Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone.Hypothyroidism is associated with reduced Glomerular filtration rate and hyperthyroidism results in increased GFRas well as increased renin angiotensin aldosterone activation. Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) is characterized by alow T3 syndrome which is now considered a part of an atypical nonthyroidal illness. This review studies probablemechanistic relations between thyroid and kidney disease.

The problem with the employment of parents of children with oncological diseases is not new and with so many supporting organizations and media influences is expected to be solved, but it is not the case. We asked ourselves are employers familiar with the professional abilities, physical and psychological health of parents of children with malignant diseases? Are there any preferences and programs equally effective for the employers and the employees? The research of the team of the current study draws to the conclusion that currently, the social integration of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups of the population in the labor market is one of the most significant problems in Bulgaria, which is ever growing in scale and tends to affect more and more people. The neglect and downplaying of this problem has led to the emergence of many other socially significant problems including poverty, high social tensions and conflicts, which have a negative impact on the demographic processes in the country and inhibit its development.

The process validation is one of the most essential key factor when it comes to the efficient manufacturing ofpharmaceutical dosage forms. The process validation assures the highest degree of uniform results and also helps tomeet the predefined specifications for the dosage form. Also process validation assures the quality of the productand helps to meet desired results. It basically involves the collection and analyzing the data from product designstage which ensures that the process is capable for the production of quality product. Through this review article wewant to have had the knowledge of the process validation and also want to put the basic outline over this processvalidation process.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), also recognized as the Stein-Leventhal syndrome, is one of the most widespread endocrinopathies between women of reproductive age. Hyperinsulinemia in mixture with pancreatic beta cell dysfunction consequences in an increased risk of numerous illnesses, counting type 2 diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, endothelial dysfunction, atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. Insulin also stimulates the theca cells of the ovary to create excessive testosterone, which is accountable for the clinical symptoms of hyperandrogenism

Mini Review on Low Back Pain 关于腰痛的迷你评论

Everyone has experienced some type or degree of pain. Pain is an unpleasant and highly personal experience that may be imperceptible to others, while consuming all parts of the person’s life. Pain is more than a symptom of a problem; it is a high priority problem in itself. Pain represents both physiologic and psychologic dangers to health and recovery. Severe pain is viewed as an emergency situation deserving attention and prompt professional treatment. A person in pain feels distress or suffering and seeks relief. Low back pain is an important clinical, social, economic and public health problem affecting the modern society indiscriminately. In persons under age 45, low back pain is responsible for more lost working hours than any other medical condition and represents one of the nation’s most costly health problems.

Diabetes insipidus is mainly characterized by polyuria, urinary volume over 3 L/day or 40mL/kg/day in adults, leading to subsequent polydipsia; these features are also present in most cases of diabetes mellitus. But today we can use natural treatment to remedy our problems concerning diabetes. This review is about diabetes insipidus which is entirely different from diabetes mellitus. We have read much about diabetes mellitus but now we must know about the diabetes insipidus. Diabetes insipidus is a uncommon condition, in which the kidneys are unable to conserve water. The amount of water which is conserved by the kidney is controlled by anti diuretic hormone (ADH) also called as vasopressin. In this disease there is lack of vasopressin in the body. In this overview there is a full disease profile of diabetes insipidus, so we came to know about the causes, sign & symptoms, treatment and medication for this diease.
