Study on the Improving Penetration Performance of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Penetrator by Heat Treatment 热处理提高钨重合金侵彻器侵彻性能的研究

An Armor Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot (APFSDS), which penetrates and sabotages the target by physical energy, consists of a general penetrator using Depleted Uranium (DU) or Tungsten Heavy Alloy (THA) but THA is preferable because of manufacturing and environmental issues. On a THA penetrator, the penetration performance is determined mainly by self-sharpening depending on the hardness and toughness of materials. In particular, the tensile strength and impact strength work as key factors. The correlation coefficient for the penetration performance of the tensile strength was 0.721 and the impact strength was -0.599. The improved penetration performance by additional heat treatment was proven experimentally. Therefore, maintaining elongation over 9 % and tensile strength over 123 kg/mm is desirable, and the impact strength should be less than 6.8 kg·m/cm for good penetration

Identifying Considerations for Developing SLAM-based Mobile Scan Backpack System for Rapid Building Scanning 开发基于slam的移动扫描双肩包快速建筑扫描系统的考虑

3D scanning began in the field of manufacturing. In the construction field, a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based 3D modeling environment was developed and used for the overall construction, such as factory prefabrication, structure construction inspection, plant facility, bridge, tunnel structure inspection using 3D scanning technology. LiDARs have higher accuracy and density than mobile scanners but require longer registration times and data processing. On the other hand, in interior building space management, relatively high accuracy is not needed, and the user can conveniently move with a mobile scan system. This study derives considerations for the development of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM)-based Scan Backpack systems that move freely and support real-time point cloud registration. This paper proposes the mobile scan system, framework, and component structure to derive the considerations and improve scan productivity. Prototype development was carried out in two stages, SLAM and ScanBackpack, to derive the considerations and analyze the results.

Control Performance Evaluation of Smart Mid-story Isolation System with RNN Model 基于RNN模型的智能中层隔离系统控制性能评价

The seismic response reduction capacity of a smart mid-story isolation system was investigated using the RNN model in this study. For this purpose, an RNN model was developed to make a dynamic response prediction of building structures subjected to seismic loads. An existing tall building with a mid-story isolation system was selected as an example structure for realistic research. A smart mid-story isolation system was comprised of an MR damper instead of existing lead dampers. The RNN model predicted the seismic responses accurately compared to those of the FEM model. The simulation time of the RNN model can be reduced significantly compared to the FEM model. After the numerical simulations, the smart mid-story isolation system could effectively reduce the seismic responses of the existing building compared to the conventional mid-story isolation system.

Factors Affecting the Turnover Intention of the New Graduated Nurses 影响新毕业护士离职意向的因素

This study examined the factors that affect the turnover intention of newly graduated nurses. The basic data was utilized for developing a personnel resource maintenance program for newly graduated nurses. New nurses working at a general hospital in City D were surveyed from May 2016 to April 2018. The questionnaires completed by 232 volunteers were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program, and the descriptive statistical analyses included t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Among the general characteristics of new nurses, their workload displayed significant differences in proactive behavior, organizational commitment, social support, and the turnover intention. There was a negative correlation between organizational commitment, employer support, peer support, and the turnover intention. The influential factors were organizational commitment and workload, and the explanatory power for turnover intention was 36.1%. Higher organizational commitment, along with appropriate workload, led to a lower turnover intention. Therefore, appropriate work allocation through work analysis is necessary to lower the nurses' turnover intention. Developing a program that can increase proactive behavior and implementing various intervention strategies can increase the participation of newly graduated nurses when establishing and implementing appropriate hospital policies.

Diachronic Network Analysis on Variable Factors for enhancing the Values of Apparel Industry in South Korea -Focused on Fashion Newspaper Articles- 韩国服装产业价值提升的可变因素历时网络分析——以时尚报刊文章为例

The fashion industry in Korea has grown into a core sector that contributes to the development of national industries, but it has shown negative growth due to the advent of a low-growth era. This study aims to explore core texts related to variable factors affecting the apparel industry in Korea (and the environmental change factors of apparel companies) by using network analysis from a diachronic point of view. In addition, we discuss the implications of enhancing the value of fashion industries in Korea based on articles in fashion newspapers over five years. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, as a suggestion for political and economic aspects, the government should minimize the damage caused by political influence by presenting new policies, or by communicating about the practical aspects of geopolitical issues and changes linked to the fashion industry. Second, as a suggestion of socio-cultural aspects, it is necessary to reduce uncertainty about the future by establishing a strategic system through cooperation with institutions that can predict future directions. Third, as a suggestion for management changes in the apparel industry, apparel companies in Korea should recognize the importance of consciousness of promoting development for a better society from coexistence, rather than corporate profit.

