Have been studied the factors affecting the recreational potential of tourist zones. As main basics, indicators have been use: physical and environmental, socio-demographic, political and economic.The work was finished on the scientific internships at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing in Dehradun. For a comprehensive study of the recreational potential, field and laboratory work by using remote sensing methods.Considered are the features of planning tourist zones. Has been studied existing scientific work in the field of recreational planning of recreation areas. Calculated the possibilities of the tourist zone Rishikesh.

AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTOF THE KAVAK COAL PROCESSING BASIN kavak煤加工盆地环境评价

The article examines the impact of coal mining on the environment in the Kavak coal basin. An impact on atmospheric air: priority and obligation to comply with norms of maximum permissible concentration (MPC), which are divided into average daily and maximum one-time, and maximum permissible emissions (MPE) of pollutants in the atmospheric air, and discussed possibilities of their reduction. An impact on soil: recommendations for determining the soil disturbance with taking into account the indicators of the entire process of breaking the integrity of rock masses, including aquifers and earth’s surface. Problems of recultivation, realized methods of restoring disturbed lands, namely, mainly forest reclamation, without applying a soil layer, are also described. An impact on vegetation: problems of reforestation and reasons for drying forests in underworked areas are described, for example, breaking the roots of growing trees, desiccation of soil layer with a sharp decrease at the level of groundwater, waterlogging in drainless subsidence troughs, as a result, physiological processes are disturbed, water displaces air from soil, root respiration is disturbed, which, as a result, leads to drying out of trees.

Have been studied the Natural Conditions of the Utrakand recreational zone. Have been identified the most frequently visited territories and objects. Analyzed is the flow of domestic and foreign tourists. The functional features of the infrastructure and material base of tourism are determined using remote sensing and GIS. Based on the analysis, has been identified the most optimal option for the development of recreation in the study area. Has been determined the main contingent of consumers in tourism products.

Based on the results of forty years of monitoring of climatically active constituents of the atmosphere at the Issyk-Kul scientific station, a bank of experimental data was obtained, which made it possible to identify specific features in the variability of the ozone layer, greenhouse gases and aerosol components of the atmosphere over the mountainous region of Central Asia. The research results are used to correct existing and develop new models of the atmosphere, which make it possible to predict the state of the ozone layer and climate change, taking into account inland mountain effects that make a significant contribution to the thermodynamic processes of the troposphere-stratosphere.
