The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a major impact on the economic sector. Many business actors (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are experiencing a decrease in turnover and income, as well as an increase in debt. Some of the business constraints faced by business actors today include marketing, debt payments, payment of employee wages, rental payments, and raw material costs. The biggest obstacle lies in the marketing or sales of products with a percentage of 48.60%. This condition is also felt by Selekta Galaktika Musik which is a business actor engaged in the sale of special musical instruments for guitars, which is located at Jl. Janti 37A Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta. The guitar products marketed come from local craftsmen in the village area of ??Bregan, Baki, Sukoharjo, Central Java. The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred to date and the entry of imported products through the marketplace platform has had a major impact on guitar marketing. Imported guitar products with low prices and good quality have been proven to attract people's enthusiasm, so that local guitar products such as those marketed by Selekta Galaktika Musik are difficult to compete. Marketing efforts using social media have also been carried out, but have no significant impact on guitar product sales. Therefore, other efforts are needed to support digital marketing that has been carried out, namely by utilizing e-commerce in the form of a website. The volume of waste or residual materials arising from human fulfillment increases annually in line with the growth of the human population. The potential of household units to manage organic waste has the potential to minimize food waste and other forms of organic waste. Utilizing organic waste as a raw material for composting is an option for handling organic waste from households. This community service project aims to demonstrate to the community how to make liquid organic fertilizer and raise public awareness of the advantages of managing household waste. Training combined with direct demonstrations via interactive learning covering household waste sorting and composting techniques was performed. This event was attended by 25 community household representatives from Panjunan Village, Sukodono, Sidoarjo. Kadudampit Village is a village that needs attention, especially in improving human resources both from the educational, economic and social aspects. This is due to the low level of human resources in the village. The method of community service through student work lecture activities, namely community education and training is carried out in cyclical stages through seven stages: the preparation stage, the assessment stage, the alternative planning stage for activities, the action plan formulation stage, the activity implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage. The results of community service activities consist of increasing public awareness of the importance of digitalization in early childhood education as seen from the increased attention of parents to improve children's education in Kadudampit Village through the synergy of teachers, parents and the community. The realization of a society that is aware of the law on sexual harassment and the community understands and understands the sanctions for violations caused by sexual harassment and what forms of sexual harassment are. Increased marketing of oyster mushrooms by way of counseling on how to package and market production as well as to provide understanding in the management of agricultural products in Kadudampit Village so that they can be used properly and improve the welfare of the community in the economic field. Islamic boarding schools are alternative education places for rural communities that contribute greatly to the development of human resources. However, graduates from the Raudlatul Mubtadi-in Islamic Boarding School, in Pancakarya Village, Ajung District have not been able to be independent. Therefore, entrepreneurship development training activities are needed for students. One of them is haircut entrepreneurship training. In this hut there are already some students who can cut their hair with talent. However, they still use makeshift tools, have not been able to cut with modern tools (clipers), and have not mastered various styles of cutting hair. Using a participatory approach, training and mentoring, in this PKM training and assistance in haircuts using modern haircuts is carried out, and enrichment of haircut models according to community needs, and entrepreneurial management training. This program can develop the potential of students in haircut skills, it can be used to increase the independence of students and pesantren. With these skills, students can at least transmit their skills to other students, and can open a hair cutting business. This training has succeeded in attracting the interest of the students and can be used as an alternative for developing the skills and independence of the students.

The knowledge and skills of women farmers in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency in terms of vegetable cultivation, as well as the use of agricultural facilities and infrastructure (saprodi) in general are still limited. The purpose of the economic empowerment activity for the poor is to increase the knowledge and skills of partner groups regarding vegetable cultivation, business management and the provision of production facilities and infrastructure to increase production and income. The main obstacle in increasing income is the limited working capital in carrying out vegetable cultivation in the yard. Overcoming these problems, three lecturers from Syiah University facilitated the Community Empowerment of Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District through Optimizing the Management of Yard Land. This activity will be carried out in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency from July to October 2021. The implementation of this activity includes training and procurement of production inputs. The targets and outcomes of this activity are to increase knowledge and skills in correct vegetable cultivation using environmentally friendly planting media, as well as business management training for women farmers to provide understanding and knowledge in running a business, measured and well planned. Another benefit is that the target audience gets facilities and infrastructure for vegetable cultivation. Besides the output of this research, it will produce publications through electronic media and scientific journal publications. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very crucial, because it is able to support the needs of family life and to strengthen the national economy. However, it is very unfortunate that after the passing of the Covid-19 pandemic, partner income has decreased quite significantly. Partner problems will try to be overcome through an approach with intensive counseling (mentoring) that is able to train partner soft skills and hard skills through science and technology transfers consisting of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training, food safety counseling, strengthening Business management, improving product packaging and providing supporting production facilities, partners have benefited in these activities. The team consisting of Field Assistant Lecturers (DPL) and students who carry out KKM have carried out this activity well, with the outputs that have been achieved are the publication of activities in the form of videos (youtube), publications in online mass media, improvement of partner production facilities, implementation of bimtek, for partners and scientific articles community service activities and the need for continuous partner assistance
