Traffic Forecasting of Core Network Based on Improved Logistic Regression 基于改进逻辑回归的核心网流量预测

Traffic forecasting of core network plays an important role in network planning, traffic management, etc. Therefore, a predictive model that can accurately predict core network traffic is needed. This article proposes a new traffic forecasting method of core network based on logistic regression (LR). In order to get an accurate logistic model, new LR parameter estimation algorithm is proposed. First, the unknown parameters of LR are replaced by the minimum variance unbiased estimator to ensure the accuracy. In order to reduce the computational complexity, a statistical model of LR is introduced. Then, the unknown parameters of the LR are estimated based on the Cramer-Rao lower bound, and then the LR is further obtained based on the proposed estimator. Finally, the accuracy of the model is verified through experiments based on traffic data of core network. Experimental result shows that the improved logistic model proposed in this paper is more accurate than other methods.

The Text-Dependent Chinese Speaker Recognition System Based on the Universal Individual Identification 基于通用个人识别的基于文本的汉语说话人识别系统

In the past few decades, with the increase and popularization of smart devices, the security problem of device certification has been derived. Biometric authentication is becoming more and more popular, and contactless speaker recognition is one of its elegant forms. For the research of speaker recognition, most researchers are training based on a large amount of data. But in real life, for the use of a product, it is difficult to obtain a large amount of user data in a short time, so the setting of this user data is very important. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to find the universal individual utterances in the Chinese system. We created a dataset of 30 speakers about the Chinese Pinyin table in the paper. The focus of this research is the use of initials and finals in Chinese Pinyin. According to the experimental results, the use of certain initials and finals in Chinese Pinyin helps to effectively determine the identity of the speaker. In the paper, we successfully found Chinese disyllable and trisyllable characters that can effectively identify the speaker. These Chinese characters can be used to develop text for any speaker-based authentication system.

A Cloud-Edge Collaboration Framework for Power Internet of Things Based on 5G networks 基于5G网络的电力物联网云边缘协作框架

In order to make full use of the advantages of 5G networks and meet the requirement of communication performance by the massive growth of devices in the area of power Internet of things, it is necessary to study the collaborative working mechanism of edge computing and cloud computing and give solutions. Based on the communication characteristics of 5G networks, this paper constructs a cloud-edge collaboration framework for Power Internet of Things, and comprehensively judges the information communication process according to communication bandwidth, communication delay and reliability of information, for example selecting large bandwidth or low delay or both of them, processing at the edge or in the cloud, so as to reduce the cost of data storage, communication and processing, promote the utilization rate of 5G networks communication resources to achieve customization and maximum utilization. In this paper, through the combination of cloud modeling analysis and edge real-time decision-making, the five-tuple of task processing type and four-tuple of communication information type are defined, and the cloud edge collaborative communication method of two-level cooperation between edge and sensor equipment and between edge and cloud communication is proposed to achieve high-quality, high-performance, real-time communication for improving the efficiency of power terminals.

Dual-Band and Dual-Circularly Polarized Shared-Aperture Antenna Based on UAV Communication 基于无人机通信的双频双圆极化共孔径天线

A dual-band dual-circularly polarized shared-aperture antenna based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication is proposed in this paper. The design adopts a laminated structure, the upper layer is a microstrip ring antenna, and the lower layer is a circular patch antenna, so that the size of the antenna can be reduced. Through such a design method, it can be ensured that the performance of antenna with different frequencies basically does not affect each other, and the aperture of the antenna is relatively compact, forming a miniaturized dual-band shared-aperture antenna. A prototype is fabricated and measured to verify the effectiveness. Simulation and measurement results show that the antenna has good impedance matching and circular polarization characteristics, in which the impedance bandwidth of the microstrip ring antenna is 8.4% (1400–1520 MHz), the 3 dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth is 0.7% (1430–1440 MHz), the impedance bandwidth of the circular patch antenna is 4.9% (2390–2510 MHz), and the 3dB AR bandwidth is 1.2% (24102440 MHz). The working bandwidth covers the two commonly used working frequency bands of UAV. The antenna has simple structure and independent performance, which is beneficial to realize miniaturization, multi-function and high integration of shared-aperture antenna, and has potential application prospect in UAV communication system.

