DeeplabV3+ Image Processing Based Steel Components Corrosion Analysis of Power Transformation Line Towers 基于DeeplabV3+图像处理的变电线路塔钢构件腐蚀分析

As the essential infrastructure for the power industry, the safety and reliability of the transmission system are directly related to the safe operation of the power grid. However, the corrosion failure of transmission and transformation equipment has increasingly become a bottleneck that restricts the safe operation of power grids. If effective anti-corrosion measures are not taken in a timely manner, transmission and transformation equipment served in various complicated atmospheric environments will suffer serious corrosion damage in a relatively short period of time, which will endanger the safe utilization of transmission and transformation equipment together with the safety of grid operation. Therefore, this paper establishes a standard corrosion spectrum grading software based on image recognition technology, which is based on the DeeplabV3+ algorithm for image segmentation. Experiments have proven that the software can identify the parts that are corroding and will corrode using mobile devices so that the corrosion status of transmission and transformation equipment can be analyzed and evaluated. The utilization of the software can dramatically reduce the safety accidents and economic losses caused by neglecting corrosion, which is of great significance to the safe operation of the power grid.

Adaptability Evaluation of Power Grid Planning Scheme Based on Improved AHP-CRITIC-TOPSIS with High Proportion of Renewable Energy 基于改进ahp - critical - topsis的高比例可再生能源电网规划方案适应性评价

A high proportion of renewable energy is the basic feature of the novel power system, which leads to the problems of power grid planning, such as increased fluctuations in trends and growing numbers of planning objectives. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the adaptability of planning schemes to establish a foundation for the economic, reliable, and safe operation of the novel power system. In view of this, this paper proposes an evaluation framework of the adaptability of power grid planning schemes with high proportion of renewable energy. Firstly, the impact of high proportion of renewable energy on power grid planning is analyzed, and an adaptability evaluation index system for power grid planning schemes is established based on five dimensions: economic adaptability, energy structure adaptability, grid structure adaptability, reliability adaptability, and environmental adaptability. Secondly, an improved AHP-CRITIC method, combined with the TOPSIS method, is proposed for power grid adaptability evaluation. This innovative approach effectively combines objective index data with subjective decision-making, enhancing the overall evaluation process for the adaptability of practical power grid planning. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method is validated through the analysis of 14th Five-Year Plan for Power Grid Planning in three regions of a province, the adaptability evaluation shows that reliability adaptability and grid structure adaptability have greater influence on power grid planning adaptability, but the impact of environmental adaptability is the smallest.

An AC/DC Dedicated Collection Network-Based Grid Integration Method of Autonomous PV Inverters to County Distribution Networks 基于交直流专用集电网络的自主光伏逆变器与县域配电网并网方法

The construction of future power system with new energy as the mainstay is the core issue of the modernization of the national energy strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutral". The connection of high percentage of clean energy, represented by photovoltaic, to the county distribution network will bring disruptive changes to the traditional distribution network, and bring a series of serious challenges to the carrying capacity, grid-connected capacity and operation control capacity of the distribution network. In this paper, an AC/DC dedicated collection network-based grid integration method of autonomous PV inverters to county distribution networks is proposed for better grid adaptability. The proposed method is based on AC/DC collection technology and its performance is evaluated by a comparative study with the traditional PV grid-connected method. In the simulation experiments, under the same control conditions and topology, the THD of the proposed method is less than 2% which is greatly lower than the THD of the existing method, and the response speed and stability are faster. The study results show that the proposed method has better power quality, improved dynamic performance, and enhanced dc-bus voltage stability.

Discussion on the Construction of Power System Operator Platform for the Lancang Mekong Region 澜沧江-湄公河地区电力系统运营平台建设探讨

With the deepening of cooperation and exchanges between countries along the Lancang Mekong Region, establishing a green, reliable, and safe regional power system operator platform based on power cooperation will help promote the acceleration of renewable energy construction in South and Southeast Asian countries. Based on the current situation of electric power development in various countries along the Lancang-Mekong River, and drawing on the construction experience of domestic and foreign power system platforms, this paper studies and designs the framework of the Lancang-Mekong River regional power system operator platform, and expounds the role and value of each functional module in detail. It is hoped that this article will provide valuable reference for regional cross-border power cooperation.

Real-Time Cooperative Control Algorithm for Regional Power Grid Based on Long and Short-Term Memory Networks 基于长短期记忆网络的区域电网实时协同控制算法

With the increasing proportion of new energy resources connected, the power fluctuation of the regional power grid presents higher stochasticity property, and the real-time power balance faces greater challenges. To address this problem, a cooperative control model is constructed for real-time power balance in the regional grid with the high participation of multiple frequency regulation resources. In order to quickly generate the high- quality of cooperative control strategies, a long and short-term memory network (LSTM) is proposed to learn knowledge of the historical cooperative control strategies. Meanwhile, an infeasible solution correction method based on the ideal point method is proposed to modify the infeasible solution created by the network into a high-quality feasible solution. Finally, based on the extension model of the IEEE standard two-area frequency control model, the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method are verified by comparing various cooperative control optimization algorithms.

