This study aims to analyze: 1) Effect of Internet utilization on student motivation. 2) The influence of library utilization on student motivation. 3) Effect of Internet utilization on learning outcomes student. 4) The influence of library utilization on learning outcomes. 5) The influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. The type of research used is descriptive and associative, with a population of 181 students, the technique of sampling propotional random sampling. The sample of this research is 125 students. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis), by using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The result of research are: 1) Internet utilization has significant effect to student's motivation to learn Skill of Office Administration Skill of SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung. 2) Utilization of the library has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students Skills Administrative Competence SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung. 3) Utilization of the internet has a significant effect on Student Motivation Student Skills Competency Skills Administration Office SMK 4 Sijunjung 4) Utilization of libraries have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes Competence Skills Office Administration SMK 4 Sijunjung. 5) Learning motivation has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes Competence Skills Administration Office SMK 4 Sijunjung
本研究旨在分析:1)网络使用对学生学习动机的影响。2)图书馆利用对学生学习动机的影响。3)网络使用对学生学习成果的影响。4)图书馆利用对学习成果的影响。5)学习动机对学习成果的影响。使用的研究类型是描述性和联想性的,有181名学生,抽样比例随机抽样的技术。本研究的样本是125名学生。数据采用李克特量表进行问卷调查,并进行了效度和信度检验。数据分析使用的技术是路径分析(Path analysis),通过使用SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science)程序。研究结果如下:1)互联网使用对学生学习《办公室管理技能》的动机有显著影响2)图书馆使用对学生学习《办公室管理技能》的结果有显著影响3)互联网使用对学生学习动机有显著影响学生技能能力技能管理办公室4四军中4)图书馆使用对学生学习动机有显著影响5)学习动机对学生学习成果有显著影响

Discovery Learning dan Metode Diskusi Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Peserta Didik pada Pokok Bahasan Perpajakan di Kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Payakumbuh Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018

This study aims to look at and analyze the improvement of the students’ learning outcomes in learning Economics subject of taxation in economic development using the scientific approach to the discovery learning model and group discussion methods in class XI IPS 2 on the second semester of the 2017/2018 academic year of SMAN 1 Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. This research was carried out by applying the classroom action research method consisting of two cycles, where each cycle consisted of: planning, action, observation, and reflection. It was conducted from February to April 2018. Data is processed in each cycle then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are the application of a scientific approach to the discovery learning model and the method of group discussion can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the average cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle of 80.20%, up to 84.23% in the second cycle. The conclusion obtained from this study is the application of a scientific approach to the model of discovery learning can improve the learning outcomes of economic learners.  
本研究采用课堂行动研究方法进行,该方法分为两个周期,每个周期包括:计划、行动、观察和反思。调查于2018年2月至4月进行。数据在每个周期中进行处理,然后使用百分比进行分析。本研究的结果是科学的方法应用于发现学习模式,小组讨论的方法可以提高学生的学习效果。从第一个周期的平均认知学习成绩为80.20%,到第二个周期的平均认知学习成绩为84.23%可见一斑。本研究得出的结论是,将科学的方法应用于发现学习模式可以提高经济学习者的学习效果。

