建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定胶基型嚼烟中7种人工合成甜味剂(安赛蜜、甜蜜素、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、三氯蔗糖和甜菊糖苷)和6种天然甜味剂(赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇和异麦芽酮糖醇)的方法。将胶基型嚼烟溶解在正己烷中,用水提取,再经正己烷快速净化后,人工合成甜味剂在反相柱上以甲醇-水为流动相进行分离,天然甜味剂在专用糖柱上以乙腈-水溶液为流动相进行分离,采用电喷雾离子源以负离子串联质谱多反应监测模式进行检测。结果表明:①13种甜味剂标准曲线的线性关系良好(R2>0.994),检出限在6.8×10-6~0.30 μg/kg之间;定量限在2.3×10-5~1.0 μg/kg;各甜味剂的线性范围在0.001~1.0 μg/mL之间。②高、中、低3个加标浓度样品回收率范围为80.2%~97.6%。③方法的日间精密度和日内精密度均小于10%(n=6)。该方法可用于新型胶基型嚼烟中甜味剂的快速定性定量分析。
