Comparison of two differently structured languages has both theoretical significance and practical significance, makes it possible to identify similar and distinctive features in them, find common points and specific phenomena, helps to penetrate deeper into the internal mechanism and understand their specifics. The subject of our comparative study is languages that are in different language families and belong to different groups, Russian and Chinese. Russian belongs to the group of inflectional languages, while Chinese belongs to the group of isolating languages. The research topic is relevant due to the fact that the number of people learning Chinese has increased. Comparison in this area contributes to a more accurate and deep mastery of a foreign language, moreover, this will allow more effective use of linguistic knowledge in translation and scientific activities.

The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop a settlement system for sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan, which is interconnected with the organization of settlements on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. To solve the problem of territorial asymmetry, possible ways of development of the settlement system have been investigated and proposed. The authors identified the main factors hindering the process of suburbanization in Kyrgyzstan: lack of comfortable and affordable housing, underdeveloped infrastructure and low living standards of the country's population. The prerequisites for the formation of rural and urban areas in the Kyrgyz Republic have been determined. Strengthening the interaction between urban and rural areas is highlighted among the basic principles of sustainable development of the settlement system; sustainable development of settlement systems, consisting in the balanced development of urbanized and natural-ecological frameworks; determination of the historically established directions of development of settlement systems and optimization of transport accessibility. According to the authors, the main approach to the development of the settlement system can be the formation of model development centers. In this connection, the priority task of urban planning policy at the state level is the formation of an innovative model for the development of rural and urban areas.

At this stage of studying the Russian language, there are still controversial and little-studied areas of word order, which actualizes the further study of this topic. This article describes the order of words in a sentence in Russian, as well as the order of words is considered from different angles and what the order should be in each of the styles of speech. For the correct construction of a sentence, the order of words, the sequence in the arrangement of the members of the sentence is essential, and an arbitrary arrangement of words in a sentence can lead to a violation of logical connections between words and subsequently to a change in the semantic content of the entire utterance. And since many Chinese citizens arrive in our country, and Russian is one of the state languages, this article can increase the level of understanding of the Russian language by foreigners.

Various acceleration approaches have been studied to deploy convolutional neural networks in embedded devices. Among them, filter pruning is the most active research because it is easy to implement in hardware and keeps high accuracy while reducing the computational and memory cost. In this paper, we propose a method of grouping layers, finding the importance of each group, and groupwise pruning according to the order of importance to achieve high FLOPs reduction while retaining high accuracy. First, we divide the layers of the pre-trained network into groups according to the size of the output feature map. Next, we calculate the importance score per group using first-order Taylor expansion. Finally, filter pruning is performed in order from the group with the highest importance score. When pruning VGG and ResNet trained on CIFAR-10, our proposed method shows superior performance in accuracy and FLOPs compared to the state-of-art methods. Notably, on ResNet-50, we achieve 70.85% FLOPs reduction by removing 50% of the filters, with a slight loss of 0.41% in the baseline accuracy.
