THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LOGIC FUZZY MAMDANI METHOD AS THE DECISION SUPPORT ON THE GRADUAL SELECTION OF NEW STUDENTS 实施逻辑模糊曼达尼法作为逐步选拔新生的决策支持

Gradual selection of new students at the program of Accountancy Diplome III STIE Binaniaga Bogor thru scholarship procedure using the average method. Minimum expectation of STIE Binaniaga is that the higher the gradual selection result, the better academic performance of the students will be. Applying the average method has not indicated yet the minimum expectation required since there is still the fluctuative academic achievement of the students happened. The research aims to implement the method of logic fuzzy Mamdani accordingly in order to deterimine whether this method can be applied for each gradual selection of new students. Analytical tools have used the comparison one based on the correlation between the academic achievement and the implemention of logic fuzzy Mamdani method at the end of each selection, The correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implemention of average method is 0.559. Correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method is 0.487 which is still less than 0.559. Nevertheless, the conclusion of this result is that the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method has not yet been able to replace the existing average method. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation with employee job performance partially and simultaneously. The population of this study is all employees at KPU Bogor City, Bogor Regency and Cianjur regency which is 80 employees. The sampling technique using the census is all the population used for research data. So the number of samples taken in this study as many as 80 respondents who are employees at KPU Bogor, Bogor and Cianjur.The research instrument is the questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results showed that: Firstly, transformational leadership has a positive relationship with employee’s job performance with a value of 0.652, this relationship fall into the category of strong relationships. While the influence of transformational leadership on employee job performance of is 42.5%. Secondly, work motivation has a positive relationship with employee job performance with a value of 0.892, this relationship is categorized very strong relationships. While the influence of work motivation on employee job performance is 79,5%. Thirdly, transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive relationship with employee job performance (Y) of 0, 0.894, this relationship shows a very strong relationship between transformational leadership variable and work motivation simultaneously with employee job performance variable . Influence of transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously has affected employee job performance (Y) of 80,0%. STRATEGY FORMULATION OF PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KALIMANTAN TIMUR

The purposes of this study are: 1. To find out the factors which become the main strengths and weaknesses of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur 2. To find out the factors which become the opportunities and threat weaknesses of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur 3. To find out the right strategies to be implemented in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur. The population in this study is a group of management officials of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur with total 5. headquarter employees. The results of this study show that the alternative strategy which can be implemented by management of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur management based on the results of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), i.e. internal and external long-term implementation based on TAS (Total Atractiveness Score), i.e. Product innovation 3.15 + 3.07 = 6 , 22 Market research 2.69 + 2.98 = 5.67 Increasing the number of customers 2.89 + 3.02 = 5.91 Improvement of services 2.79 + 2.83 = 5.62, whereas the Implementation of Medium-term strategies are: 1. Providing information about the product provision that applied according to the provisions of Bank Indonesia 2. Providing up-to-date knowledge products enable the employees to be able to control the banking industry 3. Promoting activities in each corner of the market in the field of education, tourism and collaboration with local governments 4. Providing convenience in providing credit loans to customers according to their needs. While the Short-term implementations are: 1. Provide regular training enable the employees to maintain and improve customer service 2. Maintain the existing products and improve product innovation to anticipate new products of competitors 3. Perform promotional activities through print media and electronic media by using brief and clear discussion in order to attract customers and facilitate with a maximum budget 4. MARKETING STRATEGY AT RANCABUAYA BEACH USING THE ANALYSIS FACTORS OF EXPANDED MARKETING MIX AND PROMOTION MIX 利用扩展营销组合和促销组合的分析因素分析兰卡布亚海滩的营销策略

West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has strong potential and wisdom, mountains range from the east to the west of the Bogor Peak area, as well as the southern region which has attractive coastal views and panoramas from Pangandaran district to sukabumi district. One of the southern parts of West Java which has the potential of coastal tourism is Garut regency, one of them is the Rancabuaya beach, the potential of Rancabuaya beach tourism is now being developed to attract tourists, located in Purbayani village in Caringin sub-district with an area of 10 hectares while the current area used as a new tourism area of 2 hectares, which is also directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean with the characteristics of having big tide and large rocks and rock cliffs that are quite high, another potential tourism attraction is the presence of a waterfall directly facing the beach. However, Rancabuaya beach is very beautiful, but the level of tourist visits is less than the total visitors to other southern Jabar (west Java) beach attractions, which is Pangandaran beach. Visitors to rancabuaya beach are very crowded only in certain events such as, New year, Eid or other National holiday. This study aims to find out what the right marketing model can be applied at Rancabuaya beach tourism area. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of income mix and promotion mix get a good response from the respondents and have a strong relationship to the factors that are formed. This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity on Stock Price of consumption industrial sector companies listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of growth analysis which used is quantitative descriptive method. Whereas to find out the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity for Stock Price partially or simultaneously use descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis technique. The study results that obtained show that partially Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets do not affect stock price, whereas Return On Equity effects on stock price. Simultaneously Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity affect stock prices. Key words: Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Stock Price

