The The aim of this research is to designing a training program thru core stability exercises and observes the effect of this suggested program on dynamic balance, some physical and skills variables for Table Tennis players, the researcher used the experimental method for the one experimental group. The research sample was been selected from players of the Alnasr sporting club in Oman. The sample of the research was (5) players, the researcher applied physical and skills abilities tests after that he applied the training program using core stability exercises for (10) weeks, then he performed measurements on Dynamic balance, some physical and skills variables test. The results revealed that there were statistical differences between the Premeasurement, Tracermeasurement, and the post-measurement regards variables Dynamic balance, some physical and skills variables the researcher recommended using the core stability exercises over the preparation period.

Football is considered the number one popular sport in most countries of the world, due to its characteristics that distinguish it from other sports. The level of performance in football in recent years has reached a stage of outstanding general performance in all physical, psychological, mental and tactical aspects, due to This aims to develop scientific equipment, auxiliary tools and scientific methods in training players, as well as the results of studies and scientific research. Sports injuries are considered one of the most important factors that lead to the exclusion of athletes and their isolation from regular training operations or participation in competitions. It is also considered one of the most important problems facing all workers in the sports field. It is also necessary to identify the factors that help the emergence and spread of injuries and know their causes, places and types, especially for football players, injuries may be one of the reasons for their isolation or exclusion from participating in sporting events, and thus losing teams

This Sedentary behaviour (SB) affects health and performance in highly trained athletes. A number of research efforts have demonstrated that physical inactivity and SB are two independent entities. However, SB in highly trained athletes in Saudi Arabia has not been studied. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess SB in Saudi basketball players. Sixteen basketball players (mean ± Standard Deviation (SD), age, 22.6 ± 3.3 years; body mass, 77.8 ± 10.5 kg; height, 182.9 ± 10.8 cm) participated in this study. A self-report SB questionnaire was used to assess time spent on watching television, using a computer/Internet, playing electronic games; total sedentary time; and sleep duration. The cut-off point of ≥2 h/day was used to categorise the outcome. Inadequate sleep duration was defined as <7 (h/night). The results show that 93.7% of basketball payers spent more than 2 h/day in sedentary activities. On average, the total amount of time spent on sedentary activities was 455 ± 218 min/day. Computer/Internet use was the predominant SB (191.8 ± 115.8 min/day) among basketball players, followed by electronic games playing (186.2 ± 113.9 min/day). The mean (±SD) sleep duration for weekdays and weekends were 7.2 ± 1.5 and 7.8 ± 1.6 (h/night), respectively. The weekday and weekend sleep duration analysis also shows that 25% and 12.5% of basketball players had insufficient sleep (<7 h/night) during weekdays and weekends, respectively. These findings indicate that athletes spent significant amounts of time in SB. This may suggest that SB still exists in highly trained athletic people. A quarter of the basketball players had an inadequate weekday sleep duration, and this short weekday sleep was compensated for during the weekend.

The overweight and obesity spreads among children around the world, the matter that the World Health Organization helps the countries to take action. Overweight and obesity in childhood affect negatively both physical and psychological health. Inactivity and unhealthy diet are most causing factors. Physical activity provides children with immediate and long-term health benefits. In Egypt and most of developing countries physical education classes are the only directed and regular physical activity for children. Increasing the dose of physical activity for obese children reduces the percentage of body fat. The attitude of the students toward physical education classes is important for participation. Enjoyment and usefulness could positively change this attitude. The planned curriculum by the authors relied on new competitive games. These games were retrieved from Athletics events and supported by the physical abilities considering the visual, auditory and mental perceptions. Ashweel WHtR chart was used to recognize the overweight children for the pre and post measurements. The result was significant as the ratio of WHtR for all children is decreased although they still in the yellow area. The author recommended to extend the same curriculum planning to the other sports activities.
