Primary teacher working group assistance is one of the preparations for the teacher working group (KKG) in preparing the existing work program. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to carry out assistance to the SD teacher working group in designing an annual work program. The mentoring method used is the GROW Coaching Model approach which consists of 4 main stages, namely Grow, Reality, Options, and Will. The subjects of this activity were elementary school teachers in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region, especially in the KKG Group I Saka Taru environment, Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. Mentoring activities are carried out by first delivering discussion material related to relevant activities as an example of an annual work program that can be carried out by the KKG Group I Saka Taru. The next stage is to make an annual work program roadmap and indicators of achievement in the implementation of the annual work program. This SD teacher working group assistance has produced an annual work program that is ready to be implemented one year ahead

Community Service Activities are carried out at the Smart Visa Bali Office. This office operates in the field of immigration services. Immigration is a very important thing in the world of tourism, especially Bali which is a destination for foreign tourists. In introducing their business, business actors only use conventional promotion methods, namely word of mouth, so not many consumers know about the existence of this office. Seeing this, the community service implementation team designed a work program to introduce businesses widely, including training and mentoring activities that aim to provide new knowledge for Smart Visa Bali business actors in conducting online promotions. The results of this activity show positive progress for partners. The participants can understand the training material independently by creating promotional content on Instagram using copy writing techniques that have been taught and applied to the Canva application. After the online promotion on Instagram social media was carried out, there was a change in the number of consumer visits to the Bali Smart Visa Office.

This community service activity is an advanced stage for the second year, funded by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Universitas Negeri Padang. This activity aims to assist in increasing the knowledge and skills of Nagari Suayan officials in conducting technology-based community satisfaction surveys (SKM) in the form of utilizing SKM kiosk machines and activities to analyze SKM results data. The SKM Kiosk is an SKM survey recording machine that utilizes digital technology. The method in this activity uses training and mentoring, "participatory extension". The results achieved in this activity included the following: Apparatus became skilled and accustomed to using/utilizing SKM Kiosk machines, making it easier for them to record SKM surveys and apparatus were also able to analyze and process SKM results data and were able to interpret data analysis results and be able to provide solutions or breakthroughs (innovations) in realizing services that satisfy the community towards excellent service in the Nagari.

Abstract This community service project aims to train secondary school teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Mandau, Duri-Riau, to create electronic books (e-books) using Flipbook software. The objective is to equip teachers with the necessary skills to develop e-books as online and face-to-face instruction materials. These e-books allow students to access them anytime, anywhere, particularly during remote learning. The training program spanned two weeks and included training and mentoring sessions, with 30 participants in attendance. Flipbuilder and Kvisoft Flipbook Maker were utilized as flipbook maker applications. The training yielded positive results, demonstrating participants' proficiency in creating and designing e-books for online use. Permasalahan tenaga kerja adalah salah satu masalah yang menjadi concern di Indonesia. Salah satu provinsi terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Jawa Timur mempunyai jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 3.286.424 sehingga potensi conflict mengenai permasalahan tenaga kerja atau menjadi lebih besar. Ini terbukti dalam 3 tahun terakhir, laporan permasalahan yang masuk di dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi (disnakertrans) provinsi jawa timur masih tinggi. Laporan permasalahan yang dibuat oleh pelapor sering kali dianggap tidak diproses oleh pihak disnakertrans. Namun, pihak disnakertrans sebenarnya sudah memproses laporan yang dibuat akan tetapi tidak ada media yang dapat dilihat oleh pelapor. Dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan media yang dapat menampilkan laporan masyarakat dengan status tindak lanjutnya berupa aplikasi pelaporan ketenagakerjaan. Inovasi yang tercipta melalui pertemuan focus group discussion dengan pihak disnaker yaitu membangun sebuah aplikasi berupa layanan pelaporan permasalahan ketenagakerjaan. Hasil aplikasi yang dibangun tidak hanya dapat mengetahui status tindak lanjut yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat akan tetapi masyarakat juga dapat melakukan pelaporan secara mandiri melalui aplikasi. The existence of persons with disabilities in Indonesia from year to year based on data from the Central Statistics Agency is increasing. The government has regulated the rights of persons with disabilities in the Law on Persons with Disabilities whose aim is to eliminate inequalities so that they have equal opportunities. But in reality, not all of their rights can be obtained, including equality in getting a job. The Gumregah Pinlih Disabled Community and its members need knowledge and skills to improve their economy and welfare. This is based on the potential of each member to develop and empower the economy. One of the opportunities is with a pastry business idea. This is based on the fact that the average person with disabilities is a woman who can be empowered to make pastries and maximize the promotion of processed products through social media, especially since this activity is carried out near the holy months of Ramadan and Idul Fitri. This training was given by the UMBY PKM Team with students of the UAD Food Service Business Study Program in conducting a demonstration of making pastries. Pastry making training and promotion of processed products through social media is very useful and motivates participants to continue it as an alternative business to improve the economy and welfare of its members

