This study was directed on causes of inter- ethnic conflict in Ethiopia by stress on Anuak and Nuer conflicts in Gambella Regional State of Ethiopia. The general objective of this paper was an assessment on the causes of inter-ethnic conflict among Anuak and Nuer ethnic groups in Gembela regional state. The data was collected based on secondary sources. The researcher employed descriptive and explanatory types of research design. The findings from this study confirm that questions regarding property and land right, language and access to weapons are the major causes of conflict between the two ethnic groups. In addition, the paper found the solution for the Anuak and Nuer conflict would be, development initiatives along the Ethiopia and Sudanese border, full pledged arms control along the Ethiopia and Sudanese border could be an important factor in minimizing conflict and causalities in the future. The two groups could reach similar agreements, provided that they are offered the right opportunity to talk to each other, discuss their problems and apply traditional mechanisms of conflict resolution.

Clinical evaluation has always been an integral a part of nursing education. Examining the presence of professional behaviour, establishing an appropriate interaction with the patients, prioritizing the issues, possession of basic knowledge about clinical methods, correct performance of care procedures and execution of critical thinking are element of clinical evaluation. In India traditional method of practical examinations may be a while practice for evaluating students' clinical performance. Recently most of the schools including medical university of Tamilnadu government introduced OSCE as a way of clinical examination for the nursing programme .This study designated to compare the preference of TCE (Traditional method of clinical Examination) Vs OSCE (Objective Structured clinical Examination) among the Final year B.Sc., Nursing students selected College at Namakkal district with the objectives to compare the preference of students regarding traditional method of Examination (TCE) with Objective Structured clinical Examination (OSCE) and to find out the association between the selected demographic value and preference regarding the method of examination. Methods: Research design adopted for this study was Quantitative research approach with non experimental Descriptive Comparative design. 60 Final year B.Sc. nursing students of Dhanvantri College of nursing at Namakkal District were selected as sample by adopting Non probability convenient sampling technique. Results: Calculated mean and standard deviation value of students preference regarding TCE is 18.6 ,4.06, where in case of OSCE is 32.3, 5.5 with mean difference 13.7. Discussion: mean value revealed that the majority of respondents were identified to have positive perceptions on OSCE

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) is a highly debilitating, chronic, recurrent, and prevalent disorder. While depression symptoms occur along a continuum with subclinical levels occurring in the general population, and there are important correlates associated with subclinical levels of depression, we will focus on the clinical levels of depression associated with MDD. Descriptive research design was used for this study. The qualitative research approach was used for this present study. The study was conducted in SMVMCH at Pondicherry. In this hospital having 750 bedded multi-speciality hospital, Population of study was all alcoholic patient’s wives. Sample size consists of 60 alcoholic clients’ wives at SMVMCH, Convenient sampling technique was used (Begley t., et al (2007).

This research aims to know the impact of organizational integrity with its dimensions represented by (critical tasks, leadership supervision, focus on the process, focus on ensuring efficiency, human resource burden, communication and trust, education and continuous improvement, change) and its role in enhancing organizational performance in its dimensions represented by: (organizational, social) through psychological capital with its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and flexibility), in the general company for oil industry in Maysan governorate, as the research problem lies in the extent of the researched company’s interest in organizational integrity, the organization’s performance and psychological capital by deporting them. In addition to the extent of the relationship between them, and the importance of the research in diagnosing the impact of organizational integrity in its dimensions in enhancing the performance of the organization in its dimensions through psychological capital, and for the success of this research. A sample of employees in the general company for the oil industry in Maysan governorate was selected, and the researchers adopted on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and to accomplish this research and achieve the objectives it seeks, (155) questionnaires were distributed, the researchers obtained (150) questionnaires, which are valid for statistical analysis. The statistical program (SPSS v.23) was used. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that organizational integrity is one of the contemporary and important topics in the field of organizational behavior as a management philosophy used by organizations to achieve their goals.
