The problem of adaptive reduction of noise of phonocardiograms (PCG) The problem of adaptive reduction of noise of phonocardiograms (PCG) based on wavelet transformation is considered in the article. Adaptive noise reduction is realized on the basis of the wavelet decomposition of the PCG using the Daubechies 4 wavelet function. The Daubechy 4 wavelet function is identical to the PCG patterns and well approximates the nonlinear local regions of the PCG. The proposed approach allows us to treat the PCG from physiological noise by high adaptively. The concept of decomposition is presented in the form of a set of filters that allow in automatic mode to remove noise by thinning twice at each stage of decomposition. On the basis of the obtained modeling results, the patterns of PCG, namely, mitral, pulmonary components of the PCG were identified.

The analysis of transport indicators of the region is carried out. The structure of the model is given. An algorithm of iterative parameters is described. General conclusions and suggestions are made. They make it possible to outline the prospects of the innovative growth by the relevant directions (power and transport complexes, social sphere, tourism and recreation, agriculture). In order to forecast the level of the regional innovative development under the conditions of lacking the statistic data and to validate the key directions for the economic politics in the innovative sphere as well as to find the quantity parameters which changing allows achieving the outlined results, the economic and mathematical simulation was made.

This article discusses the assessment of the impact of the modern risk-based standards for ensuring the safety and security of Complex Industrial Facilities (CIF) of various industries. The focus pointed on the implementation the management systems based on PDCA cycle of safety process for CIF of fuel and energy complexes, including IT-Security. Furthermore, it is shown that the relevant applicability of modern risk-oriented standards to ensure the safety of CIF in quite different spheres of activity. This can be, for example, the application of ISO 15189:2012 for medical devices manufacturers (ISO 14971:2011) and for food industry (ISO 22000). The practical examples of the formation of a unified system of safety assessment for CIF based on the contemporary ISO standard.

In this paper the notion of vending and the main tasks of a modern vending company are disclosed, one of the main goals of which is to provide as many payment methods as possible. Vending machines are most often located in large companies, large offices, institutions, and enterprises. The aim of the vending company is to increase the speed of customer service. This paper describes own development — a device for cashless payment. The device allows employee to pay for purchases using electronic passes. This solution allows vending companies not to worry about problems with cash (banknotes and coins), encashment and change, increasing the number of customers served per unit of time, what, in its turn, increases the income of the organization. And for the ultimate buyer, this method of payment saves time greatly.

The process of managing the financial recover of the enterprise RosElectronics is considered as an economic category, characterized by recession and post-crisis development of Russian economy. It is assumed that progressive changes in the development of electronic enterprises are determined by rates of creation and development of their strong growth and upgrade. Improvement of methodology and tools of financial recovery of electronic enterprises promotes increase in effectiveness of using limited economic resources and efficiency of their activities that allows them to perform innovative activities and provide growth of the competitiveness. As a result, the solution of considering problem is the obligatory condition for the modernization of Russian economy in the post-crisis period of its development.

This article contains information about the ability to authenticate a user on the movements of the smartphone in his hand during user interaction with the screen. Currently, user authentication based on their individual characteristics is very popular. The article considers one of the methods of authentication based on behavioral biometrics. Using the proposed model of the application The possibility of recognizing the user on the movement of the hand with the smartphone was evaluated. An application model for continuous user authentication is proposed, which uses hand-waving as an authentication tool.
