This study describes the design of problem-based learning strategy (PBL) integrated into LMS with mobile tools in a ubiquitous learning environment, which is called uPBL system. This paper discusses the analysis and design of PBL instructional steps for building a LMS system to create a new learning environment. A trial case was designed and implemented with elementary school teachers to obtain feedback and suggestions on the design of uPBL system structure. In the trail PBL outdoor activities coped with PDA devices, students were interested in mobile learning devices and the developed system. Also, students felt comfortable to solve the real live problems and communicate with team members without the obstacles of time and space. It is expected that students will be enhanced their learning performance with a well-designed learning environment via held technology devices. Experimental studies of students learning performance are ongoing in the next research step.

In recent years, more researchers choose to use information technology into test environment, this is not only makes the results of experiment more efficient, but also diversify the use of the test. In the past, some researchers developed a test system based on concept of Adaptive Test (PPATS). Although the system has been shown to maintain the confidence of students and can improve the learning performance effectively, but we still do not understand the relationship between items. Therefore, this study uses an aspect based on the social network technique, which is, at any item is an independent node and base on this social network analysis technique we try to find out the reasons and similar characteristic between items which have the high relations. The purpose for this is to provide a strategy for teachers to adjust and improve the way whiles selecting items. Finally, this study observes that the Bloom's Taxonomy is the obviously main reason for high relation between items. Especially in the [Conceptual] [Remember], those items are easy to produce high correlation. Therefore, if there are some related ⌜PPATS⌟ testing systems, which also used of the Bloom's Taxonomy, our foremost recommend is to reduce the number of items corresponding to [Conceptual] and [Remember], this must be the best way to degrade the correlation for any generated paper.

in this research, an approach in combination with support vector regression (SVR), genetic algorithm (GA), and optimal technical analysis is proposed to explore stock dynamism of multi-nations under different economical environments. First, we apply full search algorithm to select the optimal number of trading days used to calculate the technical indicator values. Genetic algorithm is then used to search the best combination of parameters for SVR kernel function and technical indicators used as SVR input variables. Finally, support vector regression is then used to classify stock data based on the characteristics of non-linear classification. Also, we apply sliding windows to training data to build a steady stock exploratory approach. The data sources are stock data from four countries with different economic development degree. They include United States of America, Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia. In empirical results, the input variables of middle-long-term technical indicators can bring stable profits and developed country shows better efficient market.

In the traditional laboratory surveillance system, its effectiveness depends on the number of cameras installed, but the price is too high, and most adopt fixed video, and often some dead ends, such as an emergency can not be real-time monitor. The purpose of this study propose a set of the use of a small number of network cameras and wireless sensors developed by combining real-time laboratory safety monitoring system (WebNet System), used in laboratory safety and personnel tracking, on via the computer or 3G mobile phone to remote monitoring for the purpose. In this study, WebNet immediate laboratory safety monitoring system monitoring system compared with the traditional results show that this study has the excellent effect of the monitor.
