STUDI PERBANDINGAN VUE COMPONENT LIBRARY/FRAMEWORK: VUETIFY, BUEFY, BOOTSTRAPVUE MENGGUNAKAN GTMETRIX

Developing a web application from scratch is relatively hard as it requires writing a large amount of code. Maintaining the code when it comes to evolve becomes quite tedious. Therefore, using a framework will simplify the process.  Using a CSS framework will lift developers’s web designing process as it does the hard work for developers, especially Component framework as it provides a large range of components and attributes. However, when building a simple web application, developers usually do not need a full-fledged framework as it will come with a downside on performance and bundle size. In this article we will discuss three popular vue component libraries/frameworks and test its performance using GTmetrix so this can become a variable of consideration when choosing components framework.

Currently, health services in Indonesia have developed rapidly. To realize excellent service to patients, health care facilities must be able to form a good and structured health management system and subsystem. The health information system occupies an important position because it serves as the backbone for collecting, transmitting, processing, analyzing and publishing information as well as providing feedback to stakeholders at all levels. Tambun Bungai Palangka Raya Eye Clinic has not yet implemented a computer-based information system. Based on the results of interviews, carrying out various operational activities that collect, store, and process data, all of which are still done manually. As in the data collection section for new patients and medical patients who register at the clinic, it is still done by writing on paper, storing patient medical record data which is written in a simple way in the medical record ledger, and check payments that are not processed and stored correctly so that proof of payment can occur. fraud, as well as searching for the entire data that is still manual takes a long time. This designed system has the aim of managing existing data in the clinic with more practical storage media. For patients, the discussion includes registration of new patients and patients for treatment, patient medical record data, drug prescriptions, treatment, and payments. Meanwhile, the clinic staff includes data on clinic staff and scheduling of working hours. The information generated is in the form of reports of patients who come for treatment, reports of clinic staff's work schedules, and income reports. The management information system at the Tambun Bungai Eye Clinic is expected to help partners in the clinical management process in order to create a more excellent service.

IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI ANDROID UNTUK SISTEM PENDAFTARAN DAN ANTRIAN PADA POLI COVID RSUD DORIS SYLVANUS 在多丽丝·西尔瓦纳斯(DORIS SYLVANUS)上实现ANDROID应用程序注册系统和队列

Application Registration and Application of Queues at the Mobile-Based Covid Poly Hospital of Doris Sylvanus was built because service system offline while doing covid-19 test and vaccination at the Doris Sylvanus Hospital, it was found that there was a build-up of public queues so that it became less efficient for the queuing system and the information conveyed, so many people were less interested in conducting covid-19 test and vaccinations at the Covid Poly Hospital Doris Sylvanus. In this research, the software development method is used waterfall. In the program modeling, several charts are described, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams.The application and website creation phase of this study used Android Studio, Firebase, XML, Java, PHP, Javascript, CSS, and JSON. As for System testing in this study uses a blackbox testing system. With the construction of the Mobile-Based Registration and Application Queue Application at the Covid Poly RSUD Doris Sylvanus, this results in a queuing system and registration application, and it is hoped that it can help optimize the services available at the Covid Poly RSUD Doris Sylvanus.

PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI BIMBINGAN KONSELING PADA SMK NEGERI 1 MUARA TEWEH MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD)

The development of counseling guidance applications at SMK Negeri I Muara Teweh aims to help related parties to use information technology and computers in managing data related to student character building, namely the achievements achieved and the violations committed by each student, if any. The difficulty experienced by the school's Guidance and Counseling party is recording daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly data for all students, which is not small in number. So far, data processing is still manual and feels very inconvenient because of the various attributes of the types of violations that must be assessed with different weights, so that to be able to make a decision requires tiring and time-consuming calculations. Using a web-based application is expected to be able to reach more users, namely counseling guidance teachers as admins, students, and parents of students. Another benefit is to achieve a fair and objective assessment so that decisions made by schools are based on data that is processed using a computer. The process of making this application uses the PHP and HTML programming languages while the database uses MySQL. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram design tool consisting of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams

KOMPARASI ALGORITMA DATA MINING UNTUK ANALISIS SENTIMEN APLIKASI PEDULILINDUNGI

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many changes to occur in Indonesia. In the PeduliLindungi application to the community, the government makes the application to the community in the hope of being able to provide a warning if it enters the covid-19 zone and various other information from covid-19 [1]. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiments of PeduliLindungi users who are currently used during the Covid-19 pandemic, where this application has begun to be used to travel anywhere and anytime to find out whether the user has vaccinated or not and various other things. such as the spread of the virus and the location of vaccination. The dataset for this study was taken from the Play Store. The algorithm used is Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes to classify the data set. The data collection technique is Text Mining and compares the results of the two specified algorithms. The results of this research are Support Vector Machine with TF IDF Vectorizer with 89.05% accuracy followed by Support Vector Machine with Count Vectorizer, Naive Bayes with TF IDF Vectorizer and Naive Bayes with Count Vectorizer.