Dynamic Impedance Control of Low Voltage Ride through of Doubly-Fed Induction Generator 双馈感应发电机低压穿越的动态阻抗控制

Aiming at the low-voltage ride-through problem of double-fed induction generator (DFIG), a DFIG dynamic impedance control method based on the principle of demagnetization is proposed. This method uses the fuzzy controller to realize the real-time control of impedance, and dynamically adjusts the impedance value of the virtual impedance through the judgment of the rotor current and voltage, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the current and voltage on the rotor side, reducing the system oscillation time, ensuring that the DFIG system is not delisted from the power grid, and protecting the purpose of the DFIG system. This method does not need to rely on the system model, which enhances the adaptability and robustness of the system. This paper describes the hazard of power grid voltage dip, theoretically analyzes the characteristics of DFIG, gives the implementation method of dynamic impedance, and finally realizes the feasibility of the method.

Harmonic Compensation Control Method of Grid Simulator Based on Generalized Second-Order Differential 基于广义二阶微分的网格模拟器谐波补偿控制方法

The LC-type grid-connected inverter is susceptible to the effects of grid harmonics., and the grid simulator can be used to simulate the occurrence of the background harmonics of the grid to ensure that the harmonic components of the inverter when it is connected to the grid meet the corresponding requirements. Due to the complexity of the harmonic compensation control strategy of the grid simulator, the simulation accuracy for specific harmonics is not exact and the stability is poor. To solve this problem, a generalized second- order differentiator is constructed and used for harmonic compensation in the paper. The controller can realize the phase-frequency characteristics of lead compensation for a specific frequency range based on the differential action, and eliminate the inherent noise interference at high frequency for the differential. By connecting the harmonic compensation control loop based on the generalized second-order differentiator in parallel with the double closed-loop PI control, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the compensator for a specific frequency range can be freely adjusted by optimizing the parameters of the generalized second-order differentiator, and the accurate simulation of fundamental waves as well as specific sub-harmonics can be realized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.

Self-decomposition Method for Power Generators’ Medium- and Long-term Contract Based on Conditional Robust Profit 基于条件稳健利润的发电企业中长期合同自分解方法

Under the requirement of time linkage between contract trading and market trading, power generators’ medium- and long-term contracted electricity must be decomposed to a short time scale. To address this problem, a self-decomposition model for a generator’s medium- and long-term contracted energy based on conditional robust profit is proposed, taking into consideration the uncertainty of spot market prices. This model aims to maximize the generator’s conditional robust profit in the spot market, and the generator’s operation and contract decomposition constraints are considered. In addition, an auxiliary variable is employed to transform the model into a tractable formulation. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by numerical examples. It is shown that the proposed model can accommodate the risk preferences of the generator, which means sound strategies can be formulated according to the different levels of risk aversion.

The Study on Adaptive Switching Frequency Modulation for Integrated Power Converter System with Fuel Cell 燃料电池集成电源变换器系统的自适应开关调频研究

The goal of this paper is to eliminate grid harmonic pollution and the more serious impact damage to the power devices of the fuel cell integrated converter system caused by the converter system's switching frequency uncertainty in the fuel cell microgrid integrated power supply system. We compare and analyze the control laws of traditional current-tracking converter control algorithms in this paper, revealing their benefits and drawbacks, and proposing a switching frequency control strategy for rectifier circuit optimization. The scheme combines the advantages of hysteresis loop control and the fixed switching frequency algorithm, and it reduces the difficulty of designing the filtering circuit. Furthermore, it improves the system's dynamic response and robustness while decreasing switching losses. After simulation analysis, the correctness and feasibility of this strategy are confirmed, and a test prototype of 10.0kW is built using a DSP TMS320F2812 processor.

A Distributed Adjustable Resource Clustering Method Based on Covariance Proxy 基于协方差代理的分布式可调资源聚类方法

This paper involves a method based on covariance agent to cluster distributed adjustable resources, including photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage and other potentially adjustable resources, including the following specific steps: collecting DAR data and external characteristic data such as solar radiation intensity, wind speed, ambient temperature and humidity; Analyze the correlation between the external features and the DAR set, select the external features with the highest correlation as the correlation coefficient, replace the correlation coefficient with the covariance and multiply the variance of the DAR distribution; With the goal of minimizing the maximum variance of all DAR clusters, the clustering model and characterization parameters are determined to form a faster and more reliable clustering method; Compared with the variance of brute force calculation, the reliability and timeliness of multi-resource clustering are verified by Python simulation. This method does not need to enumerate and calculate all DAR combinations, and has the advantages of simplicity and accuracy, and is more guaranteed than brute force calculation.
