The aim was to verify the level of health literacy in pregnant women related to knowledge of the use of chemical substances during pregnancy. It is a descriptive exploratory research with a qualitative approach, the sample was for convenience, 10 pregnant women were selected, through a voluntary recruitment with ages between 18 to 34 years old, in an action of Agosto Dourado about Grande Vitoria, in Vitoria - ES. Based on the data obtained, the result is a fragile level of literacy and an absence of it among the target audience, which reveals an inadequacy in health literacy and the lack of information in the prenatal care about the risks that the pregnant woman and the baby must face the consumption of alcohol and other drugs. It is expected to contribute to the improvement of professional practice, to review strategies of educational actions disseminated with the concept of literacy and encouraging women to manage their own health, becoming protagonists of their own care.

The present paper consists of an integrative and bibliographic review research, whose guiding question is: what consequences can unnecessary episiotomy cause in women in late postpartum period? This study aims to show the real importance of the subject mentioned, considering that many women suffer some type of obstetric violence without knowing the subject. We sought, through the analysis of scientific productions, to analyze cases of obstetric violence through unnecessary episiotomy, without the woman's consent and whether such conduct caused damage in the late postpartum period. Thus, it was possible to observe that this type of violence negatively influences, even in the late postpartum period, psychologically and physically the women who suffered it, with this it was possible to expand knowledge on the subject, being useful not only for health professionals, but also for women and their partners.

Considering that laser therapy has been a favorable modality for wound healing, as it controls signs and symptoms of the inflammatory process, increases the proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen synthesis, this study aimed to analyze the contribution of low intensity laser in the treatment for the healing of wound after pilonidal cyst surgery as a therapeutic possibility, by conducting a case study. This research had a satisfactory result and allowed us to confirm the effectiveness of the resource used in the wound healing process, which allows us to conclude the importance of biomodulation in dehiscence after conventional surgical removal of pilonidal cyst, by laser therapy, signaling that it is a new non- invasive for effective and safe treatment, due to its efficient anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, helping in the tissue repair process.

Objective: to know the social determinants of health that influence the lives of women victims of domestic violence. Method: Integrative literature review guided by the following question: What are the social determinants of health that influence the lives of women victims of domestic violence? The search was carried out in the databases: National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Web of Science, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature and the Cochrane Library; articles published in the period from 2015 to 2019. Results: Ten studies were included in the selection, which after analyzed demonstrated the high prevalence of domestic violence, resulting from physical, sexual, emotional aggressions related to social determinants of health such as low educational level, time marriage, unemployment, culture, housing and food insecurity. Conclusion: The health determinants identified in the studies that most influence violence against women are related to the low level of education, economic condition and unemployment, which affect women are only physically, but psychologically, demonstrating the relevance of the study, in knowing the main determinants and to reverse the situation of violence against women.

Method: Documentary research carried out on official documents and aid of current scientific literature on the role of the physician during increased violence against women during social isolation. Objective: To analyze, based on official documents, the role of the physician in the face of domestic violence in social distance. Discussion: It was observed that most of these women do not have the correct help from health professionals. The lack of sensitivity and experience of the team with this type of circumstance, harms the whole dynamics of this service, and makes this patient continue to suffer due to the lack of welcome from the health service. For this reason, in addition to practicing existing measures, it is the duty of the auxiliary doctor and to inform her effectively about actions that help her to get out of the situation safely. Conclusion: Although the doctor has an essential role, domestic violence is a problem of several spheres and must count on the help of the whole society. Educational practices and a closer look at these victims were already necessary and now with their imprisonment it is essential.