PERBANDINGAN WAKTU EKSEKUSI PERAMALAN HARGA KOMODITAS PANGAN MENGGUNAKAN SPARKR DAN R STUDIO 将商品商品价格面值与SPARKR和R STUDIO进行比较

The arrival of the big data era with characteristics such as large volumes of data makes the calculation of execution time a concern when carrying out data analytics processes, such as forecasting food commodity prices. This study aims to examine the effect of the big data framework through the use of sparkR. The test is carried out by varying several deep learning forecasting models, namely the multi-layer perceptron model and by using the price of one food commodity from 2018 to 2020. The results show that sparkR is significantly shorter its execution time when compared to R studio. The results of testing the influence of the MLP model also show that a model with two hidden layers with a maximum node of 13 nodes in hidden layers 1 and 2 produces the longest execution time compared to only using 1 hidden layer with 5 nodes or using two hidden layers with a number of nodes of 5 and 3.

Department of Early Childhood Education Development and Community Education (BP PAUD and Dikmas) Central Kalimantan Province is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education (PAUD and Dikmas) of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Several facilities can be rented out to the public at the agency, such as halls, dormitories, and guest houses. There are still many people who do not know this public facility that can be used. The rental process is still done manually by coming directly or sending a letter of application. In terms of bookkeeping, sometimes there are some data recording errors. Therefore, a website was developed that can help provide information on what public facilities can be used for the public and used to carry out the rental process to help the community make rentals without having to come directly to BP PAUD and Dikmas. Developing this website using the Waterfall software development methodology has stages, namely Requirements Definition, which is done by making Flowcharts. System and Software Design is carried out by making Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and MySQL and Integration and System Testing. The testing method used is the Blackbox method. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this website can run according to its function. The final result of this program also shows the achievement of the objectives that have been implemented, such as the presence of several features that are used appropriately according to their use.

ERP implementation is very important for companies, therefore it is necessary to find the right vendor to be applied to the company. So this research is needed to find out which vendors are most widely used in global business. The method used in this research is to find data in the literature and related journals. This research results in an ERP vendor that relatively dominates the market is SAP.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when in public places, it is required to apply the 4M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds. In its implementation, there are officers who always maintain and remind people not to violate health protocols. Like remembering to wear a mask.The mask detection application is made as a computerized surveillance system that can store images of violations of the use of masks and provide warning sounds. Observations, discussions and literature studies are sources of data in this empirical research. Using Python as a programming language assisted with OpenCV for image processing. After passing through the 4 stages of Waterfall, namely Analysis, Design, Manufacturing and Development and Testing, an application is produced where the Raspberry Pi is a processing tool and images are captured from the camera module with a resolution of 1080x1024 px. This application can detect the use of masks with an accuracy of 90.5% using the Machine Learning Haar Cascade Classifier method. Teknologi informasi dapat meingkatkan kinerja suatu organisasi, tetapi kurangnya penerimaan atau kepuasan pengguna pada suatu sistem dapat menjadi faktor penghambat. Dalam dunia pendidikan, hal-hal lain seperti pembiayaan juga ikut berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan kinerja organisasi. Dibutuhkan sistem yang baik agar dapat menyediakan sistem pembayaran yang mudah, efektif, dan efisien. Salah satu yayasan pendidikan yang menaungi unit KB/TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA telah mempunyai sistem aplikasi ESCOLA yang khusus menangani pengelolaan keuangan. Supaya tujuan yayasan dapat tercapai, diperlukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode UTAUT dan EUCS untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasilnya, 68,8% pengguna menyatakan puas dengan adanya aplikasi ESCOLA. Namun, pengembangan tetap diharapkan oleh pengguna, khususnya dalam hal integrasi dengan aplikasi pendukung lainnya.
