This paper presents a new architecture of shared QDR SRAM controller in the parallel processing of network processor to make the SRAM controller suitable for higher bandwidth and higher speed network communication. With line rate close to dozens of gigabit per second (Gbps), various bottlenecks related with speed, bandwidth and interface must be addressed. The arbitration mechanism is ameliorated so that simultaneous read and write operation to the memory can be executed, and a tag architecture is adopted to keep the special sequence of the SRAM reference. Thus, the bandwidth of the QDR SRAM is highly utilized.

After the global financial crisis China's real estate companies faces the current market environment and macro-control policies, the real estate business is at a turning point in the development. The empirical analysis of evaluation of the real estate enterprise's efficiency will help the real estate enterprise find its strength and weakness to enhance the efficiency of enterprises to provide countermeasures to effectively respond to domestic and international market environment. To evaluate the efficiency of the real estate enterprise the framework of Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method is constructed in this paper. Through evaluation of operation efficiency of 57 China's real estate listed companies it is found the results of Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method are consistent with other ranking results of each single evaluation method. It indicates that Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method is a feasible and applicable combinational evaluation method.

The system of community tap-water is influenced by many factors, which is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. Both neural networks and Volterra series are widely used in nonlinear dynamic system. This paper discusses the relations between Volterra series and BP neural network, and proposes the Volterra series-based neural network and the solution of the hight order Volterra series kernel. In this paper, the ARMA model, BP neural network and Volterra series-based neural network are applied to short-term forecast a community tap-water flows. According to the results of the comparison, it shows that the Volterra series-based neural network is better than other methods.

The user review on a web topic is particular useful information. These reviews usually concern such sentiment or opinions as positive, negative or mixed mood which will affect other users' behaviors, psychological and cognitive activities. Classical web sentiment analysis system could not reach the real-time demand. The functions of online web sentiment analysis system are campus network net flow collection, real-time sentiment analysis and off-line Sentiment analysis on internet topic. Online Web Sentiment Analysis System is composed of Front-Monitor Node, Spider Node, Controller Node, Back-Analysis Node, and Data Warehouse Node. Experimental results show that the same subjective words can reach the different Integrated Sentiment Rate (ISR) value by Basic Sentiment Rate (BSR), Campus User Rate (CUR), Internet Topic Rate (ITR) and Manual Influence Rate (MIR). Using the online web sentiment analysis system, the internet topic sentiment on campus network can be discovered immediately.

In wireless sensor networks, it has been shown that collecting data using a mobile sink can drastically reduce energy consumption at the cost of increasing delivery delay of data. In order to decrease the delay, we propose an approach of sink mobility, in which the sink moves along a ring-like route instead of a reciprocal one. Thus, a part of data packets can be transferred more quickly. Performance evaluation shows that our proposed approach outperforms the approach of using a reciprocal route in terms of the average end-to-end delay, throughput, and the delivery success rate.

High-precisely and quickly measuring supercapaci-tor capacitance is necessary to improve the performance and quality of super capacitors, to decrease capacitance deviation and to enhance reliability and life expectancy of groups of supercapacitor. Based on the equivalent model of super capacitor, using the measuring method of direct and constant current charging and discharging, time of measurement was shortened by means of larger, direct and constant current discharging, applying discrete sum of software, the requirement of constant current was debased and accuracy was maintained, because of environmental temperature's influence, the errors resulting from temperature variations of environment was lowered by corresponding compensation process. After measurement comparison experiments, the results show that capacitance error is less than 0.5F by measuring 350F supercapacitor. The requirement of measurement can be met.

Reliability is one of the most important target in airplane designing, the redundancy technology is universally used in servo-actuator system of civil aircraft's Fly-by-Wire System (FBWS). In order to attain a high reliability, firstly the system structure is designed and redundancy allocation is given, accordingly the redundant management strategy and realization are described in detail. Based on Markov process reliability model is established. Taking fault coverage percentage of the first time and the second into account, reliability of the system is analyzed. The simulation result shows that the system has a high reliability.

In this paper, we propose a systematic framework of truck overload intelligent monitoring system under the concept of internet of things (IOT) to solve the truck's ever-increasing serious overload problem in China. First the overviews of general concept of IOT and its Chinese version, Sensing China, are introduced to provide the background information. Next, the serious truck overload problem in China is explained in details including data summary of casualties and monetary cost caused by overload. Then, to solve the problem, we design a framework of intelligent system which can monitor truck's load information in real time. The proposed system includes the weight sensors installed in vehicles, wireless transformation device sending data to the GPS installed in driver's cab, and remote control terminal to receive and process the information sent by the GPS. The suggested system provides an effective approach to prevent truck overload during the transportation.
