Recloser Placement Optimization In The PDP-03 Radial Network Distribution System Using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) 基于蚁群算法的PDP-03径向电网配电系统重合闸布局优化

The increasing demand for electricity demanded that the power distribution system has a good reliability. To improve the reliability of electric power systems, PT. PLN Area Semarang use Recloser on the electricity network. Nowadays, the determination of recloser position is very important in reliability of electrical power system. Reliability index used in distribution systems are SAIFI and SAIDI. The value of SAIFI and SAIDI can be calculated from the outage time and the failure rate occurred in one year. Reliability can be concluded better if SAIFI and SAIDI smaller. This research aims to determine the optimal placement of recloser location on the electrical network in feeder PDP 03 Pudak Payung substation. The method used for the recloser location placement is Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) using Matlab Software R2014a. From simulation result, it can be concluded that the reliability value before and after placement recloser changed. SAIFI and SAIDI before recloser placement is 1.0172 times/year and 2.5435 hours/year. Optimal placement location for 1 recloser is at a location 4 with a value of SAIFI and SAIDI is 0.3361 times/year and 1.0456 hours/year. While for 2 reclosers is at a location 2 and 7 with a value of SAIFI and SAIDI is 0.26755 times/year and 0.86069 hours/year.

The Role of Trust, Ease of Use and Security on Shopping Interests at Lazada 信任、易用性和安全性对Lazada购物兴趣的影响

Online shopping behavior has been widely observed by various studies. This led to continuous theory development. Online sellers have developed forms and are increasingly attracting online shopping enthusiasts. Various factors can cause the emergence of interest in shopping online. This study intends to observe the variables of trust, ease of use and security on shopping interest in the well-known marketplace, namely Lazada. This study took a sample of 100 people as Lazada users. With the regression technique it is known that trust is a variable that plays a significant role in shopping interest at Lazada. The same goes for ease of use and security.

Kepastian Hukum Perlindungan Merek Dagang Terkenal Dalam Persaingan Industri Consumer Goods (Study Kasus Gudang Garam VS Gudang Baru) 确保在竞争新产品行业中享有盛名的商标保护法例

Kepastian hukum terhadap sengketa merek dagang antara Gudang Garam dan Gudang Baru yang mempunyai persamaan pada pokoknya dengan merek Gudang Garam yang terkenal sebagai jenis barang di kelas 34 yaitu sigaret kretek. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepastian hukum atas kriteria merek terkenal dan persamaan pada pokoknya pada merek dagang terkenal dilihat dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, bagaimana upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh pemilik merek terkenal untuk memperoleh perlindungan hukum atas pelanggaran persamaan pada pokoknya, bagaimana kepastian hukum terhadap perlindungan merek dagang terkenal dalam sengketa merek Gudang Garam dan Gudang Baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan penelitian pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Jenis bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepastian hukum atas kriteria merek terkenal dan persamaan pada pokoknya secara substantif sudah diatur jelas pada penjelasan Pasal 21 Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 Tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis. Upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh pemilik merek terkenal untuk memperoleh perlindungan hukum adalah dengan mengajukan gugatan apabila ada yang melanggar hak eksklusif yang dimiliki. Dalam sengketa merek Gudang Garam dan Gudang Baru terdapat perbedaan pertimbangan hukum hakim, Putusan Kasasi No.162 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2014 dalam penegakannya tidak memberikan kepastian hukum karena Gudang Garam secara normatif telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai merek terkenal dan Gudang Baru terbukti memiliki itikad tidak baik dan persamaan pada pokonya dengan Gudang Garam. Dalam hal ini hakim masih harus memperhatikan yurisprudensi atau putusan hakim terdahulu untuk menjadi pedoman dalam menyelesaikan suatu perkara merek terkenal.

