This article is devoted to the analysis of scientific information that has already been developed in the direction of researching tolerance to uncertainty in modern business, the development of a conceptual model of this phenomenon, and the planning of further research in this direction. Since today the concept of «uncertainty tolerance» is used in an extremely broad sense, there is a need to narrow the boundaries of this concept and differentiate it by areas of activity, since each area has its own specifics, risks options and unforeseen situations. In order to ensure a correct understanding of the term «uncertainty tolerance», related to ways of dealing with situations of uncertainty scientific sources were analyzed, and the results of the operationalization of the constructive model of uncertainty tolerance in modern business, which include a description of its components, were presented. Further research will be focused on the interrelationship study of the tolerance to uncertainty phenomenon’s conceptual model components in the conditions of conducting modern business.

The article is devoted to the problem of negative emotional states of teachers of higher education institutions in martiallaw, revealing the main results of the empirical study of negative emotional states of teachers, namely: anxiety, stress, and burnout in hostilities. Emotional states play an essential role in regulating the activities of the individual, including the professional activities of the teacher. Emotional states aim to reconcile the formation and transformation of cognitive and volitional factors. A prerequisite for the effective performance of a higher education teacher is the mobilization of mental processes and the maximum burden on human health (both somatic and psychological). The professional activity of the teacher requires him the maximum involvement of internalpersonal reserves. Because the teaching profession itself is stressful, it leads to a number of negative emotional experiences, to the formation of emotional burnout. And it is teachers who often find themselves in a crisis situation due to changes in the supra-political, economic, and security situation in the country. Education reform, the hybrid war in the East, the pandemic and military aggression against Ukraine – in the short term, these events have become a trigger not only for major changes in the education system but also for personal changes in teachers. The results obtained make possible to identify groups of teachers who are in crisis to help them. The authors note that the study of the peculiarities of experiencing negative conditions will allow the development of an effective system of prevention and correction of these conditions, which will be able not only to use existing research but also to take into account additional variables, which have become powerful stressors for highs chool representatives.

The article reveals the content of the mental health of leaders and teaching staff of educational institutions in war time, which is understood as their ability to cope with every day stress of life in the war time, to establish relationships with people in war time, to effectively carry out professional activities aimed at helping their organization and society during the war period. On the basis of empirical research, a number of problems related to the mental health of managers and teaching staff of educational institutions in war conditions, which are characteristic of a significant number of interviewees, have been identified. The most pronounced are problems related to the ability to counteract stress, followed by problems related to the ability to carry out professional activities (to ensure its effective organization and productivity) and in the last place there are problems related to the ability to establish relationships with people, primarily, in the process of professional interaction. At the same time, it was established that for all the components of mental health of the vast majority of interviewed leaders and teaching staff of educational institutions, despite all the complexity of the war period, a positive orientation of life is inherent (a vision of life prospects, faith in life, a positive attitude towards one's activities, the importance of student learning, etc.). The obtained data indicate the need for the development and implementation of special technologies aimed at preserving and maintaining the mental health of managers and teaching staff of educational institutions in war conditions, which can be used at the individual, group, organizational and societal levels.

The article describes the features of the emotional sphere, cognitive functions and the course of psychosomatic disorders in children and adolescents who have suffered spinal trauma and comorbidities; the role of depression in the genesis of psychosomatic (psychovegetative) disorders of different localization is specified; the typology of depressive disorders was carried out with the establishment of their nosological affiliation, severity and clinical features on the basis of clinical and psychopathological research. The article includes a comparative age-complex dynamic clinical and psychopathological study of a number of psychosomatic disorders as well as features of the emotional sphere and cognitive functions in a representative group of subjects – children and adolescents who have suffered spinal trauma. A new clinical-ontogenetic concept based on a systems approach has been developed. The initial manifestations and stages of AKP dynamics in the digestive system, skin, motor, endocrine systems and in the form of algic (cephalgia, myalgia, cardialgia) manifestations at different ages are described. Criteria for the transition of non-pathological (vegetative-vascular) forms of somatic support of emotions into pathological (psycho-vegetative) forms – psychosomatic disorders – were established. Based on the dynamic clinical and psychopathological study of children and adolescents with functional disorders in various organs and systems, risk factors have been identified that allow to predict the course of AKP. A typology of depressive disorders was developed, a classification of somatic disorders caused by them was proposed, specificity, age features and clinical variants of AKP, their connection with pathological (constitutional and cerebrally organically altered) soil were described. The practical significance of the results is to expand the understanding of physicians – child psychiatrists and pediatricians – about the importance of depressive disorders in the development of a common, almost insufficiently studied group of AKP, manifested mainly by somatic (autonomic-visceral) disorders. Criteria for early diagnosis of emotional disorders in the structure of AKP, their differentiation at different stages of ontogenesis were determined. The principles of complex differentiated treatment were formulated, which includes, along with symptomatic, the use of psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic means, as well as prevention of AKP at an early age.

The article examines the concept of sports injury and provides a research overview devoted to this phenomenon.A sports injury is considered as special life event. Unlike domestic injuries, its probability is determined by the subject's voluntary choice of a sports career, and the normative moment of its realization. It has been established that it has a high intensity of experience, combines painful sensations and emotional stress, and the significance of the consequences. It was determined that a sports injury has different consequences for the subject: it can be both positive gains (post-traumatic personal growth) and negative consequences (post-traumatic stress disorder, termination of a sports career, new injuries). A total of 90 respondents made up the empirical base of the study, including: 60 athletes and 30 non-athletes. The article analyzes the results of using the standardized interview «My trauma». It was shown that sports injuries differ from everyday ones in content, dynamics and phenomenology as a whole and therefore can be studied as a special life event using special research tools. Biographical (number of events before the injury) and personal (locus of control) were identified as prerequisites for traumatization in athletes. Differences in the prerequisites and experiences of athletes with a sports injury and non-athletes with a household injury have been revealed. Athletes are twice as likely to indicate the presence of significant events before receiving an injury. A comparison of emotional and painful experiences accompanying trauma in athletes and non-athletes showed that their variability and nuances are much higher in the group of athletes. In general, athletes show a higher level of negative affect compared to people who do not play sports.

The article presents the results of scientific sources’ analysis, empirical research data and the results of practical work with children affected by military events. In addition, it is identified how parents’ psycho-emotional balance influence their children’s state; type of reaction to stress and parents’ successfulness in overcoming crisis situations affects their children's ability to overcome life's challenges. The specifics of providing psychological assistance to children in the war and post-war conditions are outlined. There were determined the necessity of accountancy for such family factors in the process of providing psychological help to aggrieved children like: parents’ psycho-emotional state; level of openness, dependency, reliability, predictability, the level of closeness in the family circle; dominant reactions of significant adults to their own stress and that experienced by the child. The main components of crisis assistance and psychological support provided to emotionally damaged children have been identified. The restoration stages of the affected by negative stress factors children’s psycho-emotional balance are highlighted: restoring a sense of basic security; activation and hardening of psychological resources; reprocessing of the negative psycho-emotional states; mechanisms of self-recovery’s actualization, adaptation to a new life situation. Differentiated vectors of children's resilience's development: emotional and mental health care, prophylaxis, overcoming symptoms of distress; establishing close relationship with parents, developing a reliable attachment to them; the ability to act efficiently in stressful situations; overcoming alienation, integration into social space, post-traumatic growth.