The purpose of writing this class action research is to find out whether the application of learning with a scientific approach accompanied by the Discovery Learning model can improve students' economic learning outcomes. The method of data collection is observation and the results of student learning tests. The data analysis method is descriptive both for qualitative data and quantitative data. The results obtained from this study are the application of a learning model with a scientific approach accompanied by a Discovery Learning model to improve the learning outcomes of economic learners. This proves that the average learning outcomes of knowledge in Cycle I 81.29 rose to 85.33 in cycle II. For the realm of skills students in the first cycle with a percentage of 83.81%, increased to a percentage of 86.03%, while the domain of religious attitudes of students in the first cycle of 88.25 rose to 91.43 and the spiritual attitude in the first cycle was 86.35%. up to 87.94%. The conclusion that can be obtained from this study is the application of learning with a scientific approach along with the Discovery Learning model can improve the economic learning outcomes of students.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Wali Nagari Koto Tinggi Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This School Action Research is intended to improve teachers’ competence in using IT-Based Learning Media. The study was conducted at SDN 05 Gunuang Malintang with 12 research subjects. The results of the data analysis which was collected through observation, interviewing, and tests indicated that the teacherss’ ability in utilizing IT-based learning media can be improved through IHT. The steps of IHT activities are as follows: (1). Distributing the initial test to the teachers, (2) The teachers worked on the initial test to determine the ability to use and utilize IT as a learning medium. (3) Providingmaterial perceptions about the use of IT-based learning media. (4) Providing services and guidance to teachers about the use of IT. (5) Providing opportunities for teachers to create and innovate in utilizing IT as a learning media. (6). Providing services and guidance to teachers during IHT. (7). Giving the final test. The results of this study are the teachers ability to utilize IT-based learning media can be improved through IHT at SDN 05 Gunung Malintang.

This study aims to reveal: 1. The influence of leadership on employee performance. 2) Effect of Compensation on employee performance. 3) The Effect of Work Motivation on the performance of employees. 4) The effect of leadership on Work Motivation. 5) Effect of Compensation on Work Motivation at the Institute of Domestic Administration of the West Sumatera Campus. The population in this study were non-PNS employees of the Institute of Internal Affairs of the West Sumatera Campus, amounting to 89 people consisting of 1) Administration Section, 2) Academic and Collaborative Section, 3) Research Section, 4) Cultivation Unit, 5) Computer Unit and Language, 5) Government Laboratory Unit. The sample collection in this study used the census method, which is 89 employees of the Non PNS Institute of Domestic Administration, West Sumatera Campus. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis using the SPSS program (Statistical Package For Social Science). The findings of this study are: 1) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on the Work Motivation. 2) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on the Work Motivation. 3) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a mediator between leadership and Employee Performance 4) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance with Work Motivation acts as a mediator between compensation and Employee Performance 5) Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at the Sumatera Campus Institute of Domestic Administration.

The influence of leadership on employee performance. 2) Effect of Compensation on employee performance. 3) The Effect of Work Motivation on the performance of employees. 4) The effect of leadership on Work Motivation. 5) Effect of Compensation on Work Motivation at the Institute of Domestic Administration of the West Sumatera Campus. \u0000The population in this study were non-PNS employees of the Institute of Internal Affairs of the West Sumatera Campus, amounting to 89 people consisting of 1) Administration Section, 2) Academic and Collaborative Section, 3) Research Section, 4) Cultivation Unit, 5) Computer Unit and Language, 5) Government Laboratory Unit. The sample collection in this study used the census method, which is 89 employees of the Non PNS Institute of Domestic Administration, West Sumatera Campus. Vertebrate Zoology is a course that provides scientific insight into high-level animals with the characteristic of having vertebral bones to support their bodies. So many scientific terms and characteristics of each animal group in this course, cause problems for students to learn. Efforts to compensate for the demands of aspects of learning in vertebrate zoology learning, it is not enough to use only one type of teaching media. This study aims to examine the use of multimedia used in lectures and vertebrate zoology practicums to improve the basic competencies of prospective science teacher students. The activity model refers to the class action research model. Evaluation of learning outcomes is done by looking at the ability of students to understand each material delivered through: unit tests pretest midterms, final semester exams and structured assignment scores. The evaluation results showed that the readiness of students to receive lecture material was seen from unit I tests of 54.50% and II at 67.51%. Student readiness faces practicum material at 49.30%. The structured task results obtained 37.80% doing practicum well. Practical UTS results (average 53.18) and practicum UAS (average 67.33) showed an increase in learning outcomes by 78.98%. The UTS theory results (mean 51.42) and UAS theory (average 58.96) indicate an increase in learning outcomes by 87.21%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of multimedia can improve the competency of prospective science teacher students, seen from the knowledge, skills, and basic values ​​reflected in their thinking habits.
