Quantum kinetic theory of phonon-assisted carrier transitions in nitride-based quantum-dot systems 氮基量子点系统中声子辅助载流子跃迁的量子动力学理论

Abstract.A microscopic theory for the interaction of carriers with LO phononsis used to study the ultrafast carrier dynamics in nitride-basedsemiconductor quantum dots. It is shown that the efficiency ofscattering processes is directly linked to quasi-particlerenormalizations. The electronic states of the interacting system arestrongly modified by the combined influence of quantum confinement andpolar coupling. Inherent electrostatic fields, typical for InGaN/GaNquantum dots, do not limit the fast scattering channels.

Partial derivative approach for option pricing in a simple stochastic volatility model 简单随机波动率模型中期权定价的偏导数方法

Abstract.We study a market model in which the volatility of the stock may jump at a random time from a fixed value to another fixed value. This model has already been introduced in the literature. We present a new approach to the problem, based on partial differential equations, which gives a different perspective to the issue. Within our framework we can easily consider several forms for the market price of volatility risk, and interpret their financial meaning. We thus recover solutions previously mentioned in the literature as well as obtaining new ones.