An Extended Computer Aided Diagnosis System for Robust BCI Applications 一种鲁棒脑机接口应用的扩展计算机辅助诊断系统

Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal processing is the pivotal procedure to decipher meaningful information from the lowkey signals to drive practical applications. This paper investigates an EEG signal processing model, which utilizes three EEG electrode combinations, six feature extraction methods, and seven classification algorithms together with an improved empirical Fourier decomposition (IEFD) for motor imagery (MI) EEG signal analysis. The feasibility of IEFD is further validated on a large GigaDB dataset with 52 participants along with the BCI competition III datasets IVa and IVb. Results reveal that IEFD mechanism yields robust classification outcomes when coupled with 18 electrodes combination, welch PSD features, and multilayer perceptron classifier, and the best classification accuracy of 99.52%, 99.35%, 98.89%, 99.52%, 100%, and 93.19% is achieved for dataset IVa and IVb subjects, respectively. Moreover, the GigaDB dataset yields an average classification accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and fl-score of 83.84%, 83.71%, 83.98%, and 83.80% accordingly. Results compared with previous studies conclude that the proposed model improves the average classification accuracy by 16.6%. Such promising findings conclude that the proposed IEFD method is robust and adaptive for MI EEG signals classification, independent of subject-to-subject variance for multiple datasets.

Dragonfly-of-Torus: A Reconfigurable Network Topology for High-Performance Computing 环形蜻蜓:用于高性能计算的可重构网络拓扑

We propose a reconfigurable network topology, Dragonfly-of-Torus, for High-Performance Computing (HPC), which embodies the good characteristics of both Dragonfly and Torus topology to accommodate various communication demands. Numerical analysis validates Dragonfly-of-Torus outperforms Mesh, Dragonfly, and Torus in terms of latency (at least 24.4%), throughput (at least 15.28%), and the average path length (at least 17.43%).

High-speed Railway Ballastless Track Slab Monitoring based on Optical Fiber Accelerometer 基于光纤加速度计的高速铁路无砟轨道板监测

A real-time monitoring for ballastless track slab damage based on optical fiber accelerometers is proposed. The field test on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in China shows that this method can effectively identify the damaged track slabs.

Optimized Radial Basis Function Network Based on Beetle Antenna Search for Indoor Localization Algorithm 基于甲虫天线搜索的优化径向基函数网络室内定位算法

In order to improve the accuracy and robustness of Bluetooth indoor localization, an improved fusion hybrid filter and radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) indoor localization method is proposed, which effectively improves the accuracy of received signal strength (RSS) by combining various filtering algorithms, and introduces a radial basis neural network in machine learning algorithm to map the nonlinear relationship between RSS and anchor node to signal receiver localization. RBFNN is optimized using the algorithm of beetle antenna search to further improve the stability of localization. An experimental platform based on NRF52810 and a smart phone is built to verify the proposed method. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the average positioning error of the proposed method is 0. 63m, the confidence probability of less than lm is 75%, and the confidence probability of less than 2m is 96%. It can effectively reduce the positioning error and improve the positioning accuracy, and is easy deploy, which has high application value.

A Novel Embedding Model for Knowledge Graph Completion Based on Quaternion 基于四元数的知识图补全嵌入模型

In recent years, knowledge graph completion methods have been extensively studied, in which QuatE learned embeddings of entities and relations in quaternion space and achieved state-of-the-art results. However, QuatE has two main problems: 1) simple modeling operation leads to weak interaction between entities and relations and inflexible representation. 2) complex relations are not to be considered. In this paper, we propose a novel model, en-QuatE, with a dynamic mapping strategy to explicitly capture a variety of relational patterns, enhancing the feature interaction capability between elements of the triplet. The mapping strategy dynamically, associated with the relation, used to learn adaptive the entity embedding vectors in the quaternion space via Hamilton product. Experiment results show en-QuatE achieves significant performance on WNISRR. In particular, the MR (Mean Rank) evaluation has relatively increased by 15% on WNISRR.

Physical Layer Encryption Scheme based on Reservoir DNA and Index Scrambling in the CO-OFDM system CO-OFDM系统中基于储层DNA和索引置乱的物理层加密方案

In this paper, a physical layer encryption scheme is proposed in coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system based on reservoir DNA and index scrambling using key sequences generated by higher-dimensional hyper-chaos. Simulations of the proposed scheme are conducted in a 16QAM CO-OFDM system via 50 km standard single mode fiber transmission at the symbol rate of 40 Gsps. Results and analyses show that the scheme can enhance the security of system with a key space of $sim 10^{225}$, which guarantees encryption performance within a negligible penalty.