The Relationship among Self-Management, Physical Self-Efficacy and Resilience for Middle Aged Golf Participant 中年高尔夫运动员自我管理、身体自我效能感与心理弹性的关系

This study examined the relationships among self-management, physical self-efficacy, and resilience of middle-aged golf participants in 237 golf range users located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Daegu, Gangwon, and Gwangju. To achieve this goal, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The main findings were as follows. First, self-management had a positive effect on the physical self-efficacy. Second, physical self-efficacy had a positive effect on resilience. Third, self-management had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, physical self-efficacy mediated the relationship between self-management and resilience. Therefore, various methods for increasing the level of self-management and physical self-efficacy for middle age golf participants should be found in multiple perspectives.

The Relationship of Communication Perception and Job Performance of General Hospital Nurses 综合医院护士沟通感知与工作绩效的关系

This study analyzed the relationship between communication perception and job performance in general hospital nurses in order to provide basic data for efficient personnel and hospital management. For this purposes, data were collected from August 5 to 23, 2019, targeting 392 nurses from 14 general hospitals in Gwangju and Jeonnam and t-test, variance analysis, post hoc analysis, Correlations analysis and multi-regression analysis were conducted. In analyzing the differences between demographical and health characteristics and job performance, there were statistically significant differences in age, working years, salary, satisfaction, locations, health status, health education, chronic diseases and depression. In respect to communication perception and job performance of nurses, age of 30 and job satisfaction (moderate satisfaction and dissatisfaction) had a negative effect, locations had a positive effect, and horizontal communication had the greatest effect on job performance. There was a relation between downward, informal and upward communication and job performance, and the determination coefficient was 45.2%. Based on these results, this study suggested that for higher job performance, we should improve working environment, enhance job satisfaction, organize nursing organization culture with active horizontal, downward, informal and upward communication and develop an efficient personnel management system.

In respect to communication perception and job performance of nurses, age of 30 and job satisfaction (moderate satisfaction and dissatisfaction) had a negative effect, locations had a positive effect, and horizontal communication had the greatest effect on job performance. There was a relation between downward, informal and upward communication and job performance, and the determination coefficient was 45.2%. A Study on the Role and Improvement Direction of Empty Homes Policy in Korea 韩国空房政策的作用及改进方向研究

The aim of this study is to improve the "empty house problem" in Korea. The direction of improvement of systems in Korea was considered and compared with empty house systems in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the United States, and Japan. Korea's system is based on comprehensive regulations centered on the demolition of empty houses. To actively solve the problem of unoccupied houses, detailed guidelines are needed, which must consider the current status and surrounding environment of empty houses. There should be institutional grounds for local governments to actively intervene in the issue of empty houses, and there should be a system that enables tax and cost support for the reuse of such houses. An information sharing system is also needed for sharing empty house information among local governments. To utilize empty houses as resources for the housing market, it is necessary to establish a consultative system consisting of residents, urban and architectural experts, and private businesses.
本研究的目的是改善韩国的“空房问题”。并与英国、法国、德国、美国、日本等国家的空房制度进行了比较。韩国的制度是以拆除空房子为中心的综合规制为基础的。要积极解决空置房屋问题,需要制定详细的指导方针,必须考虑空置房屋的现状和周围环境。要有地方自治团体积极介入空置房问题的制度基础,要有对空置房再利用进行税收和费用支持的制度。地方自治团体之间也需要共享空置房屋信息的信息共享系统。为了将空置房屋作为住宅市场的资源,有必要建立由居民、城市和建筑专家、民间企业组成的协商体系。

Comparison of hematologic and biochemical values in htPA transgenic pigs htPA转基因猪血液学和生化指标的比较

Pigs have been used widely in biomedical research owing to their physiologic and anatomic similarities to humans. Analysis of the hematologic and biochemical values in pigs is an important basis for biomedical research and veterinary clinical diagnosis, but research on transgenic pigs has been sparse. This study was conducted to obtain basic data on transgenic pigs and to describe and compare the reference values for hematologic and biochemical parameters in human tissue plasminogen activator (htPA) transgenic pigs vs normal pigs. Blood samples were obtained from 7 normal LY (Landrace-Yorkshire crossbred) pigs and 8 transgenic pigs and 16 hematologic and 15 serum biochemical parameters were tested. Among the hematologic parameters tested, significant differences were observed in the red blood cells (RBC), mean red blood cell hemoglobin (MCH), and lymphocytes (LYM), between the non-transgenic and transgenic pigs. Among the biochemical parameters tested, the blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total protein (TP), cholesterol (CHOL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine (CREA), gamma glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), globin (GOB), and amylase (AMYL) showed significant differences between the two groups. Thus, the values determined in this study can be used as basic reference values for transgenic pigs and will contribute to their use in biomedical research.
