This study aims to identify the relationship between Self Confidence and Discipline Learning Behavior with Learning Independence. This study uses a correlational design. Data were collected using self-confidence scale, learning discipline behavior questionnaire and learning independence scale of 289 students selected by cluster random sampling area technique. Hierarchical regression analysis results showed a positive prediction between self-confidence and learning discipline behavior with learning independence had a significant positive relationship (β = 0.622, Fcount = 181.313, t = 13.465, p = 0.00). This proves that the first hypothesis which reads "There is a significant positive relationship between Confidence with Learning Independence in students in SMKs in the Boja Region" can be accepted. The implications of the findings of this study are discussed in this article.
本研究旨在探讨自律学习行为与学习独立性之间的关系。本研究采用相关设计。采用整群随机抽样区法对289名学生进行自信心量表、学习纪律行为问卷和学习独立性量表的收集。分层回归分析结果显示,自信、学习纪律行为与学习独立性之间存在显著正相关(β = 0.622, Fcount = 181.313, t = 13.465, p = 0.00)。这证明了第一个假设“博哈地区中小学校学生的自信与学习独立性之间存在显著的正相关关系”是可以接受的。本文讨论了本研究结果的意义。

Vocational High School, students are students who are vulnerable at the age of 15-18 years, and are at the stage of adolescent development. One of the tasks of adolescent development is the choice and preparation of a career or job. This developmental task is considered important, especially in vocational students who are prepared as graduates ready for work, so that vocational students are very important to have career preparation maturity, but in reality the open unemployment rate of vocational students is more dominates compared to other education level students. The purpose of this study is to provide group problem solving techniques to improve the maturity of the career choices of students. this type of research uses pre experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test research design with a sample of 30 students taken using purposive sampling technique, the data collection tool in this study uses a psychological scale and then analyzed using Wilcoxon analysis techniques. In the analysis, it is known that Asymp.sig (2 tailed) is worth 0.005. Asymp.sig value of 0.008 is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted. The implication for teacher guidance and counseling is to be an alternative reference in providing group guidance services to help students in career selection.

This Research can be demonstrated from students who are less active and do not dare to ask during the process of KBM, feel awkward when dealing with many people, unable to respect himself or others, and often compare themselves. The population of this research is all students of VHS Nusa Bhakti Semarang which amounted to 278 students with a sample number of research of 157 students taken with a proportional random sampling technique. The Data Collector tool used in this study is the psychological scale of self-esteem, the psychological scale of social support, and the psychological scale of self-confidence. The results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and confidence (β = 0.416; t = 5,834; p < 0.05), the second hypothesis analysis results in showing that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and student confidence (β = 0.364; t = 4,589; p < 0.05), the result of the third hypothesis analysis shows that there is a significant positive relationship between self esteem and social support with student confidence R=0,597, F=42,733 > 3,03, p<0,05.

Abstract: The number of students entering tertiary institutions every year always increases. The importance of career decision making that must be done by students while in college must be right. This study aims to determine the relationship between independence and conformity on career decision making for 5th semester students FIP UNNES students in 2019. The design of this study is descriptive correlational. Data were collected using a psychological scale. The sampling technique uses proportioned randem sampling with a significant level of 5%, the total sample used 225 students from a total population of 997 students. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression by showing the results of a significant positive relationship between independence and conformity to career decision making with an ignorance result of 0.000 <0.05 and the value for F arithmetic was 61.216> F table 3.04.

This study aims to test and analyze the effectiveness of psychoeducation group services with modeling techniques to improve students' social skills. This study uses a non-equivalent group pre-test post-test control group design. The random assignment sampling technique was used to select 10 experimental subjects placed into two groups so that each group consisted of five students. Data collection using the goal attainment scale (GAS), the results of the coefficient regression test of the ANOVA test showed that the psychoeducation group services of modeling techniques were effective in improving the social skills of students who obtained F tables = 4.46; with p <0.05 so that the experimental group proved to have a significant effect with a value of F = 73,164; p = 0.00 while the control group F = 4.151; p = 0.76. The findings of this study confirm that psychoeducation group services with effective modeling techniques to improve students' social skills.

This study aims to find out about the Analysis of Student Delinquency and Its Implication on Guidance and Counseling Service of SMA YMIK 2 in South Jakarta. The research method used by writer is qualitative method with descriptive approach, that is by collecting data what is from a symptom of phenomenon that exist when research done. Data and data sources in this study are principals, teachers Guidance and Counseling and students of class X amounted to 60 students, through survey techniques. The research instrument used in this research is documentation, interview and observation. Interviews were conducted with school principals and guidance and counseling teachers and observations were made by observing the school environment and the existence of the school. Data analysis technique is done by collecting data, grouping data, analyzing data and interpreting data that will be concluded to be the result of research. This research aims to determine the effect of applying group guidance with a positive behavior support approach to improve student discipline. The method used is true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental group received group guidance for 9 sessions and in the control group did not receive training. The population in this research were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 20 people who had a low discipline category and were divided into two groups namely 10 experimental group students and 10 control group students. While the technique of analyzing data using descriptive statistics using empirical mean to see the average pretest and posttest scores in the experimental group and the control group. Can be seen from the comparison of the pretest score 274 and posttest 392 in the experimental group and get a score of 118 which means an increase of 69.8%. The results of testing the hypothesis with the Wilcoxson test, a signed ranking test indicates that the value of Asymp. Sig of 0.005 <0.05 (Significant) which means that through the results of the calculation can be interpreted as a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group and can prove what is meant by the guidance group that requires positive behavioral support to increase student discipline

The method used is true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental group received group guidance for 9 sessions and in the control group did not receive training. The population in this research were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 20 people who had a low discipline category and were divided into two groups namely 10 experimental group students and 10 control group students. While the technique of analyzing data using descriptive statistics using empirical mean to see the average pretest and posttest scores in the experimental group and the control group. Can be seen from the comparison of the pretest score 274 and posttest 392 in the experimental group and get a score of 118 which means an increase of 69.8%. The results of testing the hypothesis with the Wilcoxson test, a signed ranking test indicates that the value of Asymp. The professional code of ethics is a reference for individual behavior or a suit which is deemed necessary for professional activity actors to follow. Professionals have specific skills and a professional code of ethics is created to govern how this knowledge and expertise is used. In general, there are three functions of the code of ethics, namely: (1) Providing guidelines for every member of the profession regarding the principles of professionalism, (2) As a means of social control for the community over the profession concerned, (3) Preventing interference from parties outside professional organizations regarding ethical relations In the event of a violation of the Guidance and Counseling Professional code of ethics, the following sanctions will be given to him: Giving verbal and written warnings, Giving a strong written warning, Revoking ABKIN membership, Revoking the license, If it is related to legal / criminal issues then it will be handed over to the authorities

Career guidance focuses on life planning, a process of continuous self-development in helping students with career planning. The counselor has a big enough role in helping to provide an understanding of career planning from an early age. One of the services that can be provided by counselors is classical services, which focus on providing information in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The subjects of this study were determined using a purposive sampling technique using the experimental research method of the One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The data collection instrument used multiple-choice tests. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using the t-test. The results showed that after being given the treatment there was a significant change in the understanding of career planning in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Palembang
