Nowadays mathematical tools elaboration for regional resort and spa social and economic system development is up-to-date. Economic units which serve tourist needs are complex objects for modeling, they are involved to regional multiple specific interrelated tourism sphere industrial processes and coherent with ecology and society. In the article it was suggested Crimea region tourism sustainable development modeling with peculiar factors and indicators applying based on models of R. Casagrandi and S. Rinaldi [1], M. Begeulova [2], A. Kazak [3], Ye. Lukyanova [4], D. Khazova [5].

Adaptive noise reduction phonocardiograms based on wavelet transformation 基于小波变换的自适应降噪心音图

The problem of adaptive reduction of noise of phonocardiograms (PCG) The problem of adaptive reduction of noise of phonocardiograms (PCG) based on wavelet transformation is considered in the article. Adaptive noise reduction is realized on the basis of the wavelet decomposition of the PCG using the Daubechies 4 wavelet function. The Daubechy 4 wavelet function is identical to the PCG patterns and well approximates the nonlinear local regions of the PCG. The proposed approach allows us to treat the PCG from physiological noise by high adaptively. The concept of decomposition is presented in the form of a set of filters that allow in automatic mode to remove noise by thinning twice at each stage of decomposition. On the basis of the obtained modeling results, the patterns of PCG, namely, mitral, pulmonary components of the PCG were identified.

Investigation of the Internet-community readiness for innovative activity 互联网社区创新活动准备情况调查

This article considers the results of a survey of the Internet space in order to identify interest and ideas about innovative activities and readiness for it. Understanding of the essence of innovation activity by respondents, its effectiveness, participation in innovation competitions, awareness of leading innovative programs, participation in the registration of intellectual property and other aspects are considered in the article. The results of the survey reveal the preservation of diversity of points of view with the prevalence of a significant change in interest and innovation activity.

Visual analytics is an actively developing multidisciplinary research area which can be successfully used in the field of information security management. The visual analytics techniques are used to monitor information security level of the information system and form situation awareness of the security officer. However, there are still some open issues in visual analytics tasks to be considered. This paper presents main challenges existing in this area and proposes possible solutions of these challenges.

Virtual simulation method is developed in the work. It based on virtual 3D-models of the structures of on-board electronic means designs with superimposed heterogeneous fields of electrical, thermal, mechanical and other processes caused by united impacts of external factors. A distinctive feature of this method is the account of the close relationship of the flowing physical processes between themselves during the simulation.

Development of a channel for recording phonocardiograms in electronic stethoscopes 电子听诊器中记录心音图通道的研制

The article deals with the problem of developing a channel for recording phonocardiograms in electronic stethoscopes. The development of a channel for recording phonocardiograms for the further development of electronic stethoscopes is an actual task in the field of biomedical engineering for today. When registering phonocardiograms with an acoustic microphone (sensor) located on the patient's torso, the impact of environmental noise is unavoidable. To eliminate this interference, it is proposed to use a sequential filtering of interference, based on the model of an additive mixture of phonocardiograms and interference. Sequential filtering is implemented on the basis of active band pass filters for later increasing the accuracy and identification of phonocardiogram patterns. Unlike common band pass filters, this sequential filtering algorithm allows you to strengthen low-frequency sound waves of the heart and improve the accuracy of identifying the components of phonocardiograms. In order to demonstrate the work of the proposed approach, the article proposes the results of modeling in the environment of Proteus. The results of the study show the limitations of all methods of processing phonocardiograms used in electronic stethoscopes.

Management of development of teachers' continuing education in the SVE system on the basis of process approach 基于过程法的SVE系统中教师继续教育发展管理

The purpose of the paper is to examine the task of management of continuing education for the teachers in the system of secondary vocational education. The authors consider the peculiarities of teachers' continuing education development and present a unique model based on the process approach and the design of training in the form of a project which includes formal, non-formal, and informal learning. The paper demonstrates the role of internal and external recognition of learning outcomes for development of the continuing education system. The paper deals with the issues of initiation of the teachers' continuing education process. With a view to support and disseminate this process, a technique for the proactive development of vocational education organizations' project teams and an algorithm of its implementation have been developed. The algorithm is completed with guidelines for the implementation of each step of the presented technique. The paper presents the results of testing the model as well as the expert opinion regarding the impact of its implementation.

Investigation of internet influence on users social needs 网络对用户社会需求影响的调查

In this paper we consider some results of a survey of today's Internet users of different ages and fields of activity, living in cities and settlements of different sizes, to identify their assessment of social needs' dynamic under Internet's influence. The effect of Internet on the feel of danger and risk, power and sense of domination over other people, belonging to a certain group, popularity and acknowledgment and education are considered. The results of the survey reveal the preservation of a variety of points of view with prevalence of significant change of social needs of the users caused by Internet influence.
