out their functions. Stroke can be prevented by exercising regularly, eating nutritious foods, not consuming alcohol, and not consuming tobacco. One way to find out if someone is free from stroke or not can be done by medical check-ups. However, this method is quite expensive. Given these problems, this study aims to design an early identification system for detecting early-stage stroke. The system is designed by utilizing the condition and history of the subject for identification. This study uses a back propagation neural network for the classification process. Variations in the use of hidden layers in each experiment were used to obtain the highest accuracy in the training process. From the results of the study, it was found that the system designed can detect early stroke with an accuracy rate of 97.8%.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE FIFO PADA SISTEM PEMESANAN E-TIKET LOMBA BURUNG BERKICAU BERBASIS WEB 采用FIFO方法的网上部落歌比赛系统

Gantangan Jimjog, which is located in the Ponalan Vegetable Market, Muntilan, Magelang Regency, is one of the most crowded bird competitions in the Magelang area. Gantangan Jimjog is still using the manual system in booking tickets. Bird competition participants must first look for bird competition brochures on social media to view information on the chirping bird competition and place an order for tickets by contacting by telephone and it is possible that more than one participant can order the same hanger number. In this study, a web-based bird competition ticket booking system was made at Jimjog by applying the FIFO method. The FIFO method is applied in determining the queue for ordering race tickets based on the customer who is the first to pay, then the first one is given a hanger number according to what was ordered according to the existing quota. The ticket booking system that has been built can increase the time efficiency and productivity of Gantangan Jimjog and make it easier for participants to get information on the availability of bushel numbers.

PKKMB is a place to raise awareness of the importance of understanding globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. The introduction of the campus canbe done by introducing the rooms on campus by providing a location point usingmaps so that it can make it easier to identify the location of the rooms on campus.  The research method used is determining the scope of research, consulting, studying related literature, and using the Extreme Programming method as asoftware development method. This application uses the Mobile platform and theJavaScript programming language with the React Native framework.

The Palangka Raya City as Capital of Central Kalimanta, has the secondlowest of amount poor people (3.75%) after Sukamara (3.73%) (CentralKalimantan BPS, 2017).In desig and build the system use the Simple Additive Weight (SAW)method as a decision support system and apply in GeographicInformation System to the visualization of data. In this researchmethodology using systematic implementation process to illustrate,calculate and evaluate data. In this reserch use the methodology throughseveral stages, likely research design, database design, interface design,coding and system testing.The Testing of this system use Blackbox test system. The results of testwith the Blackbox system indicate the system create to runningaccording to the researcher expectation.

Validity is a measure to show the level of validity or validity of an instrument. An instrument is said to be valid if it is able to measure what the user wants and is able to obtain the right data from the variables studied. Validity is the accuracy or accuracy of an instrument to measure what is to be measured. The researcher used SPSS with the R-Table method and Cohen's Kappa for testing the validity of the software. In testing data collection instruments, validity can be divided into 2, namely item validity and factor validity. The measurement of factor validity correlates the item scores with the total item scores. In validity testing, 30 people will collect sample data, then the data will be processed using SPSS by applying the R-Table method, while Cohen's Kappa is used to measure the degree of agreement of two raters in classifying objects into groups / groups and Measuring agreement on alternative new methods with existing methods

UJI KUALITAS WEBSITE INDONESIAX MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) 使用系统SCALE (SUS)测试印尼网站的质量

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the closure of all types of educational institutions around the world as the delivery of education has now shifted to an exclusivity (online only) model. In this case, the perceived usefulness of the currently used online learning platform is an important aspect, especially in the absence of face-to-face classes. In this particular case, IndonesiaX is used as a reference platform to evaluate the perceived usefulness for the development of this system. The evaluation was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which is a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) based approach. Usability evaluation was conducted on 25 respondents using IndonesiaX. Based on the results of the Usability evaluation, the IndonesiaX platform has a score of 69.4 and is considered to have met the Usability element.

PERANCANGAN USER EXPERIENCE APLIKASI PEMETAAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI KOTA MALANG

When starting to sell, there are several factors that must be considered before starting to trade, one of which is choosing a strategic location. However, choosing a strategic location is not easy because they have to consider several things and need to conduct surveys in various places, which certainly takes a long time. In addition, with the covid pandemic and the policy for the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), the public cannot conduct direct surveys. In designing the Street Vendor Mapping Application in the city of Malang using the human-centred Design method because in designing this application, an approach involves the user of the application. At the testing stage, usability testing was carried out on 8 participants with the results getting the effectiveness aspect value of 91.96%, the efficiency aspect using the Time-Based Efficiency calculation of 0.091 goals/sec, and the satisfaction aspect getting a score of 80.94, which is level A, ranking Excellent, with acceptable category. Furthermore, User Experience testing was also carried out on 20 participants using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) measurement with the results of the attractiveness aspect of 2.24, the perspicuity aspect of 2.16, the efficiency aspect of 2.39, the dependability aspect of 2.10, the stimulation aspect of 2.05, and the novelty aspect of 1.73.

The business sector in industry 4.0 always depends on the development of internet technology, one of which is a website. Website is a medium of business information that serves to expand marketing in order to reach users all over the world. The success of a website is when it is in the top position in the SERP (Search Engine Result Page). Until now, new websites have sprung up that make the competition even tougher. Therefore, we need a method to improve the quality of the website in order to be able to compete with other websites. One of the efforts to improve the quality of the website is to optimize the website structure using the On-Page SEO method. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an effort to optimize the performance and quality of a website so that it is prioritized by search engines. While On-Page SEO is an optimization process carried out on the website structure. On-page is a fundamental process that must be done in building a quality website. For this reason, this article will discuss how to design a quality website structure using the On-Page SEO method which is expected to be a benchmark for the quality of the website structure that will be built by readers.
