: The informatization of cadre education refers to the informatization construction, application and management specially aimed at cadre education. From the perspective of management, this paper summarizes the basic connotation of informatization of cadre education through the analysis and definition of related concepts of informatization of cadre education. At the same time, through the analysis of big data, cloud computing framework, "internet plus" and other modern technologies, explores the role of modern technologies in promoting the informatization of cadre education. On this basis, the author tries to put forward relevant measures to promote the informatization of cadre education.

The main contents of the ethical norms of public administration are the supremacy of public welfare, harmful inaction, and careful use of power, social responsibility, equal competition and enhancement of trust. Contradiction is a philosophical category reflecting the unity of opposites within and between things, and is the core content of materialist dialectics. The main social contradiction is the one that occupies the core position and dominates the society. Administration itself is not the ultimate goal, it is a series of communication channels to convey people's needs and wishes, and to ensure that these needs and wishes can be reflected and considered through state control. Similarly, these channels also play the role of the government in conveying policies and implementing tasks to the people. Therefore, if these channels are to make positive and significant contributions to people-centered development, the role of administration must adapt to the social-cultural environment and tradition.

: The purpose of this paper is to explain the significance of the concept of sovereignty in politics. Before make discussion on the relations among sovereignty, political power, authority, and legitimacy, the framework will first consider the widely accepted definitions of sovereignty, sovereign, and states. It will then analyze the role of sovereignty in political theory by referring to the research circumstances of modern states and international relations nowadays. Finally, the following conclusions will be made that: (1) Conceptually, sovereignty is intimately associated with several fundamental political ideas such as power, authority, legitimacy and states. It even can be, to some extent, an extreme form of the complexity of them; (2) From a practical view, modern political society partly derives its security and stability from sovereignty, whether from the inside or outside.

: Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era with the long-term efforts of all the people of China, and China is getting closer and closer to the center of the world, making great contributions to the development of all mankind. China is transforming itself from a regional power to a global power, and the global economic recovery is synchronized with China's prosperity and development. Against the backdrop of the new "one superpower, many strong" scenario, China is strengthening its unique characteristics and international influence. At the same time, China's relationship with the international community is changing, with a growing world power of 1.4 billion people. What role it will play in international affairs, and what impact it will have are questions that require deeper reflection for China's development and diplomacy. Chinese scholars have conducted a lot of research on this issue and achieved milestones, but most of the studies have not addressed the issues of values, sovereignty, and interests. : Improving China's national image in Africa through aid to Africa is one of the important components of China's soft power in Africa. Based on Chinese aid data from 2000-2014, this paper conducts an empirical analysis, and the findings show that China's aid to Africa can significantly improve China's national image in Africa, but there are some differences in the impact of different types of aid, among which ODA is more helpful to improve China's national image than OOF. Additionally, there is (statistical heterogeneity or heterogeneity?) in the impact of bilateral relations between China and recipient countries on China's national image in Africa. In recipient countries with better bilateral relations with China, Chinese aid can more significantly improve the local people's positive evaluation of China. This paper has both practical and theoretical implications for improving China's national image in Africa.

: The United States claims itself as the "beacon" of democracy, but the chaos behind it shows that this "beacon" is actually a lie. The strange political term "Gerrymander" deeply exposes the hypocrisy of American democracy and also its chronic disease. In recent years, a popular American TV series House of Cards also depicts the American politics under the power game and reveals the hypocritical nature hidden behind the antagonistic American democracy — in the process of election and voting, public opinion was ignored, manipulated and controlled arbitrarily, and completely reduced to the "game of power" of politicians. In essence, "American democracy" is the opposite of democracy. This paper will introduce the phenomenon of "Gerrymander", analyzing the hypocrisy of American democratic politics from the confrontational American democracy and the whip of Republicans or Democratic embodied in the American TV series House of Cards .

: Public diplomacy has always been considered as an important complement to official diplomacy, and its connotation has been expanding since its concept was first put forward in the 1960s. It is one of the crucial tools for shaping the national image and enhancing its soft power. With the deepening of globalization and the development of information technology, a new form of public diplomacy called “digital public diplomacy” has emerged and attracted the attention of various countries. Although digital public diplomacy in China has not been developed for a long time, its role is becoming increasingly prominent. The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, as a major international sporting event to be held in China, carries a unique mission, especially in the area of public diplomacy. This article mainly presents an in-depth analysis of the event from three aspects: subject coordination, audience research and communication. Through digital public diplomacy, the Beijing Winter Olympic Games not only strives to shape a reliable, admirable and respectable image of China and makes efforts to tell China’s stories, but also provides an important case study for the development of China’s digital public diplomacy.

: Since the 1990s, the South African government has continuously promoted Ubuntu's political ideas, and Ubuntu has gradually exerted a wide influence in sub - Saharan Africa and even the world. This paper intends to study the political and ideological compatibility between Ubuntu and China's hotly discussed "common prosperity" in recent years, which is the basic principle of government governance and foreign policy in major African countries. Understanding Ubuntu Thought is of great significance for China to carry out diplomacy, economy and trade, and mutual learning of civilizations with African countries. At present, China is accelerating the development of China-Africa relations and promoting the construction of a "China-Africa community with a shared future." However, so far, China's domestic academic circles have lacked specialized research on Ubuntu Thought, which has a core political and ideological status in many African countries.