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the leadership and HR ability upon the service effectiveness of the land property rights at the Agrarian Office of Tangerang City. The result of the research has indicated that the leadership and HR ability are simultaneously having a significant effect upon the service effectiveness. The result also has indicated that the leadership is having more dominant and significant effect rather than HR ability towards the service effectiveness of the land property rights at the Agrarian Office of Tangerang City.Keywords: the leadership, HR ability, service effectiveness

The purpose of this study is to determine and prove whether the variablesof the marketing mix significantly has influenced the consumer’s decision making tobuy the product at PT. Griya Pagelaran Bogor. The population of this study are thenumber of unknown sampling determination using Maximum Likelihood estimationmethod by taking samples of consumers who their needs has met with theresearcher requirement as many as 150 respondents. The analytical method hasused is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 program. The result ofthe research shows that 1) Product Variables have a significance level of 0.05 whichis 1,965 > 1,96 and value (p) probability 0,49 ≤ 0.05. Then Ha is accepted andsignificant effect. 2) Variable Price level of significance 0.05 is 2.023 > 1.96 and hasa probability of 0.43 which is below 0.05. And the value (p) probability ≤ 0.05 then Hais accepted and significant effect. 3) Place Variables significance level of 0.05 is2.251 > 1.96 and has a probability of 0.24 which is below 0.05. And the value (p)probability ≤ 0.05 then Ha is accepted and significant effect. 4) Promotion Variables0.05 level of significance is 3.435 > 1.96 and has a probability in accordance with therecommended. Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the globalchallenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and theyare requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation ofQuality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how toguarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of thepurposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers.The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of theemployees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), theimpact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to executemore effective production process. However, it has required manpower protectionaccordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of qualitymanagement system and safety and healthy at work management system haveimpacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are theemployees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS(Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latentvariables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of dataprocessing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System(QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantlyimpacted job performance of employees.

In this case, the company must be able to manage the existing humanresources effectively and efficiently, so the company can achieve the goals that havebeen set-up. So, employee’s job performance has been a very important role to thesuccess or failure of a company. Several factors that affect employee job performanceare motivation and work discipline. Partial test results (T-test) about the influence ofmotivation on employee’ job performance has shown the value of T-count of 6.146with significance of 0.000. It indicates that the variable of motivation has positive andsignificant effect on employee job performance. Because value T-count > T-table or6.146 > 1.665 and level of significance < level significance or 0.000 < 0.050. and testresult regarding the influence of work discipline on employee job performance showsthe value of T-count of 3.019 with significance of 0.003. it indicates that the variable ofwork discipline have positive and significant effect on employee job performance.Because value T-count > T-table or 3.019 > 1,665 and level of significance < level ofsignificance or 0.003 < 0,050.While testing simultaneously (F-test) about the influenceof motivation and work discipline on employee job performance shows the value of Fcountof 47,215 with significant of 0,000. It indicates that the variable of motivation and work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee job performance.Because value F-count > F-table or 47,215 > 3,111 and level of significance < level ofsignificance or 0,000 < 0,050.

Rapid development of global worldwide has been happening ontechnology, information, science and health technology including reproduction healthhave impacted on a very tight competition in Health Sector. Recently, the society hasrequired quality of service, safety, comfortable and reasonable price. That is why amidwife is requested to be ready and able to respond quickly and anticipatemodernization and satisfy the customers. This research aims to figure out thecorrelation of the quality of antenatal care (ANC) treatment and the level of clients’satisfaction at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin in Tasikmalaya. Data sampling technique hasapplied total sampling with cross sectional approach method. And data collection isprimary data. Primary data is the data taken directly from the respondents which hasbeen done by the researcher itself. Based on the result of the research, the quality ofANC treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin is good (66.3%), it explains that ANCtreatment has oriented to the pregnancy needs. Pregnant women who have receivedpregnancy treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin are satisfied (71.4%) indicating thatthe expectation of pregnant women to get a satisfied treatment has been fulfilled. Thecorrelation of the quality of ANC treatment and the clients satisfaction at BPM Hj.Elsye Agustin has identified p-value of 0.000 indicating that the clients/pregnantwomen are satisfied with ANC treament.