School as a vehicle for learning plays a major role in developing student character. Cinta Kasih Catholic Private High School is dealing with the condition that some students lack ethics when communicating, are not polite in sponsoring such as interrupting the other person's conversation, like fishing in class, easily influenced by the environment, tend to be picky about friends, lack of commitment in doing group assignments. This community service activity aims to provide a learning method with a different approach, namely by utilizing various forms of games that are packaged according to character education material that will be given to students to make it easier to understand and show clear evidence of the importance of good self-character when facing Challenges in the future in various areas of life. In addition, to measure the success of the Outbound Training activities it also uses a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental approach which aims to find out whether the Outbound Training activities carried out provide an increase in participants' knowledge. The skills of using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) by teachers have a significant influence on the teacher's ability to use appropriate learning media, which is a key factor in the success of the teaching process. Therefore, SMP Negeri 1 Mungka Regency has designed learning that is suitable for the situation after the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this service project is to provide knowledge and training to teachers of SMP N 1, Mungka District, Fifty Cities Regency in using Prezi-based technology as a learning medium. The training begins with an explanation of the relationship between media and learning, as well as the role of the media in the learning process in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Then, the training materials cover how to create a Prezi account, how to register for Prezi, how to install, and how to use it in learning. The training method involved questions and answers, hands-on practice, and demonstrations, and evaluation was carried out through distribution of questionnaires before and after the training. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that in general the participants were satisfied with the schedule and time of the training, as well as with the topics presented. Although some participants experienced difficulties due to inadequate internet connection and devices, there were indications that participants had succeeded in increasing their knowledge and motivation in terms of using Prezi technology as a learning medium. In addition, the simple works of the participants were also considered quite good.

The purpose of this service project is to provide knowledge and training to teachers of SMP N 1, Mungka District, Fifty Cities Regency in using Prezi-based technology as a learning medium. The training begins with an explanation of the relationship between media and learning, as well as the role of the media in the learning process in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Then, the training materials cover how to create a Prezi account, how to register for Prezi, how to install, and how to use it in learning. The training method involved questions and answers, hands-on practice, and demonstrations, and evaluation was carried out through distribution of questionnaires before and after the training. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that in general the participants were satisfied with the schedule and time of the training, as well as with the topics presented. Although some participants experienced difficulties due to inadequate internet connection and devices, there were indications that participants had succeeded in increasing their knowledge and motivation in terms of using Prezi technology as a learning medium. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan desa cerdas di Desa Kolam melalui pengembangan aplikasi dan website yang mengintegrasikan sistem informasi dan administrasi. Dalam pengabdian ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa serta aparatur desa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka terkait teknologi informasi. Evaluasi dan umpan balik dilakukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan program ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi dan website, efisiensi administrasi desa meningkat, akses terhadap informasi menjadi lebih mudah, dan transparansi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa terwujud. Masyarakat desa juga turut berpartisipasi aktif dalam penggunaan aplikasi dan memanfaatkannya untuk kepentingan sehari-hari, seperti mendapatkan informasi tentang pelayanan publik, melaporkan permasalahan, dan mengakses data penting. Melalui pengabdian ini, terjadi perubahan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Street children are a real phenomenon part of life that causes complex problems, not only social problems but also health problems. The existence of street children in the city of Pekanbaru often makes people restless because they often make noise and disturb the surrounding community. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance and guidance to street children to live healthy and productive lives. This community service activity was carried out at the Pekanbaru City Shelter for 15 street children. The duration of the activity is 3 months. Partners in this activity are the Pekanbaru City Social and Funeral Service and Harapan Raya Health Center Pekanbaru City. The results of the activity are 1) Providing mental spiritual strengthening guidance, 2) Increasing knowledge of street children about adolescent reproductive health, the dangers of free sex, HIV AIDs and peer counselor training, 3) Facilitating VCT and STD examinations, 4) Providing special skills such as making organic fertilizers from household waste. The enthusiasm of street children to participate in this activity is quite high. This is evident from their seriousness in participating in all stages of this activity and it can be seen that there is an increase in the knowledge of street children both about religion, reproductive health, HIV AIDs and VCT test results which show that all street children are negative for HIV AIDs and none have sexually transmitted diseases ( STD).
