The Effect of Simulation Training applying SBAR for Nursing Students on Communication Clarity, Self-Confidence in Communication, and Clinical Decision-Making Ability 应用SBAR模拟训练对护生沟通清晰度、沟通自信及临床决策能力的影响

This study is a single-group study to check the effectiveness of nursing students on their communication credibility, communication confidence and clinical decision-making ability by implementing SBAR-applied simulation training to improve the difficulty of delivering clear information to medical personnel during transition. By combining simulation practices and SBAR training based on emergency situations of mothers and newborns, programs were developed and applied to communicate clearly and briefly to the medical staff about emergencies and to enhance communication skills. The subjects were 91 fourth-year nursing college students from one university in B metropolitan city. The data were collected from Feb. 18, 2019 to Feb. 28, 2019 and were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program as a paired t-test. The results revealed that the communication clarity measured after the simulation exercise (t=-3.99, p<.001), Communication Confidence (t=-8.60, p<.001), Clinical Decision Capacity (t=-4.66, p<.001) Statistically, it has increased significantly. Therefore, the purpose of this research is significant in that it seeks to promote the expertise of nursing college students by developing and applying simulation practical education programs to enhance the communication skills and clinical decision-making skills of nursing college students as prospective medical personnel.

Determination of Sasang Constitution from Artery Pulse Waves 用脉波法测定沙桑体质

Sasang Constitution data that were classified by the QSCCII (Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification II) and artery pulse waves of Chon, Guan, and Chuck data measured using an electronic manometer, were obtained from 732 subjects who visited an oriental hospital. The pulse width, peak height, and number of peaks were extracted from the pulse waves as feature variables. Validity and reliability analyses were performed to obtain the feature variables. The feature variables with high validity and reliability were selected as the discriminant variables. The pulse wave data were divided into training and predicting samples by applying a fivefold cross-validation technique. Discriminant analysis was performed for the training sample, and discriminant functions were obtained. The discriminant functions were applied to the predicting sample and the Sasang Constitution was predicted. The accuracy of prediction was estimated by comparing the predicted Sasang Constitution and that obtained by QSCCII. The accuracy of the predicted Sasang Constitution before (after) age and sex calibration was 73.6 % (70.4 %), 68.4 % (84.2 %), and 74.2 % (67.7 %) for Taeumin, Soumin, and Soyangin, respectively, and 72.5 % (73.8 %) in total.

Failure Analysis by Fracture Study of Connecting Rod Bolts in Diesel Engine for Military Tracked Vehicles 军用履带车辆柴油机连杆螺栓断裂失效分析

Tracked military vehicles are operated under harsher conditions and climates than ordinary vehicles, and the components require high degrees of reliability and durability. A diesel engine is the main power generator, and when the vehicle breaks down, there is a high possibility of causing a large-scale accident. Therefore, analyzing the cause of engine failure can be important for preventing similar cases that may occur. In this study, we clarified the mechanism of engine failure according to an overhaul test, hardness measurement, and an analysis of the fracture surface. The overhaul test confirmed that a bolt was separated from the connecting rod (number 4). In addition, the hardness measurement results of the connecting rod bolt conformed to the standard, and it was found that the bolt fracture was ductile fracture through an analysis of the fracture surface. Based on the results, it was concluded that damage to a diesel engine of a tracked military vehicle was caused by separating and damage caused by loosening of the connecting rod bolts, resulting in cascading damage. The results of the study could be used as reference examples and could be useful for another study on engine failure

The Effects of Eating-out Customers' Customer Citizenship Behavior and Customer Badness Behavior on Service Employees' Emotional Dissonance and Job Burnout 外出就餐顾客公民行为和顾客不良行为对服务员工情绪失调和工作倦怠的影响

This study examines the effects of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior on service employees' emotional dissonance and job burnout. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 338 foodservice employees. The overall findings were as follows. First, the customer citizenship behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance of service employees. Second, the customer citizenship behavior had no significant effect on job burnout. Third, the customer badness behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance. Fourth, the customer bad behavior had a significant effect on the job burnout. Fifth, the emotional dissonance had a significant effect on job burnout of service employees. These results confirmed the importance of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior in the foodservice industry. This suggests that the customer badness behavior has a significant effect on the emotional dissonance and job burnout, leading to the deterioration of quality in the foodservice industry that pursues the unconditional suppression of service employees' emotion or customer-centered operating strategies. Therefore, strategic systemization is required in terms of promoting civil behavior on behalf of customers through positive interaction and induce contribution behavior through loyal service.

A study on the factors that affect the working conditions of the disabled for the duration of employment: Comparison between regular and temporary workers 影响残疾人就业期间工作条件的因素研究:正规工人与临时工的比较

The study data used for the analysis of this study were obtained from the raw data during the 1st survey of the 2nd wave of the 2019 Panel Survey on the Employment of Persons with Disabilities conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities. The results showed that, for regular workers, when there was a fixed term of employment contract, it was more likely that the job was retained for 12 months or longer. For the day laborers, workers without a fixed-term employment contract were more likely to retain their jobs for 12 months longer. This suggests that owing to the types of jobs that did not consider disabilities, people with disabilities were facing difficulties in terms of the options available in their job choices and their self-decisions. Therefore, the state would have to develop more job types and skills for these individuals to expand their career options. The growth in the employment of people with disabilities by small businesses that hire day laborers will depend on the diversification of the employment subsidy, which is again dependent on the size of the businesses.