Analisis Dan Perancangan Jaringan Local Area Network Pada Lab Komputer di SMK Negeri 5 Kota Serang

Currently technology is developing rapidly and has begun to enter into all aspects of the field, one of which is the development of network technology in the field of education. However, not all of these network technology developments have been implemented in SMK Negeri 5 Serang City, so that problems arise in the laboratory environment about how to analyze and utilize network technology to assist the teaching and learning process in the laboratory room. Network technology that will be applied later can assist in sharing data or devices in one laboratory room. Therefore, the author provides a solution by analyzing the need to design a local area network using a star topology. For the design of the local area network, this is only a design of the shape of the room with the number of computers that have been connected to the network. Where the results obtained from this research are in the form of analysis and design of local area networks in the laboratory of SMK Negeri 5 Serang City which can later be implemented further so that they can be applied in assisting the teaching and learning process in the laboratory space of SMK Negeri 5 Serang City

Penentuan Jadwal Perawatan Pada Billet Reheating Furnace di PT X Dengan Metode RCM II 在PT X的Billet重新加热炉上的治疗时间表与RCM II的方法

PT.X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufacturing yaitu perusahaan peleburan baja. Bahan baku utama yang diolah dalam peleburan yang berbahan dasar besi-besi tua (scrap) dan beberapa bahan campuran tambahan lainnya. Proses peleburan dilakukan pada stell melting shop (SMS) menggunakan alat EAF (Electrical Arc Furnace) yang menghasilkan bahan setengah jadi yaitu billet. Billet yang sudah jadi kemudian dipanaskan ulang pada billet reheating furnace (BRF) yang akan di roll pada rolling mill plant (RML) yang akan menghasilakan wire rod. BRF memiliki tiga zone yaitu pre heating, heating, dan soaking dengan suhu yang berbeda – beda. Dalam satu jam BRF dapat memproduksi 36 billet. Penelitian ini menggunakan failure modes and effect analisys (FMEA) dalam mengidentifikasi bentuk kegagalan dan effek kegagalan dari komponen utama BRF. Kemudian dalam pemilihan jadwal perawatan yang optimal menggunakan reliability centered maintenance (RCM II). Analisa kuantitatif akan dimasukkan dalam penentuan interval waktu perawatan optimal dengan memperhatikan biaya perawatan (CM) serta biaya kerusakan (CR). This study discusses the Covid-19 virus outbreak throughout the world which paralyzes all levels of society, including the world of education. Therefore, educational institutions need to find solutions so that teaching and learning activities can continue. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the role of education management information systems and information technology in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of writing this article is a literacy study. The results of the literacy study show that management information systems and information technology play a very important role in distance learning. Information technology acts as a container or learning tool, while information systems act as the brain in distance learning. However, before implementing distance learning, educational institutions need to provide several things such as distance learning infrastructure and ICT literacy for educators and students. These things are very important in achieving distance learning success.

XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Oil dan Gas yang menerapkan sistem oil and gas dan memiliki risiko dan bahaya yang besar, sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada setiap tahapan kegiatan. Bahaya dan risiko dapat terjadi ketika kegiatan instalasi ventilasi dan kegiatan instalasi pendukung berlangsung, perlu untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya untuk mendapatkan data potensi bahaya, kemudian melakukan pembobotan untuk menentukan pengendalian rencana yang sesuai dengan kondisi Analisis potensi bahaya dan pengendalian risiko dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahaya metode identifikasi, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko (HIRARC) menggunakan kemungkinan dan penghematan parameter untuk mendapatkan nilai untuk setiap risiko bahaya. The Work Sampling method is used to conduct a large number of observations on the work activities of machines, processes, workers or operators at the Welding Shop Department of PT. Cameron Systems Batam. Based on the research, the standard time of the current Bonnet welding process is 1167.5 minutes or equal to 19 hours 45 minutes for 1 unit of Bonnet welding. The focus of method improvement carried out on fishbone analysis, including Man (Operator), Method (Method), Material, Machine, (Machine), Measurements, Milieu (Environment) factors. It is an improvement priority that must be applied to the welding shop department in increasing the productivity of current employees.