Horizontal Behavior Characteristics of Umbrella-Type Micropile Applied in Soft Clay Ground subjected to Seismic Motion 地震作用下软土地基伞型微桩水平行为特征

Micropile is used to improve the stability of existing structures as well as solve various geotechnical problems, such as suppressing slope activity and shearing keys of retaining walls. The existing micropile method has a significantly less capacity to resist a horizontal force than a vertical force0355 Therefore, it is necessary to develop and study an umbrella-type micropile method with excellent seismic performance that can secure seismic performance economically while minimizing structures and ground disturbance areas in the limited space of existing structures. In this study, numerical analysis was performed on the umbrella-type micropile, in which the sloped pile and vertical pile were combined, and the horizontal behavior in soft clay ground during earthquakes was analyzed. Numerical analysis showed that umbrella-type micropile suppresses horizontal displacement in soft ground, and the effect of reducing the horizontal displacement was more pronounced when the embedded depth of the slope pile was 15 m or more. The embedded depth of the micropile and horizontal displacement suppression effect was proportional. Therefore, the umbrella-type micropile has an excellent effect of suppressing horizontal displacement during earthquakes on soft clay ground. 요 약 본 논문은 한국산학기술학회 논문지 최종용 투고요령입니다. 마이크로파일은 기존 구조물의 안정성을 향상시키 기 위해 사용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 사면활동 억제, 옹벽의 전단키 등 다양한 지반 공학적 문제를 해결하기 위해 사용되 고 있다. 기존 마이크로파일 공법은 연직력에 대해서는 PHC파일이나 강관파일에 비교하여 어느 정도 지지력을 확보하 지만 상대적으로 작은 파일 직경으로 인해 수평력에 대해서는 연직력에 비해 현저히 낮은 지지력 양상을 보이고 있다. 이에 내진성능 향상에 우수한 우산형 마이크로파일 공법을 개발하여 기존시설물 내 국한된 협소한 장소에서 시설물의 및 지반 교란영역을 최소화하면서 경제적으로 내진성능을 확보할 수 있도록 연구해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 마이크 로파일의 수평지지력이 약한 단점을 보완하기 위해 사항과 연직말뚝을 일체형으로 제작한 우산형 마이크로파일에 대해 수치해석을 수행하여 연약점토 지반에서의 지진시 수평거동을 분석하였다. 수치해석 결과, 연약점토지반에서 우산형 마 이크로파일은 수평변위 억제효과가 있었으며, 경사말뚝의 근입심도가 15m이상일 경우에 수평변위 저감 효과가 뚜렷했 다. 마이크로파일의 근입심도와 수평변위 억제효과가 비례하였다. 이에 우산형 마이크로파일이 연약점토 지반에서 지진 시 수평변위 억제효과가 우수한 것으로 판단된다.

Evaluation of Mechanical Test Characteristics of Fillet Welding 角焊力学试验特性评价

FCAW is used mainly in the welding of carbon steel and alloy steel because it can be welded in all positions and can obtain excellent quality at sites with variable working conditions. Recently, many studies in Korea have estimated the fatigue strength, residual stress, and deformation, and to develop a fillet welding process. On the other hand, there have been few studies of the mechanical properties based on the strength, macro and magnetic particle test results for fillet welding. This study shows the following results through fillet welding, macro testing and strength testing using SM490A (solid-structure rolled steel) for thick plates using SS400 (rolled steel) for the upper plate and FCAW. The hardness test, macro test and magnetic particle test were then conducted. The hardness tests showed that all result values were smaller than the KS B 0893 standard values of 350Hv. The macro-test showed that each type of welded part was in a normal organic state and that there were no internal errors, bubbles, or impurities on the front of the welded part. Therefore, there were no concerns about lamination. The magnetic particle examination showed no problems.

Development of a CNN-based Cross Point Detection Algorithm for an Air Duct Cleaning Robot 基于cnn的风道清扫机器人交叉点检测算法研究

Air ducts installed for ventilation inside buildings accumulate contaminants during their service life. Robots are installed to clean the air duct at low cost, but they are still not fully automated and depend on manpower. In this study, an intersection detection algorithm for autonomous driving was applied to an air duct cleaning robot. Autonomous driving of the robot was achieved by calculating the distance and angle between the extracted point and the center point through the intersection detection algorithm from the camera image mounted on the robot. The training data consisted of CAD images of the duct interior as well as the cross-point coordinates and angles between the two boundary lines. The deep learning-based CNN model was applied as a detection algorithm. For training, the cross-point coordinates were obtained from CAD images. The accuracy was determined based on the differences in the actual and predicted areas and distances. A cleaning robot prototype was designed, consisting of a frame, a Raspberry Pi computer, a control unit and a drive unit. The algorithm was validated by video imagery of the robot in operation. The algorithm can be applied to vehicles operating in similar environments.
